The food was good but the service was horrible. I ordered my food and my friend ordered a sandwich as well, which was a small chicken sandwich but decided to change it into a regular while at the register. The cashier "JORGE" had a attitude apparently when it was NO ONE in line to hold up the line. He sucked his teeth when we changed the order and acted like everything was on his time which I didn't like. I think he needs to further his customer service skills when dealing with customers. read more

One of the best Philly steaks I have ever had. Everything was perfect. The steak was great. Toppings fresh. Bread crusty on the inside and soft and doughy on the outside. They give you a decent amount of fresh french fries with your order. Even the Coke from the fountain was extra sweet. Just like I like it. Great customer service too. The people here are very friendly. If you want a great cheese steak that will not disappoint. This is the place to go. Nice sized cheesesteak, french fries, soda, will run you less than $10. I think it is worth mentioning also, that this is a worldwide chain. Usually, I don't much care for chain fast food restaurants. But this place is off the hook. Definitely worth it. read more

It was an 8 inch sandwich with pretty flavorful meat, a little salty for my taste, with onions and white pasteurized process cheese product. I wish they had other options for cheese besides the equivalent of white Kraft singles. That is not what I expected for the $8 sandwich. The $8 does not include fries or a drink, just the 8 inch sandwich. I opted for the combo for $4 more. The fries are nice shoestring fries. They offer several seasonings to kick up your fries and/or sandwich. The service was fast and friendly. The whole meal was in a bag in less than 5 minutes. Honestly the only reason it isnt a 5 is because of service. It has definitely improved from a 2 too 4 though. Most of the people are nice or ok, and they dont forget to put things on as much like mayo, or tomatoes, and if you say you are allergic to something they switch out things that have touched it and it makes me happy knowing I'm being taken care of. The fries with cheese are pretty good. Not the best fries but not the worst. And the subs are all diffrent, but usually the ones I like most are with melted cheese. This place is very good. Good food however very expensive for a sub with a combo like a handful of fries and a regular drink. It can range from 8 to 15 dollars depending on the size, what you want as a drink, and the sub choice. Im disappointed that the cashier didn't ask or tell me about their limited time offer of a philly sub with fries and drink for 7.99. The advertisement board is all the way by the receiving end to pick up your food. By the time you see this, you have already paid a pretty good dollar amount on your food. It's best to walk up from the receiving end to cashier to see if there are promotions especially if you don't have that stamp card for visits. On top of that, I'm concerned about the the two employees that served me today. I didn't see any change of gloves ---from cash register to cleaning station to handling my food. This was probably the worst cheesesteak that I have had in my life. They put out of date lettuce and peppers on my sandwich. I couldn't finish the sub because of the nasty peppers they put in my sub. When you ask for a classic cheesesteak you don't ask for pickles and out of date vegetables to come with the sub. read more

Let's get one thing straight, Charley's is delicious but just not this one in particular. The person that was putting the toppings on my sub didn't even put any toppings on my sub when I said I'll have every topping. I had to ask her three times that yes I wanted all the toppings. Upon eating my sub something felt off. I felt very nauseous the whole day and felt like I needed to throw up. I didn't eat anything all day and this was the first thing I had obviously I would not recommend going to this Charley's. I'd rather make a 40 minute drive to the Charleys in Potomac Mills then to end up in the emergency room. read more

I have an allergy to onions. I ordered my food and let them know that I have this allergy and to please be careful when cooking my food. They switched out the utensils and cleaned the grill prior to making my food. They went above and beyond to ensure that there wasn't a mistake. And the food is amazing!
