On the first weeks Mr. Feldman will keep promising my car will be ready the next week and the next week and now its being 2 months with no communication at all. Champion Porsche is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Unethical practices are quite common, read the reviews cause apparently others have had this run in. They will take your money for a deposit to special order a car but the sales person tells you right to your face , if the car arrives in they will sell it to the higher bidder. This isn't the start of your problems, the service department will have you waiting weeks for your repairs or service, they will over price your service at ridiculous levels. The reps are rude , unreliable and their loaners are always out. However they reserve loaners to those who spend the most. We bought a car from them 10k over the value , we had to chase our rep for months just to get mats as promised. Everything about this dealership is a joke. We are in the process of selling the car and moving to Jm lexus. We have had nothing but great performance from this dealership. Champion is a dealership that you just keep driving past. This time we were lucky enough to get assistance from James Giniewicz, he was our sales person. He went above and beyond to make our experience a delight. He was honest and extremely helpful. The 911 was in stock so he held it for 2 weeks with a minimum deposit while he was able to find the exact color and specifications for my wife Macan. I learned by experience that the service team at Champion is either knowingly crooked and/or struggling to cover for a lack of qualified technicians. I've justified the price of dealership service as the cost of using 'certified experts who ensure a job done correctly' - this team proved me wrong on both accounts. Dropped my vehicle off for some fairly basic service & asked that they also look into a slight rattle that I was hearing in the suspension. After 41 days, a '110% guaranteed solution' from Bradley if I'd spend another $1,200 in parts, I was forced to pay over $6,200 for my car back...with the same rattle it came in with. The explanation? 'We couldn't find it" Fair enough. The response for the $6K in labor & parts that didn't fix the issue? "We're really sorry." So I was re-telling all this to a mechanic within 2 miles of me who said, 'sounds like this is the problem, let me take a look.' That evening, he called to confirm. Within 24 hours, the rattle was fixed for $400. Champion may very well be a great place to buy a new Porsche - for service, I found them wholly dishonest and incompetent - the wise choice, from one Porsche enthusiast to another, is to avoid them at all costs. read more

I am disappointed at the unprofessional behavior of this dealership. I expected better treatment after leasing two $100,000 911s in the past few years. I suggest you buy or lease your Porsche somewhere else. The dealership staff was supposed to handle the return of my vehicle at lease-end last year but didn't do their job which ended up causing major problems for me. Now, the dealership is refusing to reimburse me for all the costs I incurred due to their negligence. This is rude and unprofessional behavior and not what I expect from a luxury car dealer. My husband bought his Porsche Macan from this dealership, and it was just as they were arriving in the states. The salesperson, whose name escapes me, was more concerned about telling us what he drove, what he knew, who he knew, and to whom he recently sold a Carrerra. We paid TOP DOLLAR for the lease, and due to the fact that they were just coming in, they knew they had a captive audience. OUR FAULT 100%. We had to fight and fight however to get our 500.00 deposit sent back (never deducted from the sales order, and we caught it) and after numerous calls to the salesman, and to the credit department, we finally got a check in the mail about six to eight weeks later. A simple 500.00 check on an 80,000 car. Principle here folks, principle. Yes, the dealership is stunning. We will however buy elsewhere. He is servicing the car in Palm Beach, and we have had a wonderful experience locally. I am choosing my words carefully with this dealership, but consumer beware: this is NOT the type of dealership that cares for you the minute you pull out of the driveway. I've never owned a Porsche and after my experience I'm not in a hurry to buy one. My guess is given my experience that demands for the cars outpace supply. I went to the dealership on Saturday and left after 30 minutes. While the receptionist was concerned that I was not being helped, nobody else seemed to care. I finally got a sales person after waiting 20 minutes and when I asked to see a car, the sales person told me he was helping someone else and if I would wait he would track someone else to help me. I had my car in for service and to tighten a tail light. I ended up having to leave out of state for a family emergency and asked for my car back. I was told no, I couldn't have my car. I thought this was strange, but I had more pressing worries. I called Mr. Feldman two days later and stated I wanted my car and again was denied my car because they said they had it apart, I had to fly out and he said they would deliver it to me, since I wasn't home I rented a garage to store it in until my return, they had the car for 3 weeks. The only thing I could tell was done was the gas cap was replaced and Mr. Feldman had told me before I had left that they had already tightened my tail light and they wouldn't charge for that, but the bill had the charge for a brand new taillight. Then they sent me a sales contract with additional undisclosed fees adding hundreds to the transaction. Then the guy sells the car to another party and still refuses to return the deposit. They have been reported to ebay, paypal, the