OC native Taiwanese American here, and Chat Tea has my stamp of approval! Really happy with the quality and serving size of the food here for very reasonable prices. Spam & egg and Spicy Salmon onigiri were flavorful. Popcorn chicken seasoning tasted like the ones I grew up eating - had a good crunch to them and tender and juicy in the center. Staff members were friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I appreciate that it's a study-friendly space with solid WiFi.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Don't think I saw many outlets though.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks run sweet - even at 0% sugar, my passion fruit + mango green tea w/ lychee jelly was sweeter than I would've liked, but I think that was on me for ordering what I did. Flavors were still fresh & good. It's too bad I live so far away, but Chat Tea will be my go to for a yummy and affordable bite when I'm in the area!

First time visiting Eastvale location. I decided to order popcorn chicken rice instead of my usual Mabo tofu rice. I asked for mild spice and it was perfectly spiced. It took a bit longer than expected for the food to come out but the chicken pieces were crunchy and of good temperature so it made up for the wait time. I ordered a half sweet lychee green tea but it was still too sweet for me. Wondering if I have to go down to 25% sugar next time The popcorn chicken rice comes with an egg, tofu, and some greens. There's some ground pork on top of the rice as well! This location is a bit smaller than the Ontario location and less cozy vibes. I think I prefer the Ontario location for studying or getting work done. I'd go to Eastvale location to chat with friends.

Delicious!!! This place is a cute little stop to get your taste buds rollin! They ask you how sweet you would like you drinks and tailor your drink to your liking! I love that! Even though it was filled with lots of customers our order did not take too long. They had like 16 drinks lined up to make but not one employee showed stress. Everyone was smiling! Also, they have a good little seating area and I saw game boards towards the back of the place.

Another BOBA place in town - we had to check it out. It was easy to locate, Google Map took you right to the location. It has ample amount of parking since it shares a private parking lot with several other businesses. It has good amount of indoor seating. Came here over the weekend, there wasn't that long of a line. Place was kept clean and the person helping us out was friendly and patient as it was my first time. Lot of options to choose from for boba/tea, only one size available for iced drinks. I ended up ordering Honey Milk Tea with boba - it was delicious and came with a good amount of boba!

Premium matcha powder, house sugar (made in-store), Pastry Pride (non dairy ready to whip topping), and whole milk (but you can tell cashier if you want a $0.50 almond milk substitute).

Everything was really good. It was refreshing to find a place this close to home that actually hit the spot--even my parents thought it was good, which says a lot. We usually end up driving out to Rowland Heights for Chinese food, so having something like this down the street in Corona is nice. The pan fried shao mai was probably the surprise favorite for me since I've never had it prepared that way before. The xiao long bao wrapper was a little thicker than what I'm used to, but it was still good. Honestly, nothing we ordered disappointed. Food came out pretty quickly too, so even though there's usually a line, it moves faster than you'd expect.

Today's lunch turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Almost our next-door neighbor, Eastvale…read morehas grown quite rapidly in the past decade. This city has developed into a very respectable, well planned bedroom community and offers many options for dining out. Unfortunately, most are big chain restaurants. Finding a really delicious, authentic, family-run Chinese cafe was not something I had anticipated, but here it is! This is in a small storefront location. They have been in business for nearly 8 years. Looking at it from the aspect of a Yelp average star rating, I had not been that impressed, but then, looking at their most recent reviews and prolific menu, I had to rethink my first impressions. The non-cookie cutter menu and very extensive offerings gave me clues. I decided a visit would help answer questions on how such a tiny place could support such a huge menu. We settled on 3 dishes. It was really hard with so many options. Pork Feet with Pickled Pepper, a non-conventional dish, turned out to be fabulous with its spicy jalapeños, orange peppers, fresh ginger, and garlic. Any Filipino, which coincidently includes my husband, knows that pigs' feet can be a real delicacy when done right. Expect a lot of bone (of course), but the tendon and meat were soft and brimming with flavor. I usually resist eating anything with hot peppers, but the spicy heat disappeared fairly quickly and left only the sensational taste of the other mouth-watering aromatics. This was a very oily dish, but that is also what made the sauce so darn good. Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce. Rather than order a full order a la carte, I went with a lunch portion, aka Lunch #16. Lunch includes a small cup of soup (today's was a delicious, thickened egg flower soup with corn), a vegetable-filled eggroll, and cup of steamed rice. I loved the corn soup and did not expect the crispy eggroll to be as good as it actually was. Eggroll is usually a poorly executed, space holder on mediocre, fast food lunch plates. This one was freshly cooked and really good. The entree, tender, unbattered chunks of white fish, was nicely prepared with bell pepper, onion, garlic, and fermented black bean. It made me very happy. Chow Fun with Beef. Delicious! The thinly sliced beef was very tender, and had that delicate, smokey wok hay flavor I love. I would not hesitate to recommend it. If I had one wish, it would be for them to use less oil in their cooking. The flavors were delicious but too rich. I'm sure they could accommodate my preference and still have a dish with a great outcome. And to sort of answer my question about how they handle such an extensive menu, the kitchen was commandeered by a single, hard working chef this particular day. I am in awe. I have no qualms about returning. This is a great alternative to driving into LA and Orange County to find great, non-Americanized Chinese food. Just don't come between 3 and 4 pm, because they give themselves a lunch break. FYI, I asked before we left if they stay open for the holidays, like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. The server said yes. I am excitedly bookmarking this place for the future and hoping this is accurate.

Everything from customer service, pricing, portions, and quality has been nothing short of outstanding. Tucked next to the Eastern side of the food hall, you'll find this modest selling spot. I ordered the garlic noodles and the pork belly bao. I wanted something different from their iconic dan dan noodles (try those if you haven't) and boy was I surprised. There isn't seating with them, so you must find a spot in the general area, no problems there. The garlic noodles will have real chopped garlic with a delicious flavoring that will have you satisfied with a stinky breath (not sorry) and the pork belly bao is insanely tender, you'll think you're not even chewing over how soft it is. It's garnished with a mustard topping on a steamed bun. Both of these items were on happy hour and I was fulfilled while not breaking the bank.
