Croissant with eggs & cheese, spring mix
    Brianna R.

Staff isn't friendly, but that's fine. They're not rude either & it's counter service. I got the croissant with eggs & cheese with a spring mix. The "spring mix" was just arugula, but the vinagrette paired with it was good, balanced, not too sour. The croissant IS amazing. The eggs were scrambled soft. It's a really good sandwich. I'm still thinking about it. It's soft so you do need the fork & knife provided. I also ordered the flourless almond/pear cake to go & it was perfect. Not too sweet. Moist cake, with chewy edges and a chewy bottom crust. I liked that they have fans over the baked good to keep flies away. It's beautifully decorated, with lots of greenery and natural wood tones. Indoor & outdoor seating. Very clean bathroom. Metered street parking on Beverly.

We stopped here for a quick bite on Saturday, Unlike other places on Beverly Blvd , there were plenty of table available, the service was fast and staff were friendly. They also had outdoor sitting with plenty of open tables. As for food, the avocado toast was very well made, loved the latte, but their croissants were more on the dry side.

chaumont bakery was a pretty solid brunch spot, but the real star for me was easily the smoked salmon croissant sandwich. 10/10. it was filled with soft scrambled eggs, fresh smoked salmon, avocado and chive cream cheese, but honestly the croissant itself stole the show. so so sooo flaky, light, buttery, and just beautifully done. easily one of the best croissants i've had in a while. as for the other dishes, the chicken caesar wrap and chicken bowl were both just very average in comparison. the wrap wasn't your typical caesar wrap -- it used arugula, had a bit of spice, and didnt feel like a classic caesar. not bad, just not something i'd go out of my way to order again. same with the chicken bowl -- perfectly fine, but nothing especially memorable. i was too full to try the pastries this time, which honestly feels like a miss given how good the croissant was. but based on that alone, i'd definitely come back for the croissants. the interior was also super cute -- very dainty, european-inspired, and just had that charming little cafe feel. service was pretty quick, though it's mostly self-serve.

It's great to know that this place is staying solid after all these years. It still is the best croissant in LA! They have added more choices of their pastries every time I come. Surprisingly great! Today, Sunal was very helpful. She's so accommodating and friendly and truly knows the goodies they're offering at the Vegan shop. Oh, fyi, they have vegan shop separate from the regular shop. Both owned by the same company.

Ordered over $100 in pasties but they would not give me a 2nd box to split the order into

The quality of Chaumont has really gone downhill and the service has been terrible the last 2 times I was there. Pastries did not seem fresh the last couple visits- not like they used to be. I ordered over $100 in pastries the last time I was there and they'd placed everything in one large box. When I asked for a smaller empty box so I could separate some pastries for a friend I was with to take home, the woman behind the counter making the coffee (not the one who took my order) rudely told me she didn't have any boxes and when I explained I wanted to split the order into 2 boxes, she said no. Mind you, they literally had a stack of smaller empty boxes on the counter...likely won't be returning any time soon.

Very tasty, but for $25 lunch bowl, the size of the salmon is pretty skinny. Used to have herbs : dill, mint, cilantro & parsley, but I don't see any of them.

Cutest little coffee/pastry shop. AMAZING croissants, so far I've tried the plain, almond, and chocolate and all of them are great. My personal favorite so far is almond. I've heard they have other flavors as well, but they sell out of their baked goods early during the day so make sure to come early! Matcha latte is also super yummy. Service is great as well, the person at the register is always very kind. My new go to pastry/coffee shop! Highly recommend

They do run out of pastries so if you are looking for something specific, be sure to go at a good time. They do close earlier than other shops but they are one of the few that are also opened early at 6:30am for those that work at 7am. The space is beautiful, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows making space look bright and airy. My favorite dessert has been their flourless chocolate small cake although shame on me for never trying their croissants! Also a great option for those who are vegan as they have Chaumont vegan next door as well.

