So I bought some thongs shoes from a chanel boutique in Las Vegas. I wore them yesterday for the first time and they were super uncomfortable. When you are walking, your foot slides in and it becomes extremely painful. I called Chanel Store in Costa Mesa to ask them what I can do about the pain. They told me to bring them in and that a manager would be able to assist me. I drove to Chanel in Costa Mesa and I met with Maria Burley, the store manager. She was condescending and not helpful. She said that I had 14 days to determine whether the shoes were comfortable, she did not offer me a solution. She completely disregarded what I was telling her. I did not want to return the shoes, I loved them, but I wanted a solution because they were just painful. I told her that I expected for her to at least offer me a solution. She was completely oblivious. I told her to send them to have repaired and perhaps they can add something to make it comfortable. I paid over $995 and it was a waste of money. Never again will I purchase chanel shoes. I highly recommend Valentino and Ysl shoes. read more

Went shopping today with some girlfriends and stopped by SCP Chanel store to just browse and admire the purses. I had been wanting to purchase the black caviar quilted bag for years. I had asked a sales associate for assistance, her name was Jennifer. She was so courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I had read many of the yelp reviews from other customers who received poor service from this location. But, Jennifer provided such excellent customer service. I ended up purchasing the bag and I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to thank Jennifer for making my first shopping experience at Chanel such a pleasant one. I had an amazing experience with Grace. I called one morning to be placed on the waitlist for the chanel woc in caviar leather. She told me that it might take a month for any new bags to arrive. While the store is well stocked with some unique Chanel handbags and other items that are not easily available, I was dissapointed with the service. I should not even call it service because there was none directed my way. The store had 4 sales associates, 1 of which was busy with another customer. Not one of them offered assistance. Cathy Foy is amazing she's a great sales associate. But it does get pretty busy at this Chanel store. There's plenty of elbow bashing when I get to the cash register. And I also wish they served tea like the boutiques in London & Paris. They did give me a Diet Coke though, but with no straw or glass. Quite unfortunate but I love the people here they're great, relaxed and cool. Absolutely no pressure in the buying process or any rush for that matter. The customer service at this location is waaaaay better than the one in Bev Hills. The store is not quite as big but they always have lots of clothes and stuff in the back. So if u don't see an item you are looking for, ask because they still might have it. The SAs are so helpful, the service on my watch was perfect, it came back looking all sparkly and new. The only thing that irritates me about Chanel are the constant price hikes. Some items are more reasonably priced than others (a dress can be several thousand, or as low as one thousand), so definitely browse around. I thought I was allergic to all cashmere, but I found a gorgeous drapey sweater made from such a fine grade of cashmere that its not itchy at all. read more

