My biggest complaint is actually not even the CA's or location it's the fact that it was packed with high schoolers spraying random perfumes and being careless (okay boomer). But seriously if this is overstimulating for you I would not have this location at the top of my list. It gets crowded fast. The last time I visited this location I ended up buying my mom a wallet for her birthday and I had a very pleasant experience. However a couple months after they re-released LV x Murakami and I went to take a look on a random Thursday. The service left a lot to desire and honestly it was because I came in flip flops and wasn't as presentable as the first time (boo hoo). My husband and I recently visited on 1/18 to celebrate our anniversary. We were initially thinking of buying some of their perfumes but when they matched me with Client Advisor Danyah, the rest was history. Listen to me, she is the best CA in this store. It felt like shopping with a friend and at no point did I feel like she was forcing me to buy anything. It's no wonder I walked out with a nano speedy. I have been waiting five years to pull trigger on that purchase and I felt like the time was right. Danyah brought back the magic LV offered me the first time I shopped here, she is the best. The lovely sales associate took me to where all the purse charms were. They had a huge variety, which I was happy to see. The prices of the charms ranged from $20 to $95. I asked if they had a cat charm and she checked for me. They did have them at one point, but they sold out. She also checked online but it was sold out there as well. I was really interested in the cat charm specifically, for my friend, since she is a big cat lover. I did appreciate the help I received and looked around the store for a bit. I didn't see anything else that I needed. I have shopped here in the past for purses and really love the customer service they offer here. They really go out of their way to help you.

The boy that was helping me (didn't get his name but he was the only boy sales associate). He obviously didn't know his products because he took out a different color one (brown brushed Calf). As he was unwrapping it from the generic looking, plastic clam shell box I jokingly said, "hahahahah is that what the watches come in? Hahahahah" and laughed. He got all serious, like I hurt his ego and said "they all come like this from the manufacturer. Even Rolexes." Bro. It was just a joke. And if I wanted to buy another Rolex I wouldn't be in your store. Didn't you notice the one I was already wearing? I then told him that was not the color. Which I had already said. Then he said, "let me see if we even have it in store... oh no you can order it online or go to the Walnut Creek. It cost $3,700". Then he started putting the watch back inside the darn plastic to-go looking container. I said, "aren't you going to at least let me try it on." What in the good Lord are you doing there? Just standing around doing nothing in your empty store? He then asked a different sales associate to help me. Her name is Ai. She was cool. Very helpful and let me at least try it on. Answered my questions about my engagement ring. Although the watch didn't quite fit my fat a**, at least she said he was going to ask if they could switch the band for a longer one. Like damn dude that's all I wanted to know and homeboy got all butt hurt with my snarky comment. Relax man. I'll make sure to never pass you up if I ever feel like buying anything else in this store. I've only had TOP TIER SERVICE at Tiffany and Co. From engraving, resizing to be sent back to the flag ship store in New York City, to my life time cleanings. Most notably, Vicky!! Vicky has helped me select wedding bands, push presents (for pushing through life lol), treat yo self gifts, and gifts (ranging from baby showers, graduation gifts, and house warming gifts). Vicky has truly been a pillar service advisor for many milestones in my life. For the value of Tiffany & Co, yes it is expensive. You're paying for the name and the experience of being a T&C client. It may not be of value to everyone, but it's a priceless value to me based off the many interactions I've had with my client advisor. One of my favorite memories with them is getting to see the laser numbers on my diamonds under their super microscope. Each diamond of a particular carat weight has a serial code, that you can't see with the naked human eye.

I had bags in mind already but I just did not know where I would be purchasing from. YSL was my first stop and instantly I was already helped by Nico I was nervous because I've heard stories of sales associates looking at you especially at designer stores but nope not with Nico I felt his sincerity right off the bat and when I showed him the bag I was hoping to purchase he quickly helped me and did not pressure me at all into buying it. I was honest with him and said I wanted to go to other stores as well and he was so supportive of my decision. I went to other stores looked at the bags I liked but something was pulling me back to YSL and that was definitely because of Nico other than I really loved the bag it was his kindness and professionalism that brought me back and I knew I wanted to make my first purchase with him and with YSL. Even when I bought the bag since I had to wait for it to get shipped to me he was constantly checking in with me and was so easy to get a hold of with the tracking of my bag. If window shopping while carrying a bag is their cue for managerial intervention - then I predict a short-lived tenure for either the manager or the store. Show respect for your customers - they're the driving force behind your business, and you will succeed or fail based on how you treat them.
