You really can't go wrong with this place for airport fast food. Double cheeseburger was good, could have been excellent if the bun was better quality. Chili cheese dog was very good. Fries were excellent. Chocolate shake was not good and vanilla shake was not much better- they are not really shakes but equivalent in density to a Wendy's Frosty. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Friggin awesome food. Milkshake was just straight up ice cream though. Idk if that's just what a milkshake is or this is just straight up ice cream though. Tables are sparkly clean. Employees are chilly Willy.

The food was freshly prepared on a grill and was hot and tastes good. I had the sausage breakfast sandwich with egg. The tater tots were hot and taste good, but I'm not a big lover of tater tots. Overall, food was okay, but greasy. The man who took the order was not friendly or did he offer any answers about the food, except to say the menu is on the wall.

Highlight: after ordering, my food was delivered within 5 minutes. 5 stars Staff: Employee taking my order was blunt, but competent at her job and even gave me recommendations for drinks that weren't on the menu. Ordering process was quick and easy. Keep an eye on your meal as they're preparing it, I had to stop them from putting all the toppings on my burger. 3 stars. Food: No many food options here in North Carolina airport.. this food was okay, not great, but not bad. Fries had no flavor and the burger was dry. Traveling all day for work, I'm just happy to get some food between flights. 2 stars. Ambiance: This restaurant has many seats to sit and eat. I hear no music playing, just the sounds of surrounding conversations. 3 stars Conclusion: This is a good place to eat if you're short on time. Food was okay. Seating is okay. Overall (5+3+2+3)/4= 3.25 stars

Tasty burgers made to order. Service is fast and employees nice and flexible. The dinning area is clean but nothing fancy. No wine options but several bottled beer options were available. Their onion rings were nice and crispy. Expect airport prices: I paid $20 for a burger, onion rings, and a soda.

Loved it. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. My bf the double cheese burger. Fries and onion rings. The onion rings were delicious and so fresh. The service was great, really friendly people. They keep their sitting area clean and organized as well. Would keep eating here when I am at the airport

Although overpriced for a burger, fries and a drink, this is the airport where $12 doesn't go very far. Ingredients are fresh and you order your personalized sandwich just the way you like it! Toppings include mayo, ketchup, mustard, onion, pickle, lettuce, tomato, and chili for free. Extra charge for cheese, bacon, slaw, jalapeños, and dipping sauces, but they gave us honey mustard for free. Burger is not overcooked, unlike most fast food burger joints. Instead it was slightly pink and warm in the center. North Carolina's own Cheerwine is available to wash it all down. There was no wait, we're still in a pandemic so the airport is not very busy at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon in the Southwest terminal. Glad to see masks enforced, dining area socially distanced, staff masked and gloved.

$9.00 for a huge plate of customizable, tasty veggie nachos and a Fat Tire for under $5.00? That's a good deal outside of an airport, let alone in one. So, hurry. Get here before people start finding out. The salsa Rita's is tucked into the corner in the Southwest terminal gate area, partnered with Char Grill. Fast, good food, incredible value and friendly service.

Good place to grab a quick, customizable meal at the airport. It is pricy, like most airport restaurants. A large combo with a chicken quesadilla, chips, salsa, and Gatorade was $15.57. Chips and queso are $3.99. The regular size steak bowl was $11.19. I like how the menu items are customizable so that you can make it as healthy as you want. The orders are completed accurately and quickly. It is conveniently located in terminal 1 and was right by our departure gate. Ana fulfilled our order, she was efficient. We would eat here again if hungry before our flight.

Good for a quick breakfast at RDU airport if you get there before 5 am, when most other places are closed or still moving so slow they're of no use to anyone in a rush. There was a line for precisely this reason, but it moved quickly. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich (less than $4) and it was ready in just a couple of minutes. Delicious, fresh eggs and melted cheese on a warm bun - exactly what I needed at 5 am. Will be back next time I take the ridiculously early flight from Raleigh Durham to the Bay Area.

Fantastic staff!!! While the airport experienced lots of cancelled and delayed flights, this staff helped a lot of frustrated and tired folks - and they did it with complete understanding and professionalism. Great food and super staff!!!

Slow, sloppy, service. Mediocre food. Rough after a long day of travel while trying to catch a plane.

