They wouldn't even look without me giving a phone number -- just so they could bother and harass me later. Said the "system" wouldn't let them do anything and the sales manager gave a massive fib about needing to be able to get in touch with me if any paperwork needed changes after the fact. If they screw up that frequently on paperwork, imagine all of the other things they don't get right.

Upon arrival, there were multiple scratches and dents around the vehicle, both passenger-side doors, rear rim, and including additional scratches the other side of the car and back. These additional scratches were not disclosed, and the salesman's message absolutely downplayed the damage. After the team tried fixing it, some scratches and the dents were still clearly visible. Carmax wouldn't adjust the price despite the new (unrepaired) damage. I don't think they're going to update the listings pictures, and I feel like there was prior undisclosed damage to the car. If you're looking to purchase a car from here, be extremely careful that you're not getting played.

I was asked to sell my MIL's car for the Family, so I looked up prices on Kelly Blue Book, Carmax,…read moreetc. and requested quotes online. Carmax (CM) offered us $3,400 but lowered it to $3,000 when I brought the car in. EchoPark (EP) offered $4,700. Mind you this is an 18 year old Honda. I'd never heard of EP, so I was skeptical that the offer would also be significantly less once I brought the car in. I texted with Chentel about the necessary paperwork and options since my MIL is in Assisted Living. I talked to Chrystal the next day and scheduled an appointment. Ben processed and evaluated the car. EP honored the Online Offer even though they found a chip in the windshield even CM hadn't seen. I called my MIL to come sign and we were in and out within an hour (I don't remember the name of the young lady who processed the paperwork, but she's learning Korean). I've bought / sold 13 BMWs in my life and the experience with EP rivaled my experience with the best BMW Dealerships. When we left about 7:00 pm on Valentine's Day, I was impressed to talk with the Sales Manager and General Manager...both had been working the Front Desk on the "Holiday." Kudos to all!

We made an appointment to go in and sell the car after he gave us a quote. The car we were selling had some major issues so we were a little skeptical about getting the money for it. Appointment day came and we went in and met Cody. He walked us through the steps, checked IDs and title, explained the paperwork step and step and let us know he would have the check in about 20 minutes. The entire process took less then an hour and we walked out with check in hand. No photos as it is a car dealership and you don't really need much imagination to know what it looks like

We listed everything wrong with it and the manager promised their mechanic could fix everything once he returned after his vacation...We even purchased an Extended Warranty and brought the car in several times only to be told "you can take it to any dealer and they'll honor your warranty". No dealer accepted our warranty, and when I drove the car back to this dealership, there was a sign on the building "Permanently Closed." Our Warranty mileage was still under the required accumulated miles but no mobile services to our area and no AutoNation dealership for 245 miles! It now has cost us over $2,500 to have those problems repaired and AutoNation STILL hasn't reimbursed us for repairs they were supposed to be responsible for as promised at the Contract Signing.
