Today was such a horrendous day, and car issues is not the way to start or end the day but that's exactly how my day went. As I was getting into my vehicle to get to work, the car barely started. I panicked bc, that's the reasonable thing to do, right? By the grace of God, the car started and I was able to get to work. But I knew that would be the end of that. I knew by the time I clocked out for the day my car would be dead. It was. I got a jump and made it to Darwin. Darwin was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, precise, thorough, and fast! Darwin went above and beyond! The kind of service that Darwin provided is impossible to find these days. I hope Autozone knows what a true gem they have with Darwin! came here after already getting rejected from the first autozone we went to. Walked in and the front desk girl and manager were not so friendly and just seemed irritated we needed help. We asked if we can get our battery tested because the car was not starting and it was most definitely the battery. (It had been atleast 2 years since we got a new one) the girl took about .5 seconds to test the battery, gave us a receipt and told us the battery was at 92% life, we left and then guess what the next time we went to turn our car on it wouldn't go ! We took it into Sam's club and they told us it was the battery and it was completely dead. Do not trust autozones tester and don't expect nice customer service ! The sale people here are always very helpful. They inspected batteries for free. I bought batteries here with 3 yeat warranty and already got the batteries replaced twice with no extra charge. Went to buy a portable battery charger when I was at the counter the guy said there's no returns and I asked if it was what happens if it's defective, he said it doesn't come with any warranty whatsoever. So he blatantly lied to me right on AutoZone website there is a 90 day return on this product and also the manufacturer shows it has a warranty not only could I not get help in the store because they're all in the back several times I had to ask for help they all had attitudes, and for the first time I'm gonna try O'Reillys this is the first time I've had problems in the store read more

No complaints. Typical auto parts store with helpful employees. Our go-to shop for headlight replacements or to run a self-diagnostic test on our vehicle to get a printout of the error code (whenever the check engine light pops on). Very helpful when taking your vehicle to any auto shop. Workers here are knowledgeable and helpful. Have seen them out in the lot assisting customers several times. They have a rewards program but it works best for regular customers who spend at least $20 per transaction. Glad to have this parts store so close to us. read more

Sure do appreciate that they are open late. One doesn't tend to notice that their headlights are out during the daylight hours. We pulled in at 9:45pm and are getting advice from their associate, Eric, on replacing the burned out bulb. He was super helpful. The conversation is intense. I wish I knew more about cars. Well I guess this is what I get for being lazy. My wife's car needed a new battery so I went to this location to get one and kid working asked if I wanted him to instal it. It was hot outside and I didn't feel like getting dirty before I had to go in to work. After about 30-45min the battery still wasn't installed and the kid was struggling. Finally he finishes and tells me that in order to get my old battery out he had to break the battery terminal on the negative side. I asked "break it?" And his reply was yet it was really stuck on the battery so I pried it off of the battery and it broke. I asked if he had the parts to fix it and he said no. So I ended up having to bring my car in to the dealer to have it fixed is it cost me $357.75 for a new battery cable. I will NEVER go back to Auto Zone read more

Pros: Relatively clean, organized, easy to find. I was able to buy what I needed. Cons: The older gentleman who works here should work on his customer service skills. When I was here, I was one of two customers and there were two employees. The younger one was helping someone else, and the older employee had me wait till he was ready. I needed coolant for a mini, and the older guy made me wait till the younger one was available since he wasn't sure which kind my car needed. As it turns out, just regular coolant nothing fancy. Then at the cash register, the older gentleman rang up customers up before me who had not been waiting as long as I had. read more

What great group working at this location!!!! After any oil change service at Jiffy Lube, I like coming here to see what self service options I after declining the over-prices cost of Jiffy Lube.
