While at the mall to get links in one of my watches, we decided to grab food from the food court and chose Charley's since we haven't had cheesesteaks in a while. We started out ordering from the kiosk but decided to place our order at the counter to make sure we didn't miss anything. We went with the chicken and Philly cheesesteaks and an order of wings with hopes of having enough for dinner and an after the concert snack. Overall the food was decent. We stopped by before closing and picked up a cheesesteak. There was a nice young lady handing out samples who was about to go behind the counter so we tried a sample. We decided to get a cheesesteak to take home after a long day. The lights were shutting down at other places and Charley's was still lit so we ventured over for a sample. The cheesesteak was good for "mall food". The employees graciously prepared our cheesesteak and we thanked several times. The cheesesteak was put on a fresh roll and cooked with onions and peppers. The food was hot and fresh. The customer service from the employees was great as they did take the time to cook and sell us the last cheesesteak for the night. Kudos to the staff! If you are at the mall and hungry, please stop by. The food is great and the employees are too!!! read more

I came in at 7:30pm and they told me they were closed very unprofessional! Every other store was still opened and they were only cleaning

Wings were cold, and the lady who took my order was super rude. Did not listen to anything I said. I asked for cheese on the fries, never rang it up, ask for light sauce and the wings were covered, and finally the dr pepper was the worst dr pepper I have ever had. read more

What a horrible place. Received a sandwich that was the equivalent of a breadstick with some cheesesteak in the middle. They were supposed to refund me, but received a sketchy receipt that was "zeroed" out. Never received my refund and had to go up there several times. The manager got tired of seeing me and gave me the cost of only the sandwich back. The manager was extremely horrible. read more

The atmosphere is super noisy, there are rarely and clean tables and it's overall a mess. We have come to Charley's several times. Normally, we run through the one at Atlanta's airport. The food is usually always spot on. However, my last experience at the Parkway place mall wasn't the best. Like other's stated, the employee named Vierra was really no help. She had to constantly ask the manager on duty questions and was super super slow to put our order in and had to ask questions about refills and such. When the manager would come to answer questions he was not the most pleasant either. When we received our meal it was very hot, a nice plus. However, the fries were overly salted. I would suggest asking for no salt. Then the lettuce they put on the sandwich was really brown. I believe, since my last visit new management has taken over. It's very evident that they don't care to help you or make the food with the same quality. read more

Went there because of a review I read in the local paper; sounded terrific. Got the recommended California chicken sub with chipotle sauce rather than ranch. Based on the review, my mouth was watering for an amazing sub. What I got was poor service and a sub that was just blah and certainly not worthy of a repeat. That being said, I did give it a repeat (because I SO wanted to like this place!). Tried again with the same sub, and added chili cheese fries because the reviewer made it sound like I'd be a fool not to. Again, poor service (about 6 high schoolers goofing off and not caring one bit about customers), very average sub, and the fries were undercooked, hard, not tasty or anything special at all (and I asked myself why I just gave up an hour of my life for this heart-attack on a plate). Pricey and sub-par. If I want a tasty sub, I'll go to Firehouse Subs. As for those saying it's the best place to eat in Parkplace Mall... I have to agree, as long as you get the sub only. Stay away from the fries. The Chinese and Japanese food there is awful, Sbarros is way over-priced and mediocre at best. Chick-fil-A is a good choice. Oh, Charley's. I had such high hopes. I give them a 4. My wife and I split a large Bacon Three-Cheese Steak. The Fries were better than I expected.

This Charley's was okay, definitely not the best that I have had. The staff could not get along, and on top of that I had to wait until after someone else placed their order for them to realize I hadn't gotten my food. I am not sure if I will come back to this Charley's. read more

I just had them and the Philly cheese steak sandwich was very tasty. Strawberry lemonade was also very good. However the girl with the glasses that takes your oder is not very friendly or helpful. I would recommend paying with cash, if she is working. She held on to my card after she swiped it like it was hers. Only to give it back when the receipt printed. This is the absolute, best place to eat inside at Parkway Place mall's food court. My personal favorite is their Italian Deli Deluxe, and each bite of the fresh sub just bursts with seasoning, the meatiness, and cheeeeesse. It cannot get any better @ Parkway. read more

My husband and I went there yesterday afternoon and I must say the place was very dirty!! There was scrunched up napkins by the condiments area, fries, lettuce, I mean it was dirty! The employers were texting in the back, the cashier was leaning against the counter talking to what looked like friends, It was an unpleasant place.This is the second time we try this place and it's been dirty twice, will not be going there again! read more

Great subs but a bit pricey for what you get. Its a food court so the comfort level is minimal with all the crowd, noise and bright lighting. I get the chicken philly sometimes when I get the craving, and its a chore to eat here if I'm not planning on visiting the rest of the mall. Food is cooked to order so that's good. I received a sandwich with green peppers after ordering it without. She confirmed I wanted mushrooms and onion, but I still received peppers as well. I took it back and no one was at the register. Someone with a tag that said manager walked out. I told him the problem. He was quiet and not personable. He threw the sandwich away. Told the cook what I wanted and left. I waited and the lady who originally took our order came out. She asked what was wrong. I told her, and she just said, "Oh okay." I waited behind an entire line of people while my husband enjoyed lunch with our 8 month old son. While I was waiting, one of the cooks asked me if I had a regular or small. I told him I had a regular Philly cheesesteak with no green peppers. Finally it was my turn. She asked what I wanted on it, and then realized it still had green peppers. I had to wait... Again. I finally got my sandwich. And the lady who originally took our order did finally appologize. By this time, my husband and my son were done eating, and my son was ready for a nap. He is just getting old enough to take him out to lunch, and we were so excited to get out this weekend, but I missed out because they couldn't figure out what no green peppers meant! I wasn't offered anything and it took me missing my entire lunch with my family and two wasted sandwiches to get a simple appology. I'm so upset with this company and the way the kitchen is run. Mine was not the only order messed up either. They were making sandwiches that no one ordered and everyone was just standing around waiting on things to cook - VERY inefficient and not customer oriented.
