Fries & Korean BBQ Boneless Wings
Hannah V.

Very fast service here! We got a large Philly cheesesteak to share, and I was not aware that people put tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and pickles on these sandwiches! We did not get any extra toppings and I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. At first I didn't think it was enough meat but it was the perfect amount though I could have gone with more peppers and onions. We came on a 70 cents boneless wing day so we had to try some (Monday & Tuesday). We got them with the Korean bbq sauce that had a subtle spice to it but nothing major. The wings were more like nuggets based on how the inside looked. There is plenty of sitting inside for everyone ordering and it was very clean inside. Overall, a pleasant experience compared to their locations in malls.

Philly with cheese wiz

Charley's, I fe it was better when it first opened. I have had a better juicier sandwich in the past. My meal was not what I was craving. Don't get me wrong I would go again, but I feel they rely on their topping to make the sandwich flavorful. I am a traditional Philly cheese steak gal. So I prefer yellow cheese wiz from a can. What I got appeared to be a slice of provolone. I told them it wasn't what I ordered and they said because how it curled it was white cheese wiz. Okay, I ate my dry sandwich with provolone on it. As I said I will come back but not for a while.

Special. Chicken cheese and fries. $7.99. Very little meat

Nice place, but I thought portions would be better. Had the daily special. But there was really very little meat. The teriyaki sauce went straight through the bread. That's how little of meat there was. I was not looking for anything thick. But at least I wanted to be able to notice meat in between the bread. But this could be for others

Cheese Gourmet Fries

This was my first time trying this location and it wasn't a bad experience. Although I did enjoy my good, there were a few small errors that won't allow me to go above 4 stars. I specifically asked for the sauce on the cheese fries to be on the side. However the cheese was on top and it was a bit messier than I would've liked. This wasn't a deal breaker since the fries were soggy and still had a good amount of cheese. However she they were unnecessarily messy. Similarly with the sandwich. The flavor was there. The roll was soft. Lettuce was crisp, as was the tomato juicy. Buuuut, the sandwich wasn't evenly sliced. Almost as if they started to cut it and then stopped. Which made a port fall out when I picked it up. So, although minor errors, they were big enough to affect how much I enjoyed the meal. Will I return? I would say

Completely Soggy bread on the cheesesteak. Had to use a fork to eat the meat. Disappointed because I have had no problems in the past

The crispy chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, with a super crispy coating that stayed intact (always a good sign!). The masala fries were seasoned just right. When we ordered the paratha pulled beef roll, the staff gave us a heads-up that it was a bit spicy but it turned out to be really spicy, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to heat. The restaurant itself was well-maintained, and the staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy.

I was really excited to step outside my comfort zone and try something completely new. We ordered the Kulfi Shake, Chatpatay Wings, Salam Cola, Masala Fries, and a Paratha Roll. What surprised me the most was the spice leve. I definitely wasn't expecting that much heat! But every bite was packed with bold, authentic flavor. The standout dish was easily the Chatpatay Wings. They were buttermilk-marinated, perfectly breaded, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely fucking delicious. They were hands down my favorite thing we ordered. The Kulfi Shake was rich, creamy, and the perfect way to cool off after all the spice. The Salam Cola was fun to try, and the Masala Fries and Paratha Roll were both flavorful and satisfying.

$8 for two chicken sliders, a handful of fries, and a mini soda? Count me in. I was pleasantly…read moresurprised by the quality of the chicken, the softness of the slider buns, and the crispiness of the fries. I was offered "regular or spicy" sliders while ordering - I chose spicy. The flavor of the orange colored sauce was good (nothing to write home about) and the spice level was only a 2 out of 10 for me (it might as well have just been the regular sliders). I took my meal to-go, because the location itself doesn't have the greatest ambiance. It looks pretty cool - high ceilings, relatively clean surfaces and floors, bright orange paint around the ordering counter... But there wasn't any background music or TVs - so when you walk into a place that has zero customers dining-in and chatting, it's not the most inviting atmosphere. Overall, this is a cool spot with 1) extremely prompt service - I was inside for just under two minutes between ordering and taking my to-go bag of food 2) good quality halal chicken and 3) great pricing for a quick lunch or light dinner!

Walking in the register was closed with a sign that just said to use the tablet to order. Going to the tablet there were a good number of disparities from the posted menu on the wall, most of which may have been the same, but were unclear from their descriptions. Things just didn't match up, and that included the prices of things. The board read $3 to make a combo, but the tablet had it at $5.50 for example. The descriptions of the burgers didn't fully describe what was in the burgers as they had on the board, which we have already determined to be dubious. I managed to ask someone for help when they were serving someone else. I found out the burgers use American cheese and so I wanted to substitute. Apparently the solution was to mark "no cheese" and "extra cheddar cheese" which adds another $2.50 to the total. Add-ons have now increased the price by $8! The burger started at $13.50. At this point I get my food and the flavor is good enough, but while the menu board advertised short rib and lamb, it was indistinguishable from ground beef, and I'm unsure if I just got well-done ground beef. The seasoned fries were very plain tasting. I couldn't taste any seasoning on them at all actually, but they were crispy. When you end up pay $25 for a middle of the road burger with fries and a drink at what should be a quick lunch spot, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth, fortunately not literally. The meal was worth maybe half the price, but I likely won't be coming back to give it that second chance, which is unfortunate considering the other high reviews.