local better business bureau and the FBI internet crime division for fraudulent activity. There are tens of thousands of used cars and dealers out there. Got my Panamera hybrid from Champion, and my salesman was Brian Wagner, who was great. I had a very good overall experience, Brian went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly, including picking up my car from Delray to get the windows tinted and bringing it back to my office. Haven't used the service here yet, but will update when I do. Absolutely love my Panamera, it's comfortable, and sporty when needed. Getting about 45 mpg with the hybrid so far. I just want to start off and say I was an old coworker that worked for Champion Porsche. I just want to start off by saying if you're thinking about working for them.. RUN! I was here for two months and all I wanted to say I thought I had a great opportunity to be working for them as a service greeter. The service despartment has alot of favoritism. They don't care if you're a hard worker that puts their time and dedication for the job, they do not care. They only see the small mistakes you make instead of them being understanding and seeing you are still new there. I had two of my friends working with me, one as a porter and one as a greeter. Both of them were really good workers, they did their part, and did what they can to make sure they did the right thing for the company. But the managers there Aka Cindy Tilton and the Drive manager Jayda is nothing but unprofessional, rude, and doesn't know how to treat their employees. how many times I was accused of not doing my job for talking to a coworker for no longer than 5 minutes? I am not understanding do they think this is the military? I was accused for not keeping the drive cleaned but little did jayda know i was sweeping for about 20 minutes while she was gone for lunch. While she came back she yelled at me and my friend that we were too " busy talking and not doing work." Me trying to defend myself I tried to explain to her that I was sweeping while she was gone for lunch and she interrupts my friend stating my friend coming back from lunch was not an excuse. I did not like how i was getting treated. I never got greeted with a goodmorning, or how am i doing morning.. A new greeter started she was given the days she wanted off, she got a $14 pay, she was getting asked if she was okay and everything. Myself on the other hand i was getting paid $13 to do more work while jayda was nowhere to be found, I actually have experience as a greeter why am I getting paid $13 ? the new girl was a book keeper with no experience at a dealership. Managers will pick on you for apparently not doing your job.. when in reality it's favoritism. My old coworker almost got fired because he was slammed with keys for customer pick up and he pretty much had to fight for the job to explain he was slammed with work.. while the other porter who is the brother of jayda's boyfriend was not DOING ANYTHING. he gets treated fairly by the managers ? Before I finish , I got fired for missing three days . One saturday, One during the week, and the saturday that passed which was a week ago. My valid reason for calling out was because I was sick my blood pressure was high. It's a fast paced work environment and I am sorry but I wouldn't be able to last standing up on my feet for 8 hours If i was not feeling good. I texted jayda who is in charge to let her know she was okay with it. I got lied in front of the manager stating she had screenshots of myself texting her I was coming to work late. 3-5 mins late ?? are you kidding me? I texted her only once about showing up late to the job and i got to work around 7:34am. While others are showing up 30 minutes late. im not understanding how you let go of someone because of a lie you created to use that as an excuse ? The manager cindy was disrespectful in the office when she wanted to let me go.. creating lies saying I always text her im arriving late. I understand I was on my 90 probation , but i was for sure always on time , always on top with my work, not trying to create problems .. and all i get back in return was a slap in the face. I wanted to take the time and share my recent experience at Champion Porsche. As an added note, I am one of the people that rarely write a review but this time I felt compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience I had purchasing my latest Porsche. I wasn't necessarily in the market to buy a car but had been reached out by another local Porsche dealer, where I had purchased my second 911, with the claim that they were running amazing deals on Panamera Turbos. Out of curiosity I thought to look at the cars but before I did, I reached out to Marco (internet Sales Manager) whom I had contacted 2 years back via email to see what Champion had to offer. To my surprise, he responded right away and informed me of a "no brained" offer for me to regain my business back. Well, let me just say, that I can't remember a recent time where someone at a car dealership not only made the buying experience exciting and relaxed, but he really went out of the way for me. Even though it was a Saturday and he was busy, he took the time to make sure that everything we discussed happened expeditiously and made the whole experience awesome. Now I know there are some negative reviews on this site and I have read most of them. I really don't understand why people have had these bad experiences. I can say that as a customer of Champion for 18 years, and I have purchased Porsche's from other dealerships, they have the best inventory, best prices hands down as a result of the volume of business they do, and great service. Can someone have a bad day, sure, everyone is human, but to characterize Champion anything other then excellent is just not representative of their