Having an eyelid surgery was something I wanted to have done for a long time. Being Asian, I had no crease but it didn't bother me until I turned 38. When I finally decided I wanted to have this procedure done it took me months to find a doctor that I can trust. Eyes are the windows of our souls and my biggest fear was just trusting any doctor to perform my eyelid surgery. I do not have a lot of money being a single mother for a long time so I did not want to just blow my lifetime savings to someone who will just mess up my face. Friends told me to find a cheaper doctor but I only have one face that I happen to love and my last worry was the cost. The thing that is most important is finding a doctor who knows what he is doing and loves doing it. I prayed for God to guide me and he helped me to find Dr Charles's Lee who is young, fantastic and a perfectionist. He is not only a surgeon but he is an artist too. I had my jawline shaving done with Dr.Charles Lee and I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone. He is one of those people who seems cold on outside but very caring and professional inside and I would trust him with any surgery. My goal was to do jawline reduction cause I naturally had very developed and strong jawline. I made an appointment for consultation. When I arrived to the office everyone was very friendly and helpful however doctor was 40 min late which got me worried for a moment. When I met Dr. Lee he was not trying to sell me on anything, on the other hand was very professional and knowledgable and answered all of my questions with details without exaggerating possible surgery results. He showed a photo of how my face will look after the surgery. Then I scheduled my surgery. I live in Vegas and Dr. Lee and his team members were willing to give me consultation via Skype right before surgery plus discussed the details over the phone and via text. Surgery went well. I was provided with a nurse who stayed with me at home overnight for additional charge. Dr. Lee's office also can provide you with an apartment to stay for additional charge although I never used this convenient service. After surgery I visited Doctor's office several times for follow-ups. Doctor Charles was very attentive to details and my concerns and always gave me honest professional answer. At some point one side of my face was more swollen than the other and I though something went wrong . But turned out it can happen depending on particularities of your face and healing process. And now it's perfectly even. Today is 5 weeks after the surgery and imm very happy with the result. Not only Doctor was able to do amazing job, but he also preserved visual natural look of my jawline. I don't have any outside scars cause all the incisions were performed inside the mouth. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for finding Dr. Charles S. Lee. I went to Dr. Lee for a revision rhinoplasty. From consultation to pre op/post op, everything was above and beyond. His bedside manners were beyond my expectation. He even replied to all text messages regarding questions or concern. He also asked for updates on my healing process. I came to Dr. Charles Lee to fix my crooked lips. I did lips injection on some Botox party in Beverly Hills. In couple weeks I wasn't happy. Because my lips were not even. I want to thank Susana immensely for making me feel so at ease and comfortable with the process. I was so pleased with his septoplasty/rhinoplasty work in mid Sept that I recommended my daughter get septoplasty/rhinoplasty on the Thanksgiving week. He took a lot of time with my daughter to explain the procedures before, follow-up next day and a few days later when suture was removed. He has great and friendly staff whether it be nurses and office staff. Experience counts and so do how many procedures surgeon has done. Well he literally perfected the hard-to-do nose job with cartilage harvested from rib. He spends much time giving customers the best looking nose especially the tip like an artist! There was NO swelling, bruising and little pain - a true testament to his surgery skills. The best part is that both I and my daughter breathe better thanks to Dr. Lee being ENT specialist, and our insurance (YMMV) covered for the nose jobs. You have a choice when it comes to picking the right plastic surgeon and I can tell you that you can't go wrong with Dr. Lee. I would give 10 stars if I could. I went to Dr.Lee for a threadlift. It completely changed my life. I can't even tell how happy I am. The procedure doesn't hurt at all, you just have a little bit twitching afterwards and your face is a little bit swollen. But not much. But the results are worth it. It brought tears to my eyes because I did not like my jawline and jowls at all. But with this threadlift all of it is gone. If you look for an awesome Doctor and a great Team don't look any further. 