She called, my uncle called and final received a call back and was told to bring the car back... another tow fee. Only to have them say it was something else and that cost $400 more. Brandon told her he would speak to a manager regarding wiping the charge but that was 2 days ago. We have attempted to call a service manager only to have AI interception of the call stating "the inability to transfer a call". I guess we should call Action 9. My mother is elderly on a fixed income and this feels like a SCAM.

Unfortunately, just two days after bringing it home, the vehicle was already in the shop with electrical problems. To their credit, they honored the 5-day guarantee and repaired it at no cost. Two months later, however, I was driving the car home from a car wash when it suddenly shut off while I was in motion. Thankfully, I was driving -- not my daughter. An approved SilverRock repair shop was less than three miles away, but on the way there, the car shut off several more times while driving. Each time I had to pull over, restart the vehicle, and hope it would keep running. I was fortunate there was no traffic, as this situation could easily have resulted in a serious accident. After arriving at the repair shop, they kept the vehicle for a week and eventually told me they had never seen an issue like this before and advised me to take it to the dealership. Because the car was too dangerous to drive that far, I had to pay to have it towed. The dealership then kept the vehicle for several days and also stated they had never seen anything like it. After another week -- and multiple calls between different dealership service departments -- they finally determined the cause and how to fix it. When they contacted SilverRock for approval, the claim was denied. SilverRock wouldn't even pay the diagnostic portion, leaving me to pay for the actual repair out of pocket. Three months later, the check engine light came on again -- and we hadn't even owned the car for six months. When you buy from Drivetime, you are given a pamphlet listing what SilverRock covers. The approved repair shop submitted another claim, listing multiple components that needed repair. Some were marked as not covered in the pamphlet , but others were not listed as exclusions -- so one would reasonably expect at least a partial approval. Instead, SilverRock denied the entire claim. Their contract allows them to call a part "inclusionary," meaning that even if it is not listed as excluded, they can still deny coverage if they claim it is related to a non-covered part. This loophole allows them to deny nearly any claim -- forcing customers to pay out of pocket for major repairs. The result: unreliable vehicles and a warranty that provides little to no real protection. These cars are lemons, and the SilverRock warranty is a scam.

At first there were a few issues with getting me financed with their lenders (mostly just proof of residence as I live with a friend and I do not have any bills in my name) but after sorting that out and spending a total of about two hours at the dealership (in my opinion that is not to long based off past experiences) I finally am about to leave with my m3. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is some other salesman came up to me asking my name and trying to snipe the sale from Roy and Darren, which I didn't appreciate at all. Besides that my experience was good. The showroom is clean and they play r&b type of music and not like trap kind so that was something I really appreciated. Everyone was pretty much nice and my finance manager was efficient with the paperwork, I was only in his office for a short amount of time like 10 minutes which was great. Normally that's the Grind type of part where you get pushed into all these extra warranties and stuff, but with this guy it wasn't. Maybe that's because this is not a new car dealer it is a used dealer and I have never bought from a used dealer before. It caused us to lose jobs and miss out on several potential jobs. They showed no kind of concern or offered any help. These people need to be put out of business. We work too hard to have to pay for something we can't even use or have to fix before we can use it. What happened to honesty and integrity? Greed has taken over and it's very sad and unfortunate! I will tell everyone I know to never consider purchasing a vehicle from these people. I wouldn't buy a bicycle on sale from this place! God will not reject a man of integrity, nor will He support the evildoers (Job 8:20).

The terms of the promotion, which specify that the alignment of winning symbols has no connection to the winning prize, were completely buried in the fine print on the BACK of the promotion, and there was no clarification when I called in ahead of time. While the initial representative whom I spoke to was understanding about the situation, I then spoke to an individual named Ed who was completely rude, unapologetic, and demeaning. These sleazy and underhanded business practices are exactly what I would avoid when purchasing a new or used vehicle.
