We were treated not so good by Ms Janmarie Santos We asked for a cup of water and "with an attitude" she replied with lack of education. She could be better working in the kitchen and not dealing with the customers.

Love it! Every time we grab something to eat here, it is good. Never disappoints! They were giving samples of the "Chicken California" and it was so good, I had to get one. Got a small with just chicken, cheese, mayo and ranch. Perfect!

Enjoyed the cheesesteak with pepperoni, it was a little on the salty side but the flavors go well together. The regular cheesesteak was quite tasty as well, cheese fries were good but could have used a little more cheese for my liking.

I was meandering around this place while my wife shopped and shopped and shopped. Then time to eat. really enjoyed what I had here; I'd never heard of Charley's - suppose being a foreigner that's no surprise and I understand that this place isn't long open. I'd spent a while looking at the fast food choices on offer and I wasn't impressed by the Asian offerings - the Chinese food looked particularly grim, over priced and over sugared and there was a Thai place that looked positively grim. I was in two minds to try five guys for the first time but I wasn't prepared to pay their burger price so I took the smallest offering that the androgynously named Charley had on the menu. For reasons unknown to me, my very friendly server said he was adding a portion of fries for free. So I said thank you; can't have been my good looks and certainly not my charm. I was pleased to see that my chicken was cooked in front of me. Then onions joined the chicken for some light frying then cheese was melted atop. I didn't recall cheese being in my order but hey-ho. All the cooked ingredients were popped on top of a boxed bread bun and the fries chucked in to the box. I saw lots of different dry seasoning choices so I tried a few and while it's junk food I did enjoy this hot sandwich and I would buy it again. As we ate I noticed one of the guys sweeping and cleaning the food area. He told me he was in his 80's and he had no choice but to work - surely not in the land of the free and the home of the brave? I mused give me socialism any day of the week.

Our company orders out every Wednesday and this week we decided to try out Charley's. I have to say we received about 15 of the saddest sandwiches I have ever seen. There was hardly any meat, peppers or onions on what is considered the "#1 Cheesesteak in the world". We ordered other sandwiches as well which were also less than impressive. With cold bread and all. Please please please do better. My higher ups feel robbed and so do us employees who were looking forward to the sandwiches that we saw online and not what we actually received. And trust me I understand that promo pictures are staged to look great but man at least get close to what is presented.

There was pretty flowers on the side before you walk in and more right afterwards next to the host stand. We made a reservation but it was pretty dead and there were only a few other tables there all night. The music was super loud and it definitely gave more club vibes than restaurant vibes. We saw hookah and the servers were dressed in tight outfits more like bottle girls. We were given iPads for menus which did have fairly accurate pictures of the cocktails. The music was obnoxious at first and so loud we almost left but luckily the DJ ended up putting on some more mellow music and taking a break while we ate. Our server was often MIA and we saw most of the staff just sitting around talking to each other, we had to ask for water and wait awhile to pay our bill. When she did bring the bill, we were told there was a service charge that didn't count as tip and she stared at us to see what we selected for the tip. Fortunately, the food was the saving grace and came out quick and was presented well. We especially liked the calamari, empanadas, salmon, and brownie dessert. They came with a torch to melt the butter on the salmon which was good. We did not care for the bao at all and the chicken fettuccine lacked flavor. Unfortunately, we would not rush back any time soon.

Good evening everyone! I can honestly say that this restaurant is 100% legit as far as Spanish restaurants go. On this occasion we ordered a number of Tapas to share at the table. We ordered the cured Manchego cheese and Spanish ham board, Pulpo A La Vinagreta (Octopus in Vinegar), Serrano Ham and Codfish croquettes (absolutely delicious), Spanish Omelete and Al of us decide to try the Spanish Bean Soup (Fabada Asturiana). Everything we ordered was fresh, hearty and tasted exactly as expected. No cutting corners at Turull's folks and I am pretty sure that everything else on the menu would be just as good. If you decide to try one of their paella rice dishes, you hey looked great as well but plan on 45 minutes or so before it gets to the table as it is made fresh to order, no exceptions. Honestly, that is the only way to do it.... Who wants reheated paella as that would be heresy! LOL! For dessert we ordered the Flan and the Torta de San Martin, where the torta is a traditional Spanish pastry served with Almond ice cream, and both were very good. Finishing things off with some espresso and boy life was really good at this point. The atmosphere was very welcoming as Fridays and Saturday's they have live music which was in full force during our dinner. As you can imagine, we did take advantage and "cut a little rug" before we left as well! LOL! All in all it was a great outing and nothing better than good food, good wine and family as the setup for a wonderful evening. Service was excellent as well and no worries about parking either as there is plenty available. So if you find yourselves with a hankering for some good Spanish cuisine while in the Orlando, FL area, you should definitely check them out. We will be back again next time we are in the area for sure. Enjoy and bon appétit mes amis!

The chorizo rice on the side was moist and delicious, and the small salad with balsamic vinaigrette was fresh and light. They had Coke products (always a plus for me). My friend had an octopus dish with potatoes and onions, and really enjoyed it -- said it was tender and well-prepared. His Spanish rice was also very good. The service was top tier -- everyone was friendly, helpful, and checked on us often. We even got to see a flamenco dancer perform while we were eating, which made the night feel special. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, with beautiful artwork and a lit tree in the center of the space. I'd definitely go back.

I originally ordered sausage, egg, and cheese, but then I saw the bacon, egg, and cheese and asked whether I could switch it. The gentleman behind the counter said they could do both, then asked whether I wanted to add a hash brown too. Obviously, I said yes. He told me they would make basically anything I wanted as long as they had the ingredients, and I absolutely loved that energy. The sandwich was huge, super cheesy, messy in the best way, and packed with sausage, bacon, egg, and a crispy hash brown. It was a very generous portion and completely worth the price. This is definitely going into my breakfast-sandwich rotation. My fiancé ordered the Godfather, which was also delicious. It is definitely on the messier side, though, so if you are getting it to go or traveling any distance, I would recommend asking for the vinaigrette on the side. Ray's has strong neighborhood bodega vibes, generous portions, and the kind of menu where they are willing to customize your order instead of making things complicated. My only minor critique is that one employee could have been a little friendlier, but everyone else made the experience enjoyable. Another great visit, and we will absolutely be back.
