It took a while for a tech to be available but they kept checking in on us every 5 minutes if so, making sure we were comfortable and not forgotten. I had a blonde woman who did a botchy paint job and the gel isn't even cured or dried through. There was dust stuck to my nails. I took it off and i did not have it for a day. I did not feel confident or beautiful with these toes at all. I was ashamed to even say i went to the nail salon to get these. While there I had other techs vouch that my service wasn't Chanel's standard and I was getting cheated. I was told to let the front know i am paying for basic. She finished way before the others and started last. Her paint job looks terrible. When I did, an entire commotion arised and i was put in a super uncomfortable situation. Staff arguing in front of everyone and now everyone is staring at me. Instead of paying for basic the older elder lady made me pay for Deluxe and gel. I paid it anyway to get the heck out of there. So the last time I had a pedicure was when I was in the 7th grade. I'm now 22 lol. I came here for the first time with my boyfriend as a little "treat yourself day." It was awesome! The staff were really nice and even laughed with us because we are both so ticklish. We both got the deluxe pedicure for $45 each and it was a great price for the results of it. I was getting a bit of anxiety because it was taking long and they closed at 5 (we came in at 3), but they kept being very respectful and focused on their work. It was a relaxing experience and I think this place will be my go to for pedicures from now on. read more

When you first walk in, it felt like I was in a luxury nails spa--the atmosphere and details to this place is very chic and their service prices is very reasonable. This place is very clean, the lady that helped me was very friendly and if you have little girls who wants to spend a day with their mommies and aunties, they will have their own pedicure chair next to the adults. They were obviously overbooked and had 5 other people waiting. Instead of wasting our time I wish they would have told us they were running behind or asked us to come back later- even though we had an appointment. Showed up as a walk-in when they opened and got right in with Van to do a full-set for my younger cousin (shes graduating today, shout out to Maui High class of 2019) and while waiting for her, i got a pedicure with Vian and the massage chairs are sooooo good... first chair ive ever sat in that squeezes / massages your legs/thighs/buttock (the button on the remote says buttock ) so it was SO GOOD! I was here on a business trip and had a little time to burn. I decided to get a pedicure. This was such a great idea! This location and staff are friendly and professional. Upon arriving Linda greeted me with smiles and a warm personality. She got my water drafted and waited for me. She even offered me a drink menu to which I opted for a mimosa since I was unwinding from the day :) She did a great job with the massage and with the overall pedicure. Very long review: 1) First time going on Monday June 24th, walk in. I had great service. Van was super helpful and was willing to work with my short nails. He was funny and talkative and did exactly what I asked (after showing a few Pinterest pins). It took longer than what I'm used to.. about an hour and a half to do my nails. Fast Forward, 4 days later one of my nails broke off. I don't know what I did, but it broke off and I didn't notice it till later. I was very shocked because that has never happened to me before. Went on throughout my day and simple things like washing dishes, scratching my arm.. and each nail started to break off one by one. Because my nails were already almost gone, I chose to bite the rest off and they came off as if they were stickers. Like the press on fake nails. I was shocked. 2) Decided to make an appointment today 7/02 to get my nails done again, had a 430 appointment. Got there 10 minutes before. (Of course I'll wait).. Van greeted me at the door while he was with a guest where I told him I had a 430 appt & told to wait a few minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes before being helped by anyone else. Jenny asked what I was there for and explained to her about my nails situation & insisted I give her a receipt to prove I was even a customer to begin with. Gave my receipt only for her to tell me to wait a few more minutes. 515 hits and no one helped me. A woman walks in that had a 4pm appointment but showed up at 5 & immediately got sat down & helped because she was a regular. I don't like the fact that I've called and made an appointment to fix my nails that I was willing to pay full price for again. Only to be pushed aside and questioned if I was even a customer and then made wait an hour... I ended up walking out without getting my nails done because that was a waste of time. I don't doubt that they serve great customer service when given. But this was a very bad moment. read more
