Letizia had our backs through the whole process. Any colors, specific flowers, foods, decor, if I had a request, she made it happen. She also knew key questions to ask. I loved that we went through the entire ceremony and reception so there were no surprises. We live very far from the Rose Creek Cottage, so it was such a relief that she took care of all the logistics. Literally, the day before, we came in to approve the venue. It is cozy and rustic, antique as if lost in time, it felt magical. We didn't have lift a finger--setup, ushering, food service, cleanup--everything was take care of and we just got to enjoy our special day. The day of, the only thing we had to do was show up with our suits and gowns. Makeup, hair, photography, officiant, DJ, decor, everything was all there for us. And the food!! We thought tacos and s'mores sounded fun, but what we got was gourmet. We forgot to mention that we were going to do a toast, but they scrambled to make it happen. Anything I wanted was an ask away. I hope to make a visit down there on our first anniversary, it would be wonderful to relive such a happy day.

Small and cute venue for a wedding ceremony…read more Attended my friend's wedding here and it was a touching and intimate experience. Definitely meant for a smaller wedding, but it accommodated the group of people that attended. Parking can be limited since there's only a small lot to the side, and the road nearby is SUPER busy and missing turns is very likely, so keep this in mind for future planning. Lots of cute opportunities at the front and the side for photos, as well as inside the venue and in the courtyard area as well. Restrooms are in the chapel and there's a powder room too. Chapel has a couple of pew seats and they can pull some chairs for you. Courtyard outside has a small space for around 6-7 round tables and a gazebo for the couple to sit under with a large LOVE light sign behind them. I guess there was never any assigned seating arranged prior which led to some awkward standing and our party being split, but I guess that just wasn't factored into the planning and they did their best to accommodate after the fact. DJ was up in front near the bride and groom, off to the side was the catered food and DJ would call us up in tables to grab dinner and eventually dessert. Staff were on point with clearing up the tables and passing out the champagne to toast. It got chilly as the sun began to set, but they wheeled out those warmers, so that was pretty nice. I think my only other qualm was that the arrangement of the courtyard was a bit awkward, since DJ next to couple meant it was harder to speak to them since the music was blasting next to them and by virtue the dancefloor was near the DJ, making it in front, and a whole all eyes on you situation. Just small things. Overall, it was a lovely venue to celebrate such a wonderful moment in my friends' lives.

My husband and I have been together since January 10, 2016. After being engaged for two and a half years, we knew we wanted to get married on our 10-year anniversary, January 10, 2026. The only catch? We didn't start planning until December 2025... yes, terrible time management on our part! Originally, we planned to have just a ceremony - there was no way I thought I could plan a full wedding in one month. But that quickly changed, and somehow we ended up planning both a ceremony and reception in just a week and a half. Crazy, right? The reason? I completely fell in love with this place. It was the first venue we toured and the last. From the start, Brian worked his magic and made us feel 100% confident in our decision. They truly meant it when they say they take care of everything. Inez was absolutely amazing. She brought my vision to life beautifully. I simply shared my ideas and details, and she handled the rest flawlessly. The food was incredible (Enrique) . The photos (Steven) and video (Rocky) were stunning. Everything about the day felt magical, and I still can't stop thinking about it. Our family and friends were beyond impressed and are already talking about hosting future events here. I even joked that they shouldn't be surprised when I call to plan our baby shower here LOL! Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so memorable. If you had asked me months ago what I thought my wedding would look like, I never would have imagined this. I'm so incredibly happy. Thank you a million times over.

