Skin care and maintenance is no joke! Initially, I called Chanton though Yelp and she immediately answered on a weekend day I might add. We quickly chatted about our wants and needs in this regards to the procedure with the run down of how it would be done. On my end, I took a couple of days to respond by a text to follow up to show her some photos of my mom's neck. From that, we received a response with a quote of $65-85. To be fair, it's really hard to determine based off of a photo on the pricing. Mom had some pressing questions and Chanton was up for the challenge (all through text). 1. How many sessions will it take? 2. Pain level. What products are used for numbing? 3. Healing process. What ointments to use and how long will it take? 4. Final costs - $85 Most of these questions vary from person to person from the individual's pain tolerance, skin type, and quantity of skin tags even to the healing stage. I texted one last time and it was to book for my mom. Super last minute since I was testing my luck and also, to check Chanton's availability. She rapidly responded for same day appointment. I'm finally just writing this review and I had my eyebrows micro bladed in December of 2022. I purchased the Groupon she had but when I contacted her she asked me to cancel it and she would honor the Groupon price. Kind of shady how businesses do that. Anyway, I was very excited, it had been about 3 years since I had last had my brows done and they needed some color. I should have know something was off when she didn't map them out. She just said I'll use the outline you already have and started working fr the side of my instead of behind. I should have gotten up right there. Anyway she does my brows and said she is going to leave the color on so it it really absorbs so I go home looking like a crazy person Photo attached. Freaking out when I get home because one eyebrow is basically raised. What the hell? I reached out and she said it's fine it will look symmetrical once I wipe the color off. Wiped the color off and even 6 months later they are awful. I kept contacting her telling her she needed to back up her work and fix them for free or refund me. She refused to do either and said I would have to come in for a touch up. I don't mind coming in for a touch up if the color needed to be redone but my eyebrows are completely crooked! I am so frustrated and now I have to go find someone else to fix them and pay for it all over again. I regret going to Chanton and would never recommend. Very poor customer service. read more

I'd post a negative if I could. I got full lip color. It faded off when it peeled. So I waited a few weeks, scheduled again. And same thing happened. The color did not stay on. I figured three times will b the charm; NOPE. Her service absolutely did not work for me. I paid for three times in less than half a year, when the permanent makeup lip color was supposed to last a few years. Chanton did micro-blade on my eyebrows. She honored the groupon rate, and is fast. The first time I didn't feel a thing, during my touch up it was pretty painful but she kept stopping and adding numbing stuff until I couldn't feel anything. I went to Chanton about a year ago to get my brows and full lip done. Just a little color stuck. I actually ended up paying for a touch up that was even worse than the first time. The eyebrows turned out more of an orange color than a natural brown, which not all the color stayed, let me remind you I payed more for a touch up. Now that I'm getting them color corrected I'm happy not all the color stayed. Omg and the LIPS lol the lip liner barely lasted what did last were spots of a bright pink. I wanted a nude pink. She said that it wasn't taking the color because I had filler in my lips. That's the first time I've heard that but I accepted it. When I paid to have them touched up, nothing stayed again. Pretty much paid full price for nothing. She wanted to set up a third touch up, and she wouldn't charge as much. I said forget it. Good luck everyone!! And paid for full price ( not a touch up price ) Nice lady but I had to write this !!! I already had my brows done about 5 yrs ago and my eyes lids 6 yrs ago in S.F. I went in to have a touch up as they were fading a bit . And AdditionallyI wanted to get my lower lids done and full lips . She went way over my brows I thought omg I'm Groucho Marx. That was my brows ! Mind you they were fine I just wanted a touch up . She messed up . Then my top lids I asked for a wing upward she went down ward . The bottom lids were fine but after a month you could see faded areas and left side was only half . She did my full lips Went home I tried to make the best of it Second week my lips were so chapped and no color , wearingVaseline on them for a month . Chanton is the best!! Amazing skill with artistry!! I have had some great experiences prior to visiting her. The first time I had it done at a doctors office in Vegas which was good and I was happy with results other then the extreme swelling but at the time I just thought it was part of the experience. The second time I had it done by a nurse in Vegas which that experience was even better then the doctors office. The third time I had it done by Chanton. This was within a 10 year span seeing these different practitioners. I feel blessed to have had great experiences each time that got better and better with each person I saw. Chanton was my best experience yet by far. From an aesthetic standpoint It was the best. From a numbing standpoint and being patient with that process it was the best. Chanton's work also lasted the longest. Also, I swell the least with her on my lips. The doctor I first saw I think over did it as my lips swelled so big I couldn't leave the house. I had looked like a fish..it was so extreme people were looking at me on my drive home. Like they were that big. I had told Chanton about this and she explained why that happened. I was surprised that a doctor would not have known what she told me but It is what it is. I didn't have the extreme lip swelling happen with the last two practitioners. It's my first time ever getting pampered at a professional shop, and I am so glad I came to Chanton for my first experience! I was referred by a family friend and Chanton did not disappoint. What I really appreciated from her location is that I was able to find parking very easily in the parking lot right behind the structure. . I had called Chanton and spoke with her to try and set an appointment prior to coming in. She was sweet on the phone but even sweeter in person. As soon as I arrived I was quickly escorted to her room which was actually shared inside of what looked like a salon.The room was very clean and inviting. I had permanent makeup done with Chanton both my lips and eyebrows, it was my first time I was pretty nervous but she is an expert, she talked me through the process recommended colors (trust her on her colors, I would have gone way too dark) and the results are great. This lady Chanton fills you with lies and tells you how pretty and good your skin is. I found her on Groupon. She advertised permanent eyeliner top or bottom with 1 touch up $99. I made my appt. paid her $99 and she scheduled me 1 more appt for touch up 3 was later. Touch up.... went over Eyeliner again and I was almost ready to leave and she said I owed her another $125 for touch up she did. "What, how could touch up cost more than original 1st service?" She gave me such BS and lies. I paid. 3 weeks later I called and told her I was not satisfied, my eyeliner had faded and was not thick enough as I had first requested. She said "My skin would only take so much dye." This is so not true because I had it done 12 yrs ago thick and darker. Since then I have called her and sent her pictures and about 10 different text messages. She will not respond AT ALL!! Isn't that usually a mission of guilt! She is not a reputable business and has NO class of etiquette what so ever. also she told me she is using Groupon for free advertising and pays them nothing. She advertised to be the cheapest and turned out to be the most expensive and I drove more then 1 hour to her business. A lesson to me.....Use my own local merchants for goods I buy! I'm so happy I got my brows done by Chanton! I had someone else microblade my eyebrows a couple years ago and she was sweet but I felt she gave me brows that she wanted and not necessarily what I wanted. With Chanton, she asked me what look I was going for and did a fabulous job giving me exactly the shape I described. She is super professional, thoroughly explaining every step she was doing from beginning to end (including aftercare instructions) while making sure I was always comfortable. I've been getting my eyebrows permanently tattooed for 17+ years now and in all my experience, I've never enjoyed working with an eyebrow tattoo beautician as much as I have with Chanton! She's worked on my eyebrows three times already and not only does she do superb work, she gets it done in a VERY timely fashion (in/out in about an hour). Also, she doesn't waste time chit-chatting or trying to upsell you on some useless product. Another thing that's unique about her is her super-light touch. I told her when I saw her last week that I've never had a tattoo beautician who made the process so painless. That isn't to say that getting a tattoo is completely pain-free - pain is inevitable for this type of thing, of course, but Chanton minimizes it to the point where I can almost fall asleep during one of our sessions.
