It was definitely a great hot dog, and I highly recommend trying it. The quail eggs weren't something I personally wanted on mine, but others may enjoy that option. I also tried the mini arepas, which came with beans, chicken salad, and pork. I was actually surprised that the bean arepa ended up being my favorite. It was packed with so much flavor. The chicken salad was okay, but I felt like it could have used a little more seasoning. The pork was really good and seasoned to perfection. I also had their cachapas, which came with fried cheese, steak, and a sweet corn pancake. The steak could have used a little more seasoning, but the sweet corn pancake was amazing. I would highly recommend the food, and their drinks are very good as well. It is a small restaurant, so there is not a ton of space, but it has a great vibe inside. Now, as far as the service, my first visit was amazing. The second time, however, the service was not good. We sat on the patio, and the waitress was very short with us and came across as rude. Overall, I would still recommend checking this place out for the food and drinks, but I do hope the service becomes more consistent because the food is definitely worth trying. Recomiendo mucho la comida, y sus bebidas también son muy buenas. Es un restaurante pequeño, así que no hay muchísimo espacio, pero tiene un gran ambiente por dentro. En cuanto al servicio, mi primera visita fue excelente. Sin embargo, la segunda vez el servicio no fue bueno. Nos sentamos en el patio, y la mesera fue muy cortante con nosotros y se sintió un poco grosera. I did caught them at Sycamore on Monday night but got Yuca Fries only as I had dinner plans, you can't still go wrong with them. The only downside of this food truck is that, they don't really have a smaller portion menu or smaller amount menu but the current menu is right on money. I would eat 'em over and over again. There was just one minor complaint I have, and that is $2.50 for a can of soda. I found to be a slight bit too inflated in price. They have amazing customer service and answered all my questions about the food. Now, onto the food, CACHAPA, it was delicious, and I really enjoyed that it is something I can have for breakfast. It has cheese and is made with corn kernels that are pureed, kind of like pancakes. The big sandwich is the PEPITO, it was so good. We opted for the 12 inch option that was mixed with chicken and beef. It was enormous, and the flavors just dance in your mouth. It's a must eat. It has a lot in it, lol.