This was such a neat little find in the heart of Beverly Hills, the restaurant takes me right back into the cafés in Paris, and they serve very authentic French baked goods. The vibe was perfection, visually the decor was beautiful, and the servers were very friendly. They have a large selection of unique French pastries that you wouldn't find normally in other bakeries. Highly recommend this little treasure, and I look forward to visiting again.

Very much enjoyed breakfast here, I ordered the breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese, which came with a small side salad, the mocha was pretty good as well. Small seating area inside and 1-2 tables outside, service was quick and efficient.

A cute lil cafe with a small patio and few indoor dining tables. We came at a very quiet time so were able to grab an inside table, away from the heat. My daughter had the pancakes with a buttery whipped cream and poached pear, delish. I had a folded mushroom omelette that came with a side arugula salad that was all dressed with so yummy, sprigs of dill. Very tasty and the size satisfying. Next time we'll need to try the pastries as they're very talked about. Overall a nice and quiet escape from the 'crazy' of N Beverly Dr.

Chaumont is my favorite pre-work spot when I am in town. The coffee is consistently good. Pastries are delicious. The favorites include the almond croissant and a latte with almond milk. I just came back from Paris and the pastries are comparable. It is definitely on the pricier side ($5 for a plain croissant...they were $3 in Paris...) so one star docked down. The staff is very friendly and will bring your pastry and coffee to you if having your item there. I tend to enjoy my items there and put in an hour or so of work before heading to the office. It is quiet and calm despite the number of people getting their morning fuel.

Though I've been here just once (for lunch), I am already plotting my return. I arrived a bit earlier than my friends and in so doing, accidentally avoided the start of the lunch rush. As there are not many tables here, I feel I lucked out snagging a table for us. As I took at the cozy, classy splendor of a still very new establishment, the relaxed but polished decor was both inspiring and low-key. I had an excellent espresso while I got my wish: extended time to take in the menus. The drink menu, and the food menu. It's my favorite when that part of the cafe/restaurant experience delivers tons of time to get really acquainted with a place. Our friendly, helpful server asked the questions I had about the menu, and the time he didn't know he went and found out. Breakfast is served all day, by the way. My friend started with the sausage rolls (accompanied by the freshly made ketchup). Delicious and great for a table starter or a fairly light entree. Good crunch, and moist inside with plenty of seasoning. My entree was the black forest ham quiche. It was indicative of everything else here: the right size, the right mix of produce, protein, fluffy, cheesy egg inside, and anchored by a subtle but first-rate crust. It's served with a fennel based salad, a crisp and a great complement. We were happy and satisfied sooner than expected (alas, Le Moules must wait). Still, I could not resist a little dessert and ordered the Pain Aux Apricot. It was fantastic, something out of a cafe in Paris. Crisp and light and just sweet enough. Appreciated the friendly service. A steady diet of 70's soft-rock quietly served as the soundtrack at this one lunch. There is easily accessible parking on the street or mostly-free city lot.

Ordered the mixed berry pie (blackberries, raspberries, and one other which I can't recall). Sooooo incredibly delicious. Thought it would be overwhelmingly sweet but it really wasn't. Had it with a cappuccino which was perfect. They also had cherry, apple, and banoffe cream, and I believe a few other seasonal options. But have to say I didn't regret my choice. They also have savory pies including chicken and leek, and beer pies. Was a bit full from lunch but would love to try these at some point. Additionally, they also had some lunch and dinner entrees. Overall super cute and cozy place to sit and enjoy some tea/coffee with a pie. Love the vibe. And the service was also exceptional. Definitely coming back soon.

I did ask the gal working if they were made that day and she said yes. We ordered a raspberry, an orange, a coffee bean and the popular mango. This was my 2nd time trying these and our hopes were high BUT the raspberry was just awful the filling was strange and it had just raspberry jam inside,I dint eat it. The mango was okay so we shared that. The coffee bean was just awful as well so we didn't finish that either. The orange was the best of the group but overall just a disappointing experience once again because these are not cheap. I'm starting to think I might just have to give up my journey to find these although there are some places in Vegas that look promising. I don't think Reno has any bakeries that make these.
