We also asked him to install a junction box under our gas cooktop for a 240-volt line. He ran the 240-volt line from the new sub-panel. This new line was in case we ever wanted to replace the cooktop with an induction cooktop. Most recently he came back to move the junction box, as we had decided to get that induction cooktop after all, and it spec'd a junction box lower down than Mike installed. (Of course, if we'd picked a cooktop ahead of time and had the spec, this extra trip would not have been needed.) Every time he's come, he's been on time, very pleasant, and cleans up any mess the job created. And, his jobs are very precise and neat.

Leandro is eager to show you what customer service is all about, and I guarantee you, he will impress you, because he sure impressed me. I filled out a service request yesterday to have my ducts cleaned after finding out I had severe water accumulation in the crawl space of my 34 year old home. There was significant mold and mildew involved and I was told my return duct had water inside it, so I haven't had my downstairs furnace or A/C on since the first week of March. I got the water problem solved, so I explained to Leandro, I wanted all my ducts cleaned and sanitized, but if he was too busy to do that right away, if he could just do my return duct ASAP, that would alow me to run the A/C and the rest of the ducts could wait. He responded immediately and said he could do the 1 duct today, but not all of them, I also signed up for his annual service program after his rapid response so he also did the full clean and inspection of my upstairs A/C unit which has been doing double duty for the last two months. But here is where he went above and beyond, I was told by a plumber I had hired to inspect my gas pipes under the house, about the small lake under my house, he found and saw the duct was semi submerged, he went above and beyond too, he lifted up the duct and said it was heavy with water. I did not know how bad the return duct was affected by the water, and Leandro knew this, he went under my house found the duct and opened it up so he could see inside in both directions where a sheet metal connecter was. He said it did not look like much, if any water was inside the duct, it had pink insulation wraped around the outside of the duct that was soaked with water and was heavy because of that, but no mold or mildew was inside the duct, what a relief! He took pictures of everything, and then re-connected the duct properly, and proceeded to clean and sanitize it. He did all this without adding any extra charges to his original quote for today's work. That peace of mind was worth a lot to me, and I told him so. Crawling around under any house is difficult, my house is particularly difficult, the crawl space is extremely tight, tearing apart a duct, and putting it back together under there is hard for me to even imagine. This is the kind of service you can expect to receive from Leandro if you fill out a service request with Thermotec HVAC Services, and if you do, you can thank me later.

April, 2026, our 2016 300 GLC MBZ alerted for low coolant level. I added about a quart of water to…read morecontinue its use, but scheduled an appointment with TrueCare to diagnose the underlying cause of coolant loss. The upper radiator hose turned out to be the cause. TrueCare replaced it, alleviating our worries for 2 trips to SoCal and one to Reno(from the Sierra foothills). Then a short trip to our local grocery store turned out to be disastrous. When starting the car for the trip back home, it warned to "Check Coolant Level". By the time the car reached our neighborhood, the Temperature indicator had climbed to the red zone, and the warning changed to flashing red "Turn Off Engine!" When it cooled, I checked under the hood to learn that the previously replaced upper radiator hose had come completely off the radiator connector. I contacted Dave, and made arrangements to have it towed to TrueCare. I informed Dave about the hose, and he ordered a replacement. The hose that had been installed had failed, and was defective. This wasn't an aftermarket part, but an OEM from Mercedes. The good news in all of this, is that Dave stands behind all his work with a 2 year warranty. The replacement was done for NO CHARGE!! The lesson here, is that any part can fail, even a new OEM from Mercedes. When a business stands behind their work with this kind of service, it speaks volumes about their integrity. There's good reason why most every review gives Dave's TrueCare 5 star reviews. They've earned it, along with the trust and confidence his customers give him. I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders". As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone. He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like. The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!). There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do. We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about. For details if you've made it this far, our story: Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar. He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space. Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, my wife and I thought well maybe we changed our mind as the cost came in higher with the footing work. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no. So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along, as you know I get ideas about what I might want, we added some carpeting and shelving, and additional tile work that he added at no additional cost to him. He really just knows what he is doing and is super on top of things. So go with Noor Construction if you have the chance, you won't regret it!

