    Pepperoni and cheese pizza

WOW -- Charlie's on Main absolutely blew me away! If you want incredible service, genuinely kind‑hearted people, and insanely delicious food, this is THE place to go. The owner didn't just go the extra mile--he went the whole nine yards and then some! He was so friendly, upbeat, and full of positive energy. You just don't see that kind of hospitality anymore! And the pizza... AMAZING. Every single person at my party raved about it. Not one complaint--just nonstop compliments! I'm already excited to order from here again. Highly, highly recommend!

We dined on the patio tonight and had a great meal and enjoyed being outside. It was our first time there since they moved from Wakefield. The owner treated us like royalty. Special cobb salad is truly special. Generous portions of everything (not just a few items on top of lettuce). My husband raved about his chicken parm and ziti. This Stoneham location is clean and bright and has plenty of parking. We will go back.

I have heard great things about this place, but I wanted to try it for myself. I am always open to trying mom and pop sub joints packed with locals and this place was it! This place, now located in Stoneham had ample parking and easy to find. For my lunch I went with a steak and cheese sub. My favorite but can be a hit or miss. This sub was massive and fully loaded! I got extra cheese, cooked onions, pickles, and mayo. The meat was well seasoned and chopped up fine. This beast of a sub was smothered in American cheese and had great flavor. I am so glad I tried this and will add it to my list of local sub shops when I'm having a craving!

Love Charlie's. They have great pizza, subs and salads. They use fresh quality ingredients and don't skimp on the toppings. Charlie the owner is very friendly and hands on.

Tomatoes, Greek olives, feta cheese, onions, sweet peepers, cucumbers and grilled chicken with 2 dressings on the side. I really enjoyed. The man that waited on me was friendly and helpful. It's located in a big shopping center with many restaurants to choose from and stores. It's fast but on the healthy side. I do like their soups too. Now with summer they advertise their lobster roll. I will try it next time.

The soup was always put in on time so you could get fresh, great quality soup but now they only worry about broccoli cheddar soup. The rest, they could care less about the quality. I ordered cream of chicken & wild rice just to receive what looked like cold condensed canned soup/ almost like someone put canned chicken pot pie in a bowl and left it there next to a bag of chips. The manager is on the floor trying to maintain some sort of customer service but he seen my bowl of soups quality and still served it. All the seats in the back were taken so I unfortunately had to be in the front by the door but panera is usually quiet and it should be fine. NOPE, I was talking with my partner when suddenly there was an issue because or so I thought because of yelling between employees and customers. As I'm thinking about leaving, another employee yells as he is opening the door to walk outside, this alone makes me jump because I didn't expect that. I tell my partner we need to leave. Honestly the cashier is a lovely, happy, go lucky young woman but her great energy & attentive attitude is not going to save this place. Panera Bread as a company is not what it says it is anymore. All the locations are very similar, gloomy, half cooked food & no one trained how they should be. I believe it's time Panera Closed its doors

You figure they'd double the meat or at least throw in a handful of potato chips for that price, but no such luck. Sure, the flavor was on point and the cola was cold, but I had this thing devoured in like 4 bites. I thought maybe this was just the pre-sandwich app before the "Super" arrived. Dimly lit and fairly crowded, you could tell the place was a hotspot for the locals. Familiar smells and idle chatter filled the tiny dining area and kept me occupied while I waited. The Hispanic Mario brother at the counter was helpful in suggesting something a first timer wouldn't appreciate, and based solely on flavor he wasn't wrong. I wouldn't personally choose the Super Pastrami as a selling point, but the menu seemed pretty crowded so I'm sure it was a difficult decision even for a seasoned veteran of Giovanni's. Italian, Mexican, seafood, beef, pizza...the menu seemed to offer something for everyone. All in all, decent experience. Not something I'd necessarily recommend, and with all the other options in the area I probably won't go back, but I don't regret stopping in.

It's cold and my kiddo didn't want leftovers so grabbed two subs. Ordered an Italian with "everything" and a chicken cutlet sub. Inside was charged an extra $1 for "everything". Obviously a mistake. Didn't add anything extra. I had already paid and just glanced at the receipt. Saw the $1. Asked. The teen girl laughed and said "not my fault the owner makes us ring in subs like that". Said she agreed. I just said it I so silly and it was bad customer service. The manager was right there. Got home and the Italian sub had no tomatoes or lettuce. Paid extra for nothing and they did not put basics on. Good customer service leads to repeat customers. There are a lot of choices here. Won't be going back. For

The service was top notch and the food was cooked nicely. Our table had the chicken parm, chicken broccoli alfredo and scallops and everyone mostly enjoyed their meals. The reason for 4 stars is the scallops were supposed to be served over mush vellutata drizzled with basil oil and they were served on plain mashed potatoes. They did not tell us about this substitution and we ordered 2 of them. This was disappointing as it was a factor for why I chose to order the dish and I did not finish my meal. Additionally they have a profiterole on their dessert menu I was excited to try and that is no longer available. I'd encourage the restaurant to be more proactive about letting diners know of substitutions during the ordering process and to update their online menu.
