The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. Prices are extremely reasonable and fair. They were on time, friendly and detail oriented. Cleaning is hard work and there is no way I could have done as much cleaning in the allotted time. I am hooked on hiring cleaners now. LOL. There is a little bit of a language barrier but nothing that should stop you from hiring them. To put it in perspective, my house has been undergoing some remodel work in the past few months....dust, stains and whatever else was everywhere. Remodeling is just a messy process no matter how much you try to protect your things. She was on her way at 1:30, I left the door open for her as I was at my storage unit with the movers. At 2:18 she messaged there was too much stuff. I attempted to call her back right away mind you and she let it go to voicemail. So I already knew she wasn't quite up to the task as she mentioned having to pick up her soon by 5pm in her text before. She texted there was simply too much stuff so she could not clean so I told her she could cancel as I did not want her cleaning and not doing a thorough job. Then my landlord charging me extra on my security deposit due to the lack of thoroughness. DO NOT HIRE if you are looking for honest, upfront and professional. If you're looking for a "professional" cleaner. Ana is not the one. It was moving out day for me and needed a professional cleaner. She came and told me there was too much "stuff" and it would take too much time. We are talking little things left behind by the movers, dishes I still needed to clean. You know? What a professional house cleaner would have typically worked around. Did she expect a clean house already to clean? Mind you, I live in a studio. LOL. Needless to say, I was left in a bind.