I feel that you can tell a lot about a company by talking to the person who answers the phone. Amber quickly inspired confidence in my choice of choosing this company to contact. She answered the phone immediately, was professional and listened to me carefully. She set up an appointment when Tony could visit. And she explained Tony would text me the day of the appointment with the window of time he would be arriving. Love organized and efficient. As per his word, Tony texted me and gave me a 4 to 5:00 p.m. window and showed up on time. For the next hour Tony evaluated the situation by getting a very close look at the problem area. He then went up into the attic for a closer inspection. When he came back he had pictures on his phone and explained what was going on. As it turns out there is an open area in the roof where rain water can get in. This likely created the spot that has now formed. He said it was fixable and would send me an estimate via email. If I agreed with the estimate, I would be added to his schedule. (Luckily this is a very slow leak and the ceiling spot is small.) Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with choosing him out of many other people. The estimate was received the next morning! I absolutely felt it was fair and reasonable. He is a popular guy. I have a month's wait. As an aside: My neighbor was present during Tony's visit. He was so impressed with Tony that he asked for his business card. I was visiting Big O to get a new set of tire pressure sensors in my new to me 2017 Ford Focus Rallye Sport, and I mentioned the situation to Noah. He looked it up and informed me that the tires, which I bought from him, were still under warranty, and that Big O would either repair or replace the tire for free. I called Noah at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon to see about making an appointment. His response was that I could come down to the shop and he would handle it right now. No appointment, Saturday afternoon, and he made it happen. The job was done in just a few minutes. This is an excellent shop with top flight technicians who know what they're doing, and they are car lovers. Noah is the man. You can trust him with all your auto service needs. Two thumbs up!

We called yesterday morning when we noticed our AC was not kicking on and they were able to get a tech out today! Butch arrived on time and was friendly as could be. He wasted no time jumping in and trying to diagnose the problem. He went through everything he could think of, figured it out, and advised us of best solutions. We never felt pressured or unsure of the decisions we were making. He also pointed out things to keep an eye on, as they appeared to be going bad or outdated, but again, never once did he push for us to buy or do anything now. He was also honest with us about replacing the unit altogether (yes, you're thinking he wants us to spend the money and they make it), but the unit is 32 years old with a life expectancy of 20, soo he's not wrong. Beyond suggesting a new unit he priced out different components that we could replace, as we wanted to, in order to squeeze as much life out as we could. We were already considering replacing, so he helped us set up a no obligation consultation later this week. And honestly, if not for the service and respect we've been shown, we'd consider shopping around more, but this family owned company has earned our business and trust for years to come! I had my Generac generator installed in April 2019 and I couldn't be happier. I love Chandler Electric and they have suffered through my incessant questions ever since, but their patience with me has only convinced me more and more that I chose the right people for my generator needs. I recently had my yearly service completed and every time I pay that invoice, I initially think, "Gee, am I paying too much for this?" But every Saturday at noon when my generator does its 5-minute maintenance run or when the power goes out, I am reminded that I'm no longer freaking out that I may not be able to cook or stay warm during the winter when I lose power. My peace of mind is worth that yearly service invoice and pretty sure because of it that I won't be needing to call them for any other problems for the rest of they year. They keep me running! Chandler's personnel is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS ON TIME! They really know their stuff! Poor guy had to come out here once in the freezing snow to give me some service and he was as cheerful as if it were spring! Chandler Electric is awesome! Justin was the fourth bid we obtained to install a whole house generator. He explained the installation in detail, obviously knew what he was doing, patiently answered all of my questions, then gave me the best bid of all the companies we interviewed. A couple of weeks later, he went "above and beyond," agreeing to call my propane supplier per my request and explain how he would be hooking up their tank to the Generac 22KW system we were purchasing. They were so impressed with him, they called me to tell me he was installing everything related to their equipment exactly right and they had no concerns whatsoever. Early this morning, Justin's installers arrived and they are as wonderful as he is. They worked meticulously throughout the morning and early afternoon, walked me through the generator's operation and features after completing the installation, gave me the owner's manual and keys, then walked around the property with me to ensure I was satisfied with all of their work. They left my property cleaner than when they arrived. All in all, it was a stellar experience and I will be recommending Chandler Electric to all of my family and friends. Hire them! Chandler Electric is the "just right" installer for whole home backup power. They are large enough to have in-stock inventory, multiple experts, nearly-immediate availability, fast office team & super-pro installers. And they are "small" enough to deliver very personal service. I talked to both of the owners multiple times throughout our installation. Their pricing is also very fair. I spoke to one "white glove" dealer that quoted me 50% higher for the same job. I also talked to a smaller dealer that quoted about 20% less but couldn't actually assemble all the necessary elements of the installation - electrical, gas plumbing, snow shelter. Chandler Electric quoted a fair price and got a relatively complex installation done, tested, inspected and break-in serviced before the first snow. The 24kw Generac runs our whole house (3,400 sq. ft) with every imaginable appliance on concurrently just to test capacity... and that's with a 100-foot+ gas run at 6,600' I have already recommended them to a friend and look forward to seeing their team each year for our annual service. read more