Most people think that the staff at Chanel is cold, unfriendly, secretly scooping you out for designer clothes, handbag or something to determine if you are worthy of their help, sales people. This is how it went. My day off in yoga pants and a sweatshirt- I dare to go into this boutqiue and inquire about item that is seasonal (thus probably completely sold out). I was prepared for the usual "Oh, that is sold out. We never know when we will get another one story". My experience was far different than expected. Within ten steps through the door I hear a friendly (I can hear him are smiling without even seeing him "welcome to Chanel!" Who is this magical SA? His name is SIROSH. Sirosh showed me around the boutique, answered my questions, went back and worth on a couple different bags. THEN it happened, I found the item In beige. I wanted black. The do not have stock. Sirosh is on it. Within two weeks of my first time in the boutique the item is mine., Sirosh has earned my business for life. He hustles and locates the items you want by calling countless stores. I was taken to this store for my birthday, since the hubby buy me a new handbag or shoes for my birthday every year. There were two petite Asian woman as the sales associates. I walked in to the shoes and the two associates were chatting away. I first, I didn't mind as I hate when I'm approach just as I walk in. I then turn and asked if I could see a style in my size. Both associates look at me as how dare I disturb their conversation. One of the girls said "we sold out no more" ok so can I see something else. Mu husband even jokes and said girls "go crazy with her it's her birthday and she has full access to my amex. The two associates then continued on their conversation. Ok, I told my husband let's go look around. We went over to Gucci and got a purse and new shoes. Then over to ysl and got their espadrilles. Then my hubby surprise me with a Cartier bracelet. Btw what excellent treatment in Gucci, ysl and of course Cartier. We came back to Chanel and the associates where still in their hot gossip conversation. I walked up to them with my bags and had my pretty woman moment. Ha ha! They looked at me and continued with their gossip. Now I wish I knew what the "good cheese" was about. It had been about a year since I had gone back to Chanel at SCP and I loved going to their newly remodeled boutique. As soon as hubby and I walked in I saw Sirosh. I remembered Sirosh from a few years back when he sold me a wallet. I said "I remember you, you sold me a wallet a few years ago" and the rest is history. We picked up where we left off because hubby and I had a fantastic experience with Sirosh. He is very professional, kind and friendly. He helped me pick out two pairs of earrings, (a pair my hubby bought me for our 2 year wedding anniversary). And lastly the most amazing clutch I have ever seen!!!! If it wasn't for Sirosh I would have never seen it or bought it. I can't wait to rock all of my goodies. Next time I am on the lookout for a Chanel piece I will definitely purchase from Sirosh. horrible service, Unnecessary long lines. The store manager Sisi with couple other associates came out 3 times to remind people waiting in line for 1+ hour, that they are only accepting 1 person from each party. There were only 2 customers allowed into the store at any given time with 6 other associates roaming around and telling people how to sanitize. While waiting in line I asked her pointing to my bag of their return policy, very short she told me 30 days (it was extended due to Christmas, which she told me inside when I was upset about timeframe). When almost at the door she was monitoring (rather than helping people to get in and out faster) what business we had when She has learned that I am returning she told me She could have helped me if that was all I needed. So I guess she never paid attention first time when talking to me. She told me to put sanitizer on my hands but she proceeded to open the return without any gloved or sanitizing herself. If you ever bought a bag from Chanel you know their packaging. The bag I got as a gift for Christmas and the return date was yesterday 12.26.20 and still had all of that original wrapping inside and out . The gift was purchased in Beverly Hills. I just take a look at the bag, and put it back into the gift bad to be returned. As she was removing the packaging from the bag, She started telling me that there is a hair in the bag and that the bag is not returnable as it is not sellable anymore. Then she started showing scratches (I could not see any) on the bag and asking me all kinds of questions as if I had the bag for 6 months and it was worn prior to bringing it back. So if the Chanel bag gets heavily scratched by just looking at it is that the customer's fault?. I have shopped in Las Vegas, in Beverly Hills Chanel stores and have never seen such an obnoxiously RUDE, full of himself with extreme superiority complex manager who only introduce herself as Sisi. read more

My over all experience on this store was ok but not great. No one approach me to offer any help for the first 20 min. when I was starting to get impatient finally someone asked me if I had been helped yet and tried to get someone to help me but I still had o wait another 10 min for someone to show up. When a sales associate finally gave me some attention the first this she did was check me from head to toe in a kind of judging way, than when she went to the back to check on the item I asked for she didn't offered me a place to sit or a drink, most of the clients waiting for items to be pulled out for them where asked to make themselves comfortable and offered some kind of drink. The man who initially approached me than comes back at me an ask me if I would like some water (I think he was a security guard) I politely accepted the offer and he told me he would let the associate know, the sales associate comes back and asks me if I have asked for anything else like she had no idea, I told her that someone had offered us some water and she comes back with one single bottle for me and my two daughters. Her attitude toward me was quit disengaged at the beginning but than it change after I made my purchase been much nicer, it seems as sales associates look at people and pre judge the potential of a sale based on the look of them and treat them accordingly, I think they should try providing the same good quality of service and attention to every client that walks into their doors because I also saw some very fancy looking clients that got great customer service who spend quite a long time in the store and asked for many products to try and look at and finally left empty handed. You can't judge a customer based on looks, appreciate every clients or they might not want to come back. I was very happy with my purchase but the service could of been so much better. read more

Eva Lai is the best SA in the West Coast because I am always helped in a way that a friend would help me. The Chanel in SCP would be my ideal store getting dream items for my girlfriend. I highly recommend visiting the Chanel boutique in the Costa Mesa mall. I drove up from San Diego, and the Chanel store here has much more variety than the department store selections in Fashion Valley Mall. This Chanel store is large and beautiful. In addition to handbags, this location has a shoe, jewelry, and ready to wear section.There are even nice sitting couches in a living room like atmosphere, for your friends or significant other to relax on while you shop. When my husband and I first walked in, someone asked us if we needed help right away. I told her we were just browsing for now. The sales associates gave us room to browse. When I saw something I liked, it was really easy to find someone available to help me. A sales associate named Mario grabbed a bag out of a case for me, and he also went to the back to grab some other pieces he thought I might like. Mario was extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing one of the bags I saw, and he made sure to grab me an unopened bag from the back. When making the purchase, Mario chatted with my Husband and I, and brought us champagne and water. He also went out of his way to help me check out some bags I was interested in for further purchases. All around, it was a good experience shopping at this Chanel location. read more