My review may not be your experience and it's entirely based off what I ordered and cost. There's no bang for your buck here. The plus: - Music was good (Gwen Stefani "Sweet Escape" had me vibing) - Atmosphere near the bar is perfect for feeling like you're not in an airport - Server was quick and efficient (tipped him well - Food was hot - Loves the pickled okra that came with my meal The minus: - Pricing is steep for handhelds and entrees - My fish filet handheld was filling but not $28 filling (it was small) - Fresh but lacked flavor - No place to plug in for charging My handheld might have honestly cost them $4 total (with fries). And it was small and lacked flavor. I know, I know ... it's the airport. Just not what I had expected. Still, decent atmosphere if that's what you're looking for.

Caesar salad dressing was one of my faves of all time. Parm fries were a hit. My kid loved choosing the burger toppings, condiments, and bun( brioche won) out of sourdough, rye, wheat, lettuce, or gluten free) and toppings. The toppings list was fun to review. We got a kick out of mac and cheese and peanut butter being options. Ive never seen so many cheese options for a cheeseburger! Even blue cheese crumbles, and smoked gouda! They had it all. Dessert was huge and delicious- we shared banana cream pudding. Only one tiny con and that would be the Fried Mozzarella Medallions didn't have much flavor, but I like the Chili's flavor kick too so maybe I had high expectations for that. It was a generous portion size. Honestly would have been fine with 2-3. Staff was beyond exceptional. Friendly and welcoming.

This was my first visit at this one; we took two seats at the bar in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Both the dining room and bar were still quite crowded. It took a little time for the bartender to clean the bar area, but we took our seats once that was taken care of. The bacon cheeseburger on steroids is not to be missed, especially if you're depressed. Da burger, three pieces of jalapeño bacon, three pieces of smoked bacon, Monterey Jack, bacon mayo, shredded iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion & pickles. The only thing missing...the angels singing in the background. And don't overlook the Emilio's chicken sandwich, it's a gem. A crispy fried chicken breast topped with fresh mozz, jalapeño bacon, poblano mayo, guacamole, shredded iceberg, tomato & red onion (just need pickles on the side!). The fries are hand-cut, always a major positive. I do wish they had honey mustard for dipping purposes. But the BDs sauce is still fine. Onion rings are solid enough too, they're nice and thick and come out quite crispy.

Since I had some extra time before my flight, I started looking around for a breakfast spot near my gate and came across La Farm at RDU Airport. I ordered a croissant, egg, and cheese sandwich along with one of their tea refreshers, and both were very good. The sandwich tasted fresh, the croissant was flaky, and it was a solid way to start the day before a flight. One thing I appreciated was that this wasn't your typical airport fast-food option. It felt more like a local bakery and café that just happened to be inside the airport. I always try to check out spots like that when I'm traveling instead of going with the usual chains. They also had plenty of seating, so it was easy to relax and enjoy my breakfast without feeling rushed. The staff kept the line moving, and the overall process was quick, efficient, and welcoming. Overall, this was a good airport find. If you're flying through Raleigh and have some time before your flight, I'd recommend giving it a try. It's a nice change of pace from the typical airport breakfast options.

They open the original at 10:30 and by 11:30 a line had formed, that could easily stretch for blocks of a pleasant day. There was even a Shack Cam, a webcam which allowed potential customers to see the length of the line they were walking into - this became a great marketing tool! In the 1990's thru 2014 we would travel to Manhattan at least twice a year, and Shake Shack was just the kind of unique foodie spots we would search out. We ate at the original spot over 20 times, always arriving early. The company started in NYC in 2010, expanded in other areas soon, and went public in 2015. Danny Meyer, who started the hot dog cart to aid an art project in the park, was already in ownership positions with quintessential Manhattan restaurants like Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, and the very eloquent Eleven Madison Park, among others. I have eaten at the spots in Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, and two in Charlotte, and like most great spots that expand, it is just not the same (see Whataburger). The food is decent, more so at some than others (no real surprise there), but the uniqueness of lining up in Madison Square Park to buy a burger or a dog, or crinkled fries that didn't totally suck, doesn't translated well to a fast casual spot in a shopping center. Like with Whataburger, I'll move on down the line!
