I ordered an egg cheese and sausage sandwich on gluten free bread. I was handed two pieces of cardboard untoasted bread with a piece of egg and sausage floating in between them, the cooks couldn't even be bothered to toast it for me or make the sandwich look semi edible in appearance or at the very least warm. All of my friends who ordered regular sandwiches had full portions of sausage and egg with melted cheese pressed together in toasted bread pieces, and mine was a sorry excuse for prison food. I took it out of the bag and my party gasped in disbelief of what I was served. Not to mention I was charged 11 dollars for it. Excellent start to my birthday!

Good spot for a quick breakfast and coffee. We stayed in town and stopped in twice for breakfast. Coffee is self serve and there's a separate line just for coffee. Pastries were just OK. Skip the scone. Breakfast sandwich is similar to an egg McMuffin. I was thinking it would be more of a scrambled egg, my mistake. Staff was fine but not overly friendly or helpful. They charge a service charge for cards better to pay cash.

Cham cookware was recommended to me by a local as a great go to for sandwiches. The menu is very robust and I had quite a difficult time choosing what to order. They were also extremely busy it's always a good idea to call into this location. I got the riptide which was turkey with dill Havarti and a cranberry chipotle mayo with bacon on seven grain bread. My overall impression was the sandwich was overwhelmed by the cranberry. I couldn't really taste the other flavors. I would try something different on my next visit. The outdoor seating is so nice and expensive. I really enjoyed sitting outside and people watching.

This place was packed! So chose the quick grab and go sandwhich for me and the kids. The pre-prepared sandwhiches were fresh and delicious. My daughter enjoyed her roast beef- the flavor combo of the roasted peppers, lettuce, tomato, onions, roast beef, and herbed spread was perfect. She also loved that it came on marble rye. I chose the chicken salad which was also fresh and the perfect thing for a hot summer day. The tables out back in the shade were lovely - it was nice to get off the sidewalk and away from the crowds and just chill. We also had a sesame bagel, which when toasted with butter (a little heavy branded on the butter), was reminiscent of buttered popcorn- not in a bad way. It was more of a Montreal style bagel... a little more dense which I like, but my daughter prefers the the airier ny style. We finished off with a pastry - a kouign amann... which looked amazing, my daughter loved it, but i found it a little disappointing.

Chstham Cookware Lettuce Sandwich? (Where's the roast beef?)

Chatham Cookware Cafe used to have the best sandwiches chock full of protein, i.e. turkey, roast beef, etc. This week, I ordered a roast beef sandwich wrap and basically got a lettuce sandwich with one very thin slice of roast beef. It was chock full of lettuce, but if the owner thought I didn't notice, I did. I won't be back anytime soon to order a sandwich and get ripped off.

I spent two days in Chatham staying at the Wayside Inn. Continental breakfast was included there however since it was table-service, I wanted some thing a little more casual. Headed right next-door to Chatham cookware Café. I was pleasantly surprised at all they had to offer when looking for a quick meal. I ordered the sunrise breakfast sandwich two days in a row and it was simple and delicious. I had brewed tea and their bottled fresh squeezed orange juice. My kids had croissants and muffins. We liked everything we had. The service was slow at the register but I'm giving five stars for the breakfast sandwich. Seemed to have locals coming in which I take as a good sign. Would return!

I gravitate toward places with home-baked treats, chill energy, and humans who know how to share space well. My first visit to Hey Joe was genuinely enjoyable. It's the kind of spot that made me think, "If I owned a coffee shop, this is exactly what it would feel like." The staff were friendly, and there's plenty of seating including quieter side rooms perfect for conversation or focused work. The coffee is solid. No decaf espresso, which is a bummer, and the dry cappuccino wasn't quite dry, but still good. The biscuit was great: gorgeous, buttery exterior, though a bit soft inside. The jam paired nicely, too. I loved the soft music and the overall inviting atmosphere. There's no Wi-Fi, but my hotspot covered me just fine. Overall, a warm, charming place I'd happily return to.

So I decided my review, is just going to be lead sentences. Feel free to pick your favorite. Hey Joe and Jam, a new coffee shop in Chatham, is at the forefront of a high quality coffee shop Revolution near the Cape's Elbow. Perhaps no Coffee Shop in the Northeast, has ever created, such amazing homemade biscuits, and served them with their own homemade jam, and salted high end butter cubes. In my 30 plus years of drinking coffee, I can't recall ever being more amazed, at a coffee shop's cool, eclectic, and musically-themed decor, than I was at Hey Joe and Jam. If you love Snowy Owl Coffee, but can't make it to Snowy Owl, Hey Joe and Jam has you covered. Have you ever looked at a coffee shop's pastry sample plate, and wondered to yourself, "Is this quite possibly the best coffee shop sample plate ever?" 5 Stars

My family grew up with a place in H-port. & we are all gathered to celebrate a big birthday and overjoyed to be together. We walked into the beautiful cafe and are greeted by the most surly female person who purposely or not, gave us every single thing we DIDN'T order & with the nastiest attitude. We are APPALLED! We hosted the big bday last night for 60 at their sister property, Pelham House & the staff was STUPENDOUS. We had lunch at their sister property, Love Farm, whose food AND service was so divine, we decided to lunch there again Saturday. Here's our interchange: Hi! May I please have 2 Sausage, eggs & cheese sandwiches? Yes. Do you have any lactose free options? No. Really? I kind of find that hard to believe since you're a coffee shop. NO. She barks. 1 second later her colleague comes beside her and says, "Almond milk Coffee?!!!!" Then my sister says, " May I please have a blueberry muffin toasted or grilled." Now, our friend is in a bit of a dither and practically SPITS OUT, "WE DONT DO THAT HERE!" To the owners: there are many people who are looking to hire people who are not "people-people." Like AI cos. Why don't you let other companies have a chance at hiring these type of people so they don't ruin your perfectly good business?

The kitchen is attentive to every little nuance making foods healthy but sumptuous and tasteful. The Kimchi spiced up the corn tortillas, egg and cheese with savory and tangy fermented cabbage. The prices of our quiche and coffee was fair, I hate to say it but I haven't had a decent cup of coffee during our visit so far. Parking proved somewhat challenging, as it is at the rear of the coffee shop, potentially making patrons feel somewhat confined or trapped. Nonetheless, pedestrians can access the shop easily straightforward walk-up. Upon entering, the warm and inviting atmosphere, reminded me of an East Coast Cracker Barrel, because it has an assortment of souvenirs including hoodies, homemade jams, and more. The service provided was satisfactory. Oh I remember something funny. Lol we accidentally went past the drive way and came across a dentists parking lot with a handwritten sign that said: "No parking for coffee fufu drinkers" I thought that it was kinda funny
