Terrible Service Center. No customer Service at all!!! I made an appointment over the phone, asked for a loaner car because I have a very busy family of 5, rep said she will put a note in to make sure I get one. I got to dealership asked about the loaner car was told they no longer have any the sold them because cars are hard to get in now a days. I asked why was I never called by my rep if he can see it's in my file i'm requesting one. He then told me it would take a few days just to diagnose my car and they would get to it by Friday that week. Friday 4pm came I got a text they didn't get to my car and they would get to it probably by Monday. No apologize at all for the inconvenience which i explained to the rep it is very frustrating. Finally Monday they get my car diagnosed and I agree to have it fixed I asked for the inconvenience are they able to waive the diagnosis fees since I'm having the services done here and for the the horrible experience. The response I got was NO they cannot waive the fees. Most dealerships will waive if you get the car fixed at the location but not here. I would of went someplace else but everyone else was booked out until the end of May so I went with this location in Tempe. Never again will I go here again nor will I recommend them. After years and years of having my vehicles serviced here I've absolutely had enough. Every time the car comes back, something wasn't done properly or other details were overlooked. With virtually no phone communication and written communication that doesn't seem to surpass a 3rd grade level; you'll find yourself very uniformed as they "complete" any repairs. Believe it or not.. you'll probably need to write a sentence or two to explain a problem and what the solution is. They also really seem to take their time getting things done. Their act just isn't together. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the service manager always put forward his best efforts to remedy the situation. This is a terrible service dealership. I took my car in with an appointment last Friday for a warranty issue. I also asked to have the oil/filter changed and the tires rotated while they had my vehicle. They told me they thought they could get it done by that afternoon, but just in case they would get me a replacement car if they could not. They called me back later that morning and said they needed more time and the rental company had no cars. My wife depends on this car for work and that is a problem. They said they would have it on Saturday, the next day. I tried calling several times on Saturday to see if it was ready, but no one would pick up in service. I went back in Monday morning to get my car and they told me that the warranty issue is corrected, and the rotated the tires and changed the oil. When I got back home (which is an hour drive by the way), I noticed that they did not rotate the tires as they said. I had a noticeable scratch on one of the rims and the tire was in exactly the same position. I also noticed that the oil remaining life indicator said I only had 34% life left on the current oil. If they really changed it, it should be 100%! No sticker on the front windshield either to indicate the miles at which they changed the oil. After calling then SEVERAL times I finally got through. The service manager confirmed they did all the work. He asked me why I thought they did not rotate the tires? I told him exactly why I know they didn't, and he gave me a line that the tires were all wearing evenly so they did not rotate them. So they lied. But they charged me for it, so why didn't they tell me or charge me for it. I told him about the oil life indicator and he said that they must have forgot to reset it. Right... They changed me $50 to change the oil and rotate the tires and I don't think they ever performed the work. I will never go back here again. Apparently they are way too busy and overlook things and perform shoddy work. Never again! If I could give them negative stars, I would. read more

Long story short, I was quoted one final price but when I showed up to get the car the bill was $400 more than what I'd been told. The communication is horrible with just sending texts. I took it upon myself to drive down there with my other car to see what's going on. I really should have never bought a car from these people. No one is on the same page, from the car salesman, to the sales guy, to the desk manager, to the security manager. Received conflicting information, was lied to and overcharged. When I asked about being over charged they kept telling me it was apart of the package, when it was actually an add on that I did not accept or want. After I called the company that told me this is a package that can is an add on I told the dealership and they still continued to give me the run around and not one person could give me a straight answer. It's been over a month since my car salesman said my money would be refunded for me when I came in but instead offered to ceramic coat my car which is less than the $699 over charge I paid for the KARR security system which I don't want or need. Dan Landers in sales is the one that put the $699 add on and I paid the car full in cash. My car sales man was David Hall. I purchased a vehicle from you just 6 months ago and today my check engine light came on. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they ran my car for codes. I immediately called your service department and spoke to a very rude woman that failed to stay quiet long enough for me to finish explaining my situation. She abruptly told me that the service department until Monday and I needed to schedule online. I again explained that I only have the one vehicle and I needed to know if this type of work would be covered by the warranty and if not what it would cost. She again stated I needed to schedule on line and hung up. I also turned to the online chat on the Chapman website where I was told I would get a call back with an answer to my question. So as I see it one star is the only rating I can give but it is still too high. I was interested in buying a car there. I test drove the car, loved it. The salesman wasn't able to answer any basic questions about the car. He got my information after the test drive, saying it was needed. I said I would give it to him on the condition that he wouldn't call. He said "well if you buy a car the only reason I'd call you is to thank you." He proceeded to harass me and call me over and over again for weeks until I finally told him the call was being recorded and I'd report them if they didn't stop calling me. Finally, the list price was a lie. they added a ton of extra charges in their "package" that was a huge rip off and didn't make any sense. Basically probably about $2000 above what the cost should have been, even considering tax and registration. When I started to go he made a big show of saying he'd see what he could do and then lowered the price... By $150. Hmmm. Nope. I just walked away. I have never encountered such a slimy, unscrupulous car salesman or dealership.