3 months post op and I am so happy with my rib rhinoplasty results by Dr. Lee. I got exactly what Ive always wished for! Dr. Lee understood what I wanted - which was a higher bridge, defined tip and overall slimmer appearance. I honestly trusted his instincts from the start and told him to do whatever he thinks is best. From the moment I had my online consultation to the actual surgery, the entire Enhance team really made my experience smoothly. I had many questions pre and post op, but the Enhance team was very patient, understanding and made sure to answer all of my concerns. Even post-op at 3 months, Dr. Lee still checks up on my recovery, which truly shows he cares about his patients! My recovery from rib rhinoplasty was also surprisingly not what I was expecting! The pain was very tolerable. My bruising went down fully after a week and the swelling went down fairly quick. It still looks better everyday! I will definitely return to Enhance in the near future. I recommend Dr lee if you are looking to enhance your features while still looking natural. He did a very nice job on my nose, I use to have a wide nose, and dr Lee managed to make it look smaller by building up my nose tip. To my surprise, there was no bruising after the surgery and I healed fairly quickly. Sadly I have decided to have a revision surgery because although my nose is looking a lot better then before, i feel that the "wing" of my nose is a little too big and is causing my nose to look wide. The bridge is also not high enough for my liking.To be fair, I remember dr lee recommending me to have it reduced but as I was scared of scaring, I refused the idea. The only complaint I have with my experience is that the consultation was very brief, I wish dr lee had took more time communicating with me. A botched laser treatment at another "highly reputable, popular med spa" left me with severe scarring. They also refused to help treat it (or were not knowledgeable enough to try). I came to Enhance for help and not only was everyone completely helpful, they genuinely cared and even conferred with their other colleagues and friends to offer the best course of treatment. Don't be fooled by the flashiness of larger businesses. Enhance is small but intimate and really takes care of each individual client. The prior place had me waiting sometimes 20-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time because their intake volume was too high. Enhance actually takes care of each client because they don't try to fit as many people in as possible. My appointment was with Nurse Susana but Dr Lee is genuinely interested in his patients and examined me himself. Susana is a complete pro with injections (I barely felt anything!) and did not leave any bruises. She is very thorough, personable, caring and most importantly great at her job! I love my results! Its been a long and difficult 10 years of rhinoplasty. I've had 4 previously where other doctors messed up and created so much scar tissue. the last rhino I thought was the last one but the material Cadaver used shrunk about 25% and made my nose looked like it was missing half. I've been curious about microneedling with PRP ever since I heard about the Kardashian "vampire facial" craze. It's rare to find a surgeon that has both great bedside manner as well as superb technical skill. Fortunately, I found both in Dr. Lee. His credentials alone should be enough to impress, but after meeting him, letting him perform his magic, and seeing the results, I couldn't be happier. I decided to go with you because I feel you were most experience in fixing asymmetrical eyelid as I saw two models results. One of them was Jamie pepping and Lynn. I was born with a natural double lids however only one side was droopy. I had the same case similar to these ladies. Their results seem to come out amazing. Dr. Charles Lee, you made me feel comfortable and safe that's why I went with you in the beginning. You said to me it's an easy case, it's fixable for me not to worry about it. I had so much faith in you, so much TRUST in you. I know cases like mine can be very challenging. But all I HOPE and WISHED for was to at least have someone who wouldn't give up on my case. Isn't this what you study for, to do the best you can for those out there who are in medical or cosmetic needs? Shouldn't you want to continue to practice on cases like this so that way you can show the world you have help someone like me. During my procedure it seems to go well. I feel confident. Followed every instructions about the after care steps properly. The first day I took off my eye patch I noticed immediately there were no changes made but I did not mind. I was not mad or anything, call the office, and was told to wait at least 3 month. 8 months went by it got droopy than ever. Contact the office and was scheduled for second procedure. This day I didn't feel right with him. I was excited again had high hope. I arrived way early than the last time. As my Uber was getting closer to my drop off. I saw Dr Charles outside smoking a cigarette. He looks so stress and overwhelming and that didn't make me feel as confident, it made me nervous about the procedure. I was afraid that his emotions might get to him while working on my eye. Anyways went in the office, later was called back to talk to him. Dr Charles attitude did not seem like the first time when I went in. I get it we are human and we have emotions too. I didn't feel right with him that day. I felt his bad energy so strong that right before the surgery I had anxiety/panic attacks. They gave me this pill to calm me down. Forgot what it was called. But it did work. Finished the procedure and before He walks out of the room, why I know that he had fail again was when he had said "I did the best I can" with an unconfident look in his eyes/his face.it shows in his face. I wish he could have just use better words like "let's hope that will do, I 'll check on you in couple of week, and we can go from there." Idk if it's because I don't have a platform or is not a celebrity/influencer that's why he doesn't seem to care but that's how he made me feel. I cried in the airplane on my way back home knowing it's a fail procedure. I pray to god that hopefully it's just me