business. Crooks I sold my car and needed a new one within 48 hours for a trip to VT. Mike from Champion was the sort of salesperson I appreciate. He allowed me to tell him what I needed and accommodated my every ask. I found a 2014 CPO on the lot, drove it, shared a couple of concerns and paid cash. I was concerned that the Cayenne shifted more harshly than I was accustomed to and was told, "it's likely just because it's been sitting for awhile" I also stated that there was more road noise and a harsher ride than I had expected and was told, "you probably just haven't been driving on low-profile performance tires lately". I was in a hurry and figured, "fine, with a full 2 year bumper to bumper warranty, if it really is anything of concern I'll be covered down the line". I paid a PREMIUM for a CPO vehicle from an authorized Porsche dealership because I wanted to be sure that a) the car had been properly inspected and any problems fixed so it would be in tip top shape and b) If I paid more upfront for something CPO, I won't have to drop any big chunk of money into it for a decent while. Within 500 miles I'm in Washington DC during protests and the covid-19 epidemic hearing a Porsche tech tell me that the transfer case needs to be replaced. I couldn't find a hotel with vacancy and was told to proceed with my trip to VT, but proceed carefully! Once I got to VT, I had to spend a day traveling to New Hampshire (almost to Boston) to have the transfer case replaced. I sent an email to Champion Porsche explaining that I was disappointed that I just bought this vehicle the day before and would expect that this would have been picked up by their service team during the CPO inspection. Also, considering that I learned this is a HUGE and common problem with certain year Cayennes, wouldn't you expect them to pay special attention to this? I was offered an apology and a car wash. Offering me a car wash for my trouble is like tipping a server a penny, it worse than being offered nothing. Once I returned to FL I contacted Cindy the Service Manager at Champion and stated that I wanted to love this vehicle but I need it to be checked out because there are some issues and quirks that need attention and considering that I drove away with a bad transfer case, a proper inspection obviously wasn't done prior to the sale. I went the next day and took Ed out for a drive. Some of the issues/noises I was concerned about couldn't be replicated but he acknowledged a rumbling sound coming from the rear of the vehicle upon stopping that "was definitely not normal" and suggested I make an appointment. I made said appointment and after 2 days the information I was given was, "your tires are feathering and you need new ones and we suggest getting an alignment". I bought this Cayenne on June 2, 2020 and I'm being told this on July 15, 2020. I've put less than 2,500 miles on this vehicle, including a trip from FL to VT. If the tires are feathering it was either sold to me that way or it was sold to me with a problem with the alignment, bushings, ball joints or wheel bearings. Either way, the car drives like shit and both the Champion Porsche used car manager and service manager claimed they couldn't do anything for me. Now I have this vehicle that could be awesome but isn't. It drives like a cheap knock of of a Porsche and the same rumbling sound when I stop is still happening as well. I loathe this shady bunch and worst of all DO NOT TRUST anyone at Champion Porsche. They're a bunch of crooks, no better than any shady used car salesmen and I will NEVER purchase or have a vehicle serviced there again. You would think they would realize that someone with the ability to drop in and swipe a debit card for over 30k is also in a position to return and purchase something new if they have a good experience. Worse even is that now I have a bad taste for Porsche as a brand. I will tell as many people as I can possibly reach that my experience purchasing 3 brand new BMW's and having them regularly serviced was an experience that shames Porsche. Champion has effectively crushed a 30+ year love affair that I've had with these cars. I suggest you read the negative reviews on this site and as many other sites as possible. Also post your negative experiences with Champion anywhere you can. As an organization that touts itself as the #1 Porsche Dealer in America, they are not making their money in any sort of honest way or by providing any sort of great customer experience. The car was in excellent condition with low milage. They worked to find me financing at a fair rate, especially considering it was used car. They were happy to roll in desired parts into the financing as well. No BS add on products were forced upon me in the finance room. The entire signing process took less than 15 minutes, which is the quickest I have ever experienced. My salesman, Mike Szabo, was great! He is a real car guy and real pleasure to deal with. I feel he sincerely wants you to be happy and satisfied, no matter what car you decide to buy. He also went above and beyond to help me several times after the sale regarding the aftermarket SportDesign parts I purchased. Both Ed Caceres in the service department and A.J. Gioia in parts were also great and communicated with me efficiently though text and email. All in all, I've had a great experience at Champion Porsche. I was in the market for a new gt4 and turbo called in and talk to Manfred he was Super professional.I ended up ordering a turbo S. I had contacted the other Porsche dealer in West Broward they never respond I ended up going there and they were very rude. Champion Porsche is the only place I would recommend anyone looking for a new car. They have a old Walmart that they store all the cars inside air-conditioning which is extremely helpful for car shopping in the summer.