Our wedding experience through the Chapel of Orange (thanks to Melissa & Cheryl) from our very…read morefirst consult visit through to its conclusion was enjoyable, positively memorable, and most importantly - SO EASY!!! Initially, my wife and I didn't believe we would be able to locate a wedding venue to move forward with our vision for an intimate and whimsical wedding aesthetic. So much so that we were a hair trigger away from eloping. Thankfully, as a final measure, we decided to create a checklist of required items that a wedding venue had to have for us to consider moving forward with a wedding including but not limited to; 1) an organic set of barebones / overall aesthetic that would pair well with a playful and lighthearted whimsical evening themed wedding aesthetic that in no way resembled the typical cookie cutter wedding 2) efficiently organized with strong vendor relations and/or recommendations, and 3) cost effective in the context of a smaller guest list of about 70. From the thoughtfully salvaged bricks from a to-be torn down structure in Europe that made up the archways of the reception area to the beautiful garden area rich with lush plants flowers nestled cozily between the ceremony and reception areas, the Chapel of Orange had checked off every box we had without us having to compromise. The well oiled machine that was Melissa and Cheryl far fostered a positive wedding planning experience as they handled EVERYTHING in such an unflappable manner. In addition to coordinating and scheduling design appointments, Melissa coordinated the vendors running their part correctly from the florist, to the videographer, to the Photo Booth, to the DJ, to the caterer, to the cake designer, and all the way down the list to the highly talented photographer Ashley Paige. Melissa also gave us a month by month wedding checklist to follow along to at the very start which made the ongoing planning process easy to follow while also simultaneously reducing any wedding related anxiety stemming from the feeling that we had forgotten some important detail along the way. Melissa's incredibly consistent and reliable communication as well as clear direction cut any unnecessary internal and external noise that went into the wedding process. Dates for big decisions such as our food tasting, table design, and final rehearsal were planned well in advance, allowing us to do nothing more than be present and direct the final decisions. Additionally, Melissa facilitated for the florist consult date and the DJ online phone meeting to verify lighting and song choices. The day of rehearsal, we dropped off all our supplemental DIY designs for our themed wedding and Melissa handled the rest of set-up. The day of the wedding was smooth like butter; Melissa had... 1) our parking spaces reserved with bright orange cones for us as well members of the wedding party, 2) boutonnieres ready and pinned members of the wedding party as they arrived 3) both the groom and bride's prep rooms staged and ready to go, 4) and all vendors on standby and ready for instruction. I have no doubt that Melissa handled so many more fires behind the scenes as my wife and I didn't have a single hiccup or moment where we had to step away to address a concern. It was marvelous, and the best day of our lives. TLDR: The Chapel of Orange runs like a well cared for and harmonious machine headed by Melissa and Cheryl. At each step of the way, they took the feedback we had the day of our wedding, executed the upper limit of potential we had for our whimsical garden wedding.

We received so many compliments from our family and friends about how beautiful everything was, how delicious the food tasted, and how smoothly the night went, which is a true reflection of Cheryl and her team. We are especially grateful for how accommodating and patient Cheryl was throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions or requests we had, she always made us feel heard and supported, and that made all the difference during such an important time in our lives. We will cherish these memories forever--especially the bubble send-off!!

My mother lives in an assisted living home, and there was some confusion over the paperwork for her brand-new wheelchair. I had spent quite a while on the phone with the head nurse, who assured me they had no paperwork and no proof that the new wheelchair we had purchased for my mother was even on the premises. Instead, I was told they believed she was using an older wheelchair that had been provided by hospice and that it had to be returned to hospice immediately. My heart just sank. I felt frustrated because I honestly felt like what I was saying wasn't being heard. I was being told they had paperwork that showed something completely different, and I started to feel defeated. Not only was I being told I might have to pay for the six months they believed my mother had been using the hospice wheelchair, but I was also being told I would need to purchase a new wheelchair for her. That was a huge financial double whammy, and I was honestly beside myself. When Kayla heard how upset I was, she didn't hesitate. She immediately jumped into action. She was calm, reassuring, and never made me feel like I was on my own. One phone call later, and in less than 20 minutes, the entire situation was resolved. The biggest thing I walked away with wasn't just that the problem got fixed. It was how Kayla made me feel. She made me feel taken care of. She made me feel protected. When you're trying to take care of an elderly parent, that kind of compassion means everything. Thank you, Kayla, for turning one of the most stressful days I've had in a long time into one with a happy ending. Comfort and Thrive is very fortunate to have you. And one last thing...please give this lady a raise. She absolutely deserves it.