The initial customer service was warm and welcoming, and we were seated promptly. However, once our food arrived, it felt like the service tapered off. No one checked in on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything or if everything was to our liking. A few table touches would have made the dining experience feel much more attentive. For appetizers, we ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls. They were fresh and delicious, though I do think the portion size could be a bit larger for the $6.95 price. For our entrees, we both ordered the oxtail pho. It looked very appetizing when it arrived. I always like to take a sip of the broth before adding any condiments so I can appreciate its natural flavor. Unfortunately, the broth was very bland and lacked the rich, aromatic depth I expect from a good pho. It was disappointing because the presentation was excellent, but the broth ultimately fell short of expectations. Overall, the experience had a strong start with friendly service and prompt food delivery, but the lack of follow-up service and the underwhelming broth left me disappointed. With a more flavorful broth and more attentive service throughout the meal, this could be a much better dining experience.

Our waitress took our order without writing anything down, and that carelessness quickly showed. We specifically asked for the bean sprouts to be cooked because we were dining with a toddler, but that request was forgotten. We also ordered a smoothie that never arrived. At first we let it go, assuming that if it never came out, it probably wouldn't appear on the bill. Unfortunately, it did, so we had to ask for it to be removed. The billing correction was then handled in a confusing way. We were given two separate receipts: one showing the full amount with a 3% credit card fee added, and another showing the smoothie being deducted as a separate transaction. It wasn't immediately clear how the two receipts were meant to be read together, especially since one of the totals appeared higher than the original bill. To be clear, the 3% charge itself wasn't really the issue. The problem was that while correcting their own mistake, no one took a moment to explain what was happening or offer even a simple apology for the confusion - or for the missed order, for that matter. That was really the theme of the entire experience: forgetfulness, confusion, and a complete lack of acknowledgment. No one said "sorry for the confusion," no one said "that was our mistake," and when we left, no one acknowledged us or thanked us for coming. Mistakes happen. But a little attentiveness and basic courtesy go a long way. Here, though, there was no real effort to *smoothie* things over .

They weren't busy at all and the staff member who approached me by the counter looked bored, yet she couldn't bother to answer a simple question and looked annoyed when I tried to ask for advice, with her only pointing to the menu. Sucks that automation is taking away jobs, but I felt deep in my heart for a moment that an AI could've treated me better. To think I worked at fast food once upon a time despite having a college degree during the financial crisis and worked much harder for only $7 an hour, and yeah even with inflation it's nowhere near the minimum wage now. Anyway, I did like the bit of kick in the batter of the chicken sandwich. I didn't like that you couldn't add extra pickles and frankly Popeye's has a better (and cheaper) crispier sandwich, which you can add a spicy sauce to. Oh yeah, looks like Bojangles also charge for sauce. Shouldn't at least one or two come per entree? Literally using the sauce to make your food taste better so we'll want to return, these are bizarre choices fast food chains are making these days. I can go to CFA for a better experience, and staff will seem friendlier and happier there. Even the Wendy's and BK next door have people who are at least chill (instead of downright cold) if not friendlier, which they are. At least the sauce cups are a good size though and I just paid it without a complaint. Still, so much for Southern hospitality! Mac & cheese was also very bland and generic, enough though I thought I read it was made with 4 types of cheese. I'll need to give their tenders and peach cobbler a try next time, but also noticed there was no way to order tenders without making it a combo. Not much of a first impression, what a shame!

Within a month of its grand opening the lines at Bojangles were insane, so waiting for some of the excitement to die down was definitely a good call. We visited for breakfast without really knowing what the menu consisted of and were surprised to see a good amount of patrons grabbing some early morning eats as well. We opted for the chicken biscuit (+ cheese) and the sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. Biscuits were fresh, fluffy and buttery, they definitely made the sandwich. Unlike other fast food chains you can watch the staff prepare biscuits fresh in front of you, surprisingly rolling the dough out and not premade from frozen! While the sausage wasn't anything special (just tasted like a standard fast food frozen sausage) the chicken was incredible. Crispy, expertly seasoned, I completely understand the hype behind this chain. The Bo Rounds, their version of hash browns, were amazing. Their iced cold brew and coffee were surprisingly good, not something you expect from a fast food place. I'm only giving this 4 stars because it does seem like a good chunk of the original Bojangles menu is missing. I've heard such great things about their fried chicken, but it looks like this location only sells chicken tenders. What a shame, but we will definitely be returning!
