I came here back in January to redeem my free birthday cupcake but due to an error in their ordering system, they had run out of the last vegan cupcake before I had arrived (and after the order had been placed). They were so apologetic when I came and they offered me a different cupcake, but I declined and they gave me a free cupcake to use on a future order (that expired in six months). Jump to yesterday when I remembered I still had that coupon to redeem that was about to expire. And as it turned out, I was already planning a trip to the westside. The coupon code they had given me didn't work on their website, so I emailed customer service for assistance. They were so helpful and redeemed it for me, asking what flavor and time I wanted to pick it up. My heart raced again, fearful I would drive all that way and they would run out of the last vegan cupcake. The customer service person assured me that they would put it aside for me with my name on it. I arrived about 10 minutes after the time I had ordered it for, as traffic was atrocious. Thankfully I found a meter across the street to park at. When I arrived, the employee enthusiastically greeted me and had such a great bubbly energy. The store itself was fun and vibrant. She was very helpful in finding my item, which had been placed in the back of the store. She brought it out and it was clearly labeled on the box that it was the vegan red velvet, so I could be assured it was indeed mine. When I got home, I ate the cupcake. It was so rich and indulgent and they do such an amazing job creating a soft delectable cake with a smooth and creamy cheesecake frosting. The frosting is the perfect balance of sweet with just a little bit of tartness. Despite being so rich, the dairy free frosting didn't upset my stomach, so I was able to eat more in one sitting than I anticipated! read more

Originally wanted to take my husband here because I told him this is THE original location for Sprinkles cupcakes. This place used to have lines and the excitement of seeing all the available cupcake flavors to choose from as you finally enter inside. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon only to find the door locked, the inside was dark and no cupcakes to be found. I want to say I am disappointed in this location more than anything else. After the closing of the westlake village Sprinkles, this is the closest Sprinkles to me now and it's definitely a step down in service. The important part. The cupcakes are still good and the quality is still there. It does suck we have to make this trek just for cupcakes but the speciality cupcakes do still make us wanting to come back for more. The ambiance in here is also step down from other locations. It feels hidden in Beverly Hills and without the Sprinkles logo, there is nothing here noting this location's existence in the area. Sprinkles is my go-to for guaranteed delicious cupcakes. They recently came out with mini-cupcake packs. I got the fall variety pack. It comes with three cupcake flavors. There was salted caramel, pumpkin, and red velvet. They were a bit pricier than I expected but it was for a special occasion so I decided to splurge a bit. So happy I did! The cupcakes tasted freshly baked and were so yummy! I love that they are small so that I can satisfy my sweet tooth without feeling like I'm eating a huge cupcake. Everyone was so happy. I also tried the special chai sugar cookie cupcake. Not only was it really pretty with purple sugar sprinkled on top but the flavors of this cupcake were amazing. Not too sweet either. Just right. Their remedy was to question if I had removed a cupcake because there was an imprint in the empty space and then offer a comp. cupcake "the next time I was in the BH store". This is my second time ordering from Sprinkles for a party - the first time I got their red velvet cake with a custom message and this time I got a custom box of a dozen cupcakes! I loved that you can pick exactly what flavors and sugar decorations you want for each cupcake. It is ~$70, closer to $80 if you want delivery. They use Door Dash to deliver so it was a pretty seamless process. I had them set to arrive about 2 hr before my party and put them in the fridge, but I probably should've kept them out since the frosting got a bit too hard. Even so the cupcakes were delicious! They were missing one of the sugar decorations but that's ok. I think they did a great job and would order again!! Great for special occasions, albeit a bit pricier than other spots. I think this flagship location is still the best tasting one after 7+ years. Compared to the Glendale Americana's, the cupcakes here are room temperature and have a softer, more tender crumb. The employee was also super nice and friendly. The cupcakes are on the pricy side at ~$6 each, but I think they are worth it. We ordered the Halloween sprinkles red velvet and were surprised that the sprinkles made it tastier than the usual lone dot. The varied shapes and thickness of the Halloween sprinkles provided textural contrast without too much added sweetness. I also enjoyed the banana cupcake, which had a fragrant banana flavor. The crumb was light and fluffy, and I want to say that there was a slightly stronger hint of cream cheese in the frosting compared to the red velvet. There's also free neighborhood parking north of Santa Monica Blvd. If you really want to, you can park at a meter in front of the store. Experience: There is the famed pink cupcake ATM outside, but you can also go into the store and buy cupcakes or ice cream. There's one entrance that is only for pick up orders and then the other entrance is where you can order on the spot. I've been a few times on the weekend and it's never very crowded.
