I feel that I am being racially discriminated against by Susan Marshall in Collections, as my credit has been wrongly reviewed and reported. Despite being assured that my payments would not be reported, I have diligently made four payments only to find that Ventura County Credit Union continues to report that I am not making payments. This misinformation is affecting my credit score significantly, as this account is currently the only negative item on my report. Additionally, in 2018, my account was sold to a collection agency. After arranging to pay off the debt with the agency, the account was mysteriously transferred back to Ventura County Credit Union, creating further confusion and turmoil. Not only have I been misled about the reporting of my payments, but every attempt to dispute the inaccuracies has been met with negligence and further misinformation from Ventura County Credit Union. Despite providing documentation that clearly shows discrepancies in their reporting, the credit bureaus are not properly investigating the matter and are inexplicably ignoring the evidence I have provided. This ongoing ordeal has taken a severe toll on my mental well-being, as it is hindering my progress in improving my credit and achieving my financial goals. I am in desperate need of assistance to rectify this situation and ensure that my credit is accurately reflected. I've also had a documentation showing that I have been making payments along with the dispute confirmation from Equifax that Ventura County credit Union answered to and sent false documentation saying that I only made one payment which is actually two payments that they combined. All along this account is closed and it's a charge off but on the documentation, you can see how they charge me 30 something dollars interest every month for charge off account. Why would the company have so much interest in destroying someone's life or Credit? What would be the reason? I have plenty of documents to show how evil the collections manager Susan Marshall has been towards me. Sad to say I can't get No one to give me her up line or supervisor info.

Went in just to transfer $600 from my checking to my money market account. Employee helping me…read moremoved the money into the wrong account I had an old savings account that he moved the money into instead. This account pays less interest. Had to walk back in after looking at my receipt and talk to the assistant manager to correct the transaction. This is a bank why do employees make these kinds of mistakes? Assistant manager wanted me to close out my saving account so that this doesn't happen again. Premier doesn't offer competitive interest rates anymore and with mistakes like this why should I continue to bank here. Disclaimer I've had problems with Premier in the past as well, employees holding onto my ID for an excessive amounts of time while chit chatting (different location) and upselling me on an account that I was told pays more interest than what I currently had so I moved my entire savings into it only to find out later I was then getting no interest because it was $20k minimum for interest to apply. I think it's time to find a new credit union :(

Why should a bank charges a monthly service fee for the last 25 years I was with a bank and I said to myself why am I paying a service fee every month and yet when I want something done, I have to make an appointment to go in. That was the last straw.. So I left my bank that I had been with for 25 years f I've been in this branch now probably five times in the five times since I opened the account. So the review was due. Bottom line again why should we pay fees for a bank to protect our assets and most of our money? They offer a wide variety of services for people in this area and I can't say this enough, they share space with the donut shop literally God's gift from earth banking, and donuts at the same time that's like 90% of my day taken care of, but I would say this Credit Union has to be one of the most polite, friendly and quickly serviced with a drive-through window that I have seen. They did a wonderful job making sure I understood everything that's something you have to be grateful for and I certainly am!