It is my pleasure to recommend Chandler Electric to all of you who hate to be without electricity. Also, for those who medically must have constant electricity. Two years ago, we made the decision to get a Generac from Chandler Electric because it was getting very difficult to get down 15 stair steps - in the snow-- to get to the garage to start up the small generator we owned. Then, there was also the added need to make sure we had containers with gas and additives for the generator on hand for any electric outage. Every week the Generac comes on for a few minutes to make sure it is running smoothly. When the power goes out, the Generac comes on without any effort on our part, within a few seconds. We are so happy with our purchase and once a year the Generac is serviced by their friendly and professional staff to make sure everything is working properly. We just got a Generac generator through Chandler Electric -- we are so happy! We discussed the possible purchase and it was scheduled for install on January 3rd -- with the rain and bad weather. They not only showed up on time, but worked through the storm to make sure it was installed. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the permits and inspections, as well as the actual Generac operation. I would like to thank them for their great attitudes, as well as helping someone who lacks any mechanical understanding know how to operate the system. For 25 years, I've used several electrical contractors (some featured in the Yelp pages) and always found them wanting until a friend suggested CHANDLER ELECTRIC INC for the installation of a GENERAC generator. The owner, Justin Chandler showed up on time and was all business: the man knew instinctively what I needed, not necessarily what I wanted--and he was right. The 4-man crew that did the installation was the most professional I have seen anywhere: they had well-defined roles, there was no chit-chat or banter: they were all business. the crew had obviously been well-trained to work as a team--a most unusual situation around here. After two years of "Safety" power shutoffs and years of weather-related outages, my wife and I decided to go all-in on a whole-house standby generator. We decided on Generac, and using their dealer-locator, we were contacted by Chandler Electric within 24 hours of submitting the request for estimate. I recently had a 22 kw Generac generator installed at my home by Chandler electric. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism as well as knowledge. They did an outstanding job and after getting three bids they gave me the best price and undoubtedly the best service. Justin (the owner) personally came to my home to discuss the installation process and what circuits I felt were most important during a power outage. Justin was honest and played no games. We have had our Generac for a few years now and so far have had no problems. However, each winter I get nervous because we have not found someone to help us with regular maintenance. I asked around and had others tell me about their negative experiences with service companies never showing up or making them wait without power for days. We just had Chandler Electric install our backup power Generac system . They were professional in every way, from start to finish. Justin came and checked out what we needed and provided a fair bid. We had 5 other electricans bid the project. Justin provided a turn-key operation which was the key. We required a long propane run which he would do.Others required a separate plumber. Plus Justin was a Generac dealer which entitled us to the 7 yr. extended warranty at no additional cost. It was a very professional install from start to finish. Based on local recommendations for a generator (Generac) dealer and installer in our local area, we contacted Justin at Chandler. He came out right away and reviewed the potential installation with us. They were very responsive to our questions (via email and phone). The installation was very professional and clean. We took a video of the installer going over the operating instructions with us, so we have that for future reference. The generator has kicked on several times in the month that we have had it, and it has all gone completely smoothly. Chandler installed my Generac generator two years ago and did an excellent job. They just came out and serviced my generator for the second time. Great folks in the office handling appointments, service technician was on time, professional, courteous, efficient. Changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, cleared any error messages, and checked the valves (which did not need any adjustment.) These folks are pros. I recommended them to a friend who needed a generator install with an upgrade to his 40 year old panel. His experience was as expected and the same as mine....... excellent in every way. We have had a Generac for years, and we love it. Chandler Electric keeps it running. We were recently evacuated from our home, due to the Caldor fire. The Generac kept our food safe, as the firefighters kept our home safe. When we returned, there was a red light on our Generac and we called Chandler and made an appointment for them to check it out. Well, as luck would have it,, we lost our power, before the day of the maintenance. We called Chandler, and they sent someone right out, instead of making us wait for the appointment. To anyone wanting to install a whole house generator, we highly recommend Chandler Electric to do the installation. I am sure he has seen and solved far more complicated problems than my situation, but he still treated it seriously and provided a recommendation. When it was time to install a new outlet on the right circuit, he and his co-worker Angel arrived on time and got the work done right and quickly. PS-this is the service that made me join Yelp, so I can give Rich and PES 5 stars (and not 10 as others have noted)." *********** Since then, I've been on PES REST plan (their annual maintenance contract for 1 AC and 1 heater/furnace tuneup per year). I don't review routine service calls, but go ahead and imagine about 3 dozen 5 star reviews for keeping my systems running and functional as they met and then exceeded normal life for these units. Well, all good things must come to an end. The AC sealant gave out, flooding my attic and into my master bathroom. After much consideration, I came to realize that it was time to replace the AC, and possibly the equally old and increasingly troublesome heater. So Micah came over and presented several options and discussed which ones were SMUD rebate eligible. I went with the bundled (and SMUD rebate eligible) AC + Heat Pump combo. Micah and his son (already an industry veteran and very capable) arrived bright and early (e.g. right on time) and 10 hours later - old units removed, new units installed. The big surprise was *nothing* - e.g. none of the clunks grinds, whooshes, strained sounds of the old system. Just nice cool air evenly distributed throughout my 3/2 bungalow. The old system kept the master suite at temperature, but ran hot summers and cold winters in the kid's rooms at the other end of the house. Remember folks, true power doesn't roar - it whispers. And of course, thank you Phoenix Energy Solutions for fair pricing and top notch professional HVAC services.