thinking too much. If I had seen this from the beginning I would never invest my time and my money including those flights. I'm not BASHING on you Dr because you did do a great job on some people But just NOT me. I guess I was just one of your unlucky patient. I'm here to tell the truth about my experience and maybe it can help others. I hope no one goes through this. Now did it came out fixed the second time? Well it's been a year and The Answer is NO. This time it healed with no crease. Mind you I was born with double lid but just wanted to fix one droopy side. I recently did a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Charles Lee and the below is my honest review. I am not the type of person who writes reviews but does when feel necessary or important to share with others. I had a primary rhinoplasty in 2013 in Asia using a silicon implant and removed it in 2018 due to multiple chronic infections. i ended up with a SEVERELY contracted nose and it drove me crazy. I was looking for revision using my own cartilage and i knew the only thing that could fix is rib. I was referred to Dr Charles Lee by Dr Bang from Visual plastic surgery where i had my implant removal. Dr Bang referred Dr Lee as "the only guy i trust with the rib" I sorta liked and trusted Dr Bang based on my interactions with him and his surgical work done on me so i decided to trust Dr Bang's judgment and go with Dr Lee even before i met him. I still did my research and met few other doctors along the way but i went with Dr Lee at the end. I am on my 10th day after the revision rhino using my rib and i am very satisfied with the result. I would like to point out few details you may need to know... 1.I had literally ZERO swelling or brusing which are considered "normal" when you go thru facial plastic surgery or any kind of surgeries and considering mine was a nose reconstruction which is quite a major one, i was very surprised and pleased. 2.Overall, stitches were very well placed, i feel like there won't be much scar left after healing's completed (including rib harvested site). 3.I went thru general anesthesia but had zero nausia or any other side effects, Dr Shon(anesthesiologist) made me feel relaxed and comfortable. 4.Nurses are professional and friendly and know what they are doing and make you feel cared. (They are all super hot too..) 5.He has a reasonable revision policy. 6.I had a breathing problem due to deviated septal cartilage but forgot to mention during the consultation because i was so caught up with the shape but it seems he fixed it too, my breathing is so much better now. Overall, Dr Charles Lee is an honest, compassionate, and skilled surgeon. You may not be able to sense the above traits just by talking to him, but you will see them clearly after the surgery. The only thing that concerns me is that he is not a young man(Although he looks young... i think he has a lot of work done on himself too). I want him to be active at least 20 additional years so that whenever there's problem with my nose i can go to him but not sure if he could do that long time, i may start sending him some healthcare products to keep him young and healthy... read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for at least the past 5 years and he's always been great. I suffer from Bruxism (teeth grinding) which causes my jaw to be really sore and muscles on the side of my face enlarged. Dr. Lee uses Botox to minimize the muscles around my jaw and my teeth grinding has gone away since. It also keeps my face looking slim and jawline defined. First I want to start by saying I LOVE Dr. Lee. He is so sweet, professional, honest and down to earth. I had Botox in my jaw and filler in my chin. I am in love with the results. I now have a define beautiful chin. It's amazing how filler enhances the entire shape of the face. I was petrified to have surgery done on my face, and just taking to him eased all my worries. Bought 4 sessions of Vivace with one free extra session for $2,000. Vivace sessions to have full effect needs at least 3-4 consecutive sessions preferably every 30-45 days. After the third session the Spa couldn't accept appointments with the reason that the nurse/esthetician was sick. Two weeks passed after calling for an appointment the Spa still could not give an appointment. When asked for the reason behind no service the receptionist could not give a valid answer. Tired of the run around I asked for a refund for the 4th session and asked what happens to the promotional 5th free session. The clinic said that for the inconvenience they will refund the $500 corresponding the 4th session not performed and give the free promotional session once the Spa opens again. When I called to schedule for the free promotional session I was told in order to get the extra session I must pay $500. The clinic has reneged on their word. During the time that I had the sessions done two nurses have come and gone. I wonder why? read more

I've been to Dr. Lee several times now for Botox and he is the best! I've gone to other doctors but they were never as quick or precise as Dr. Lee. He makes minimal injections compared to others and the results are far better. It always looks super natural and I can say I completely trust him with my face. He never recommends things I don't need and is always very professional. The office is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Prices are more than reasonable for such a renown office in Beverly Hills. I have several gfs that come here for fillers and nips and tucks and they love Dr. Lee too!
