Two tellers , no lines last appointment leaving while i'm walking in.. great no wait , how can i help you " i need 1Q2024 for one account that we closed due to ID theft on my husband. " "Sure !" Have a seat in my office ... and within 10 minutes i had printed statements . Sabdi was perplexed why the other branch wouldn't help! Thank you Sabdi for being pro active . You probably saved us from having to pay taxes since i have that quarters expenses ! Much love!!' I also needed a notary however she was on vacation- we'll come here next time . but Sabdi did try to get an appointment for me at cochran and they refused again (not knowing i was already on their list as a back up plan) . They told her no can do. "All full at the inn" But sabdi reminded me that AAA offers the service. I ended up there within 10 min again I had my notary paperwork completed and since we are AAA premier members notary was free! Thanks again for this tip Sabdi. Now if my cpa has as much good news that will make the smoothest "paper work Friday" ever!

They offer a wide variety of services for people in this area and I can't say this enough, they share space with the donut shop literally God's gift from earth banking, and donuts at the same time that's like 90% of my day taken care of, but I would say this Credit Union has to be one of the most polite, friendly and quickly serviced with a drive-through window that I have seen. They did a wonderful job making sure I understood everything that's something you have to be grateful for and I certainly am!

When you send a Zelle transfer from a B of A account you immediately receive a text that asks you if this Zelle payment is actually done by you. At US Bank they have zero fraud protection I woke up on a Saturday morning and noticed that my account had been hacked and $3,500 was sent to someone via Zelle. I immediately called the fraud department and reported it and they told me to go into the branch and close my account and open a new account. I was there first customer and I was helped by the branch manager who closed my account and opened a new one for me, he said that give it 7 to 10 days and I should the funds back into my account. Well it's been now TWO MONTHS and all I get is a run around, the branch keeps saying that they are waiting for correspondence from the fraud department and the fraud department acts like their in India they keep saying we are just a call center and sorry I can't help you. Basically saying, It sucks to be you! Union Bank for which I banked with for years would have never treated their customers like this, but since US Bank took over Union Bank it's become a shit show. I highly suggest no one ever open an account with US Bank they will not treat you like a valued customer. Go to either B of A of Chase!!!

Met with Yolanda the day after we purchased the car (with crap loan!) and Yolanda was able to get me a loan with payments just over $100 a month! We had several issues communicating with the original car dealership and Yolanda answered all my emails quickly and assured me once we received the registration, everything will move forward and happen. A nice and quick cash withdrawal process here at this Chase bank location. They have a ATM outside…read morethe main door but I went inside and use the ATM next to the teller window. The good thing about this Chase bank is that their ATM is indoor and not outdoor so you can feel more safe while doing your transactions. When I was there, there was only 1 window open so that's why I used the ATM to withdraw my cash. There also a lot of parking too since this Chase bank is in a plaza with not that many stores open anymore. I wore my mask when I went inside.
