Tuna melt and chicken club sandwich
    Michelle L.

We had a really nice experience at Champagne's on Main Street in Huntington Beach. The service was excellent, and it seemed like the manager was making rounds and checking in on guests throughout the restaurant, which was nice. We ordered the tuna melt and the chicken club sandwich. Both were good, nothing especially standout, but solid, enjoyable food. We also got the side salad and really liked the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The location is great, and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice for the area. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would go back again.

Place is mid - went to the soft open - maybe had higher expectations or maybe they're not just fully set up. The place is really cute, big improvement from the previous establishment. We came for dinner and ordered the turkey meatloaf, the shrimp and grits and regular salad to start, with a drinks. The service was spotty. Our server was super friendly, but she kept forgetting things we were asking for (like hot sauce, or napkins - at one point she came and brought a box for leftovers but left with the bag for the box...) Our starters came with the mains - which was fine. The salad looked so sad - looks kind of like the premade ones from the supermarket ... Turkey meatloaf was tasty but came with super salty spinach. Shrimp and grits was not bad but missing spice and the sausage doesn't seem to be cooked enough. Maybe brunch would be better here.

    French dip sandwich 5/5

I was first introduced at the Taste of HB- their kale salad is out of this world. I brought our business group here for their soft opening. Breakfast and lunch are order at the register. We were greeted kindly and frequent check ins with the staff throughout our stay. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Their French Dip was GREAT, 5/5. Similar rating on their avocado toast and their grilled chicken sandwich. Definitely will go back and try other menu items. I'm so excited to have them here in downtown HB!!

The food and service is amazing! Chef Dan never misses and has a passion for food! Monica has great service and makes delicious drinks!

Ricotta beignets! Nom noms for me tummy!

The food here is amazing! From the breakfast to dinner! I have had a chance to try it all! My tops so far 1. That espresso martini!!! So delish! Great flavor and presentation 2. The French toast! And had to try 3. the ricotta beignets were so fantastic!! 3. The coffee bar is so good! Great local coffee shop (moongoat) paired with in house made cold foam and syrups?! I gave the barista a high five for this amazing performance!! The service is also so good! Everyone is super attentive and has an eye for customer service, looking for the guests needs before you even realize you need it!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Champagne's Kitchen! The food and drinks were incredible. What truly made the day memorable though, was the outstanding hospitality from Alejandro and Jordan. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with their attentive, friendly, and top-notch service. Between the delicious meal and their stellar hospitality, we had a perfect breakfast and will definitely be back!

Came in the weekend of Memorial Day for brunch and it was very impressed with the atmosphere, the decor and fast service. It's a quick service style restaurant in the mornings and full service restaurant for dinner. If you want drinks, they have a full service bar. While here there was a mistake with my order and I was really impressed on how it was resolved. The owner came to our table and did an amazing job to rectify this error. I recommend checking it out. The food was good.

We were so excited to see a new Champagnes open in downtown Huntington. Having enjoyed their other location for years in Newport, we love that this new location has the same great atmosphere but is in the heart of HB. The food is amazing and fresh, and the portions are generous. We highly recommend the Joe's omelette and also love the homemade cookies. Happy to see they have MoonGoat coffee and a full coffee bar. Most of all, we love that this restaurant is family owned. We will definitely be back again soon

Busy hustle type vibe with the diners, cars on PCH and beachgoers. Park in the underground structure, get validated. Food we ordered: - Calamari: Standard quality with light batter and soft pieces. The pesto sauce was very good. - Ribeye House Butchered Cut: I ordered mine Black & Blue (aka Pittsburg Style) which can be difficult. They did a very good job with it. Outside had good crunchy sear in most areas and soft tender rare inside. It was generously seasoned topped with compound butter. I subbed the garlic fries for mash potatoes which was just okay. Overall, very impressed. Steak is my favorite. - Picanha: Flat Iron Steak topped with chimichuri. Ordered medium rare and it came out cooked perfect. Very soft and tender pieces. The garlic fries were very good and the arugula salad had a nice blend of citrusy and savory flavor. Overall, the food was great. Lots of seasoning and flavors. We were celebrating a birthday so they brought out a complimentary chocolate cake and ice cream. Very nice gesture. Another note; Service was great and the manager also walked the floor the entire time to check in on guests, run food, clear tables when needed and helped his staff. As someone who's worked in restaurants, that's always nice to see.

The truth is I couldn't have imagined what an enjoyable meal myself and my two companions would be having. As we walked inside you are immediately taken by the charming atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming! From our amazing waiter Timmy to Misty our chef/owner. Every single dish was fantastic. From the French Onion soup with bone marrow, the Mac and cheese shareable, to the garlic bread with pesto.. But the entrees and desserts SHINED! I had the scallops while the other two had the 8oz hanger steak. Both steaks were cooked to perfection (rare and medium well) and the scallops were so buttery soft they melted in your mouth. The desserts was cheesecake with a raspberry gelee for one and a warm banana bread with ice cream and chocolate drizzle for the other. Even though we were all stuffed, the plates were worthy of a lick (although we restrained ourselves).
