Just had food catered from here, the chicken Caesar wrap, it was awesome. Now know where I want to go next time to get a bite.

Great staff very friendly and welcoming. I had the ranchero burrito which was good, however the portions were very small for the price.

I moved to Paradise in the summer of 2024, and for about a year and a half I could not find a coffee joint that was both convenient and a local enterprise I could feel good about supporting. I don't recall the first time I entered Lofi, because by the time they re-opened I had somehow already integrated the morning visit into my regular routine. I can't tell you about the individual drinks, because I've tried each and every combination the guys behind the counter have to offer, or near enough. I can tell you that Jared, Garret, and everyone else in the family involved with Lofi are some of the best people you could ask for to provide the kind of neighborhood center a town still in the throes of reconstruction like Paradise desperately needs. I am moving away from Paradise today, but I'll miss the times spent as (often) the very first customer of the day. Thank you Lofi!

On my second visit it was actually less busy and the same older lady was behind the counter taking orders and covering the register. I was trying to decide on my next meal and was asking a lot of questions. She responded dismissively by saying, she "didn't have time for my questions." When I mentioned that she had answered all my questions the week prior, nothing changed so I pointed out that it was much busier the week prior compared to me being there for the second time, she maintained her viewpoint. I understand she was filling in while her daughter was on maternity leave at that time but that's still not an excuse to treat customers poorly, especially around dietary needs. Because of that interaction, I won't be returning. No second chance from me. If you have dietary restrictions, I'd think twice.

I had the Half-sandwich with soup and fries. I chose grilled Ham n cheese and the "half" I was presented with was larger than most full sandwiches. Quite tasty as well. A generous portion of fries came with it and the soup was vegetable beef. The fries were cooked to perfection and delicious. Too bad the super-cheap ketchup they serve is not edible. It's like they made it from canned tomato sauce. Disgusting! The soup wasn't the best. It tasted like they keep a single pot and add stuff to it every day. Re-heating and adding more to it every morning. I had to chase the server down and ask for it because she had forgotten to bring it out. Not good. I also had a strawberry milkshake. It tasted like vanilla ice milk and had some strawberry syrup drizzled on it for flavoring. When I stirred it in, the drink became slightly pink and had the slightest hint of strawberry. Not very thick either, but it was thick enough to collapse the super-cheap straws they use. I had to ask for water for my dog four times and when they brought some, it was in a plastic bucket that had been used as an ash tray. There were burn marks and ashes still in it and it reeked of cigarettes. The place has it's good points. Just don't expect much.

First of all it's totally cute inside with a retro feel! There is also an ice cream shop that is attached to the restaurant. Convenient and great treat after eating next door! Since we had already shared a breakfast earlier we got the biscuits and gravy. Very good with generous amount of gravy and not too peppery! Quick service in a busy atmosphere! Beer and wine available. DEBBIE was so sweet..she brought alittle bacon for Wilbur my dog! ( I only gave him a tiny bit...he's a puppy!). They had some delicious looking pies as well! There were already two tables seated and a few tables filled right after us and we were greeted immediately, given menus and offered drinks. She was the only server and was super chill and efficient. This is straight up a road side diner. I ordered the I-5 traditional breakfast of two eggs (over medium - which is not always done right, sadly, but they were perfect here), 4 bacon (so good), hash browns (not salted...which is fine because then it's not over salty, but they really lacked any flavor), and wheat toast. Randy ordered the B. A. T. Benedict (bacon, avocado, tomato) that came with hash browns. Hollandaise was bland so that was a bummer. Randy felt the same about his hash browns. There are tables, booths and a couple tvs around an open space.
