However, they were so eager to get started that went ahead and did so with a food truck. This place is right on our daily communte and decided to stop by. It is centrally located in a great spot and easy to find with plenty of free parking. This is a Venezuelan food place with an initially limited menu but really delicious. My wife and I tried the mixed pepito (sub sandwich) and the empanadas. They were really delicious! The service was great and the vibe is truly like a traditional Venezuelan street food place with Latin music in the background (no worries, it's not loud music). Overall, 100% recommended.

I also tried the mini arepas, which came with beans, chicken salad, and pork. I was actually surprised that the bean arepa ended up being my favorite. It was packed with so much flavor. The chicken salad was okay, but I felt like it could have used a little more seasoning. The pork was really good and seasoned to perfection. I also had their cachapas, which came with fried cheese, steak, and a sweet corn pancake. The steak could have used a little more seasoning, but the sweet corn pancake was amazing. I would highly recommend the food, and their drinks are very good as well. It is a small restaurant, so there is not a ton of space, but it has a great vibe inside. Now, as far as the service, my first visit was amazing. The second time, however, the service was not good. We sat on the patio, and the waitress was very short with us and came across as rude. Overall, I would still recommend checking this place out for the food and drinks, but I do hope the service becomes more consistent because the food is definitely worth trying.
