Busy cafe. Salmon bowl is good' and their sweets are good too! Ambiance is just a casual cafe! But it's tasty!

Cute place, very friendly nice stuff, delicious dishes and nice ambience. I wonder for brunch and I can say the quality was great. They have great selection and their menu variety of dishes.

Incredibly generous portions in a cozy spot. Seating is very limited but the staff do a good job keeping the tables turning. Came here for lunch with my mom. She got a Cesar salad and I got the penne pasta with pesto. Portions very generous in 2025 for the price and the soup and pasta came along with a large side of bread. Will come back for breakfast and lunch!

Came here for breakfast and loved the food our waiter was very nice and we loved the ambiance of this kosher restaurant we will be back !

As someone who does not keep kosher, it's normally hard for me to say I actually like a kosher restaurant... but Lamalo is one of my favorite local gems! Depending on how busy they are, you are either sat at a table and they take your order, or you order at the counter and seat yourself. I have been in both instances. My go to order is the sunshine b'boker. It's so much food that if I eat it for breakfast, I don't eat again until dinner. I also tasted the grilled cheese and Mac and cheese. (Are you sensing a theme here? ) both were also delish. The house bread is to die for. The saddest part about this is that you can't buy a loaf of the house bread to take home. We love coming here!

Really cute place on an unassuming corner of Pico near Robertson. Tables inside and a few on the sidewalk. Nice ambience. Sweet wait staff. We had some delicious dishes. Salad with feta, olives, plus tahini was huge and fresh. All ingredients were chopped nicely. Companions had a breakfast "burrito"-an interpretation of a burrito- very light and more like a wrap. This place is Kosher so do the math. Another dish was miso salmon- a beautiful dish and also very tasty and fresh. Other offerings to try next time for me are the Quiche and the grilled cheese and tomato soup- that might have to wait for cooler weather. A cute little lunch venue.

Got the Croissant Egg n'Cheese. The egg was tasty, especially with the avacado combination. Thought the croissant was a bit tough and chewy

Just tried this amazing restaurant and bakery this morning. I'm so glad we did. The friendliest staff made our breakfast so enjoyable. The food was amazing. The bread is a real standout. We got the morning glory focaccia and the egg and cheese croissant. We will definitely be back. Their cookies are incredible, too! We go to a lot of places near Pico/Robertson and the beautiful interior and amazing food here will make us regulars at this place from now on.

Still my favorite brunch spot!! The boreka sandwich was the yummiest I've ever had and SO messy but so worth it.

It's relatively busy but the line moved swiftly. The Larchmont store was pretty lively with the crowded and colorful wall deco! It's pretty fun to see that they came up with more seasonal items lately and most of them nailed it well when they came to cookies. Previously the lemon one and the most recent was the Raspberry Pistachio which I was impressed by as I just fancied sweet and refreshing combo of white chocolate and raspberry. The pistachio added more texture to it for sure. Same as any Levain cookies, best enjoyed warm and fresh out of oven. The Cookie Milk Latte was actually the main reason bringing me here, yet I was bit let down by it as I was expecting more malty cookie flavor in the drink. I felt it tasted not much different to regular cream top latte with some cookie crumbles in it.

Delicious drinks and creative pastries!…read more Tried Fondry LA and the matcha vanilla pistachio drink was definitely the highlight--so delicious and perfectly sweet without needing any sweetness adjustment. Easily my favorite thing I tried! The tofu cream croissant toast was airy and light, with a creamy topping that wasn't overly sweet. The mushroom béchamel was savory and good. I only got it because my brother suggested it. Normally I would not seek mushroom pastries even though I like mushrooms. The yuzu meringue croiffin was good, but I am not used to tart flavors in croissant/pastry combination. The cafe is very tiny, with only one table for seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. There are seats outside. I also wanted to try the black sesame pastry, but didn't see it available when I visited. I'd definitely go back to try it. The drink was the standout for me!

The key is to go on a weekday to avoid the line, as the weekend can definitely get busy. This last time I finally got to try the tofu cream topped croissant, which was ~to die for~. It was a little bit savory with the miso but still (not too) sweet. This felt super original and I would definitely recommend. I also tried the pistachio croissant and asparagus danish this time round and both were extremely good as well. I would have no qualms with re-ordering either. The only note is the pistachio cream is pretty runny, so it's hard to cut and share, as the cream just oozes out. The workers there are super friendly and kind. The drinks are also very good if you're looking to get a little extra treat as well.

Great pastries, and they're so pretty too!…read more I really enjoyed the mango pastry. It isn't overly sweet, which says a lot coming from an Asian! The mango had the perfect balance of tart and creamy. It wasn't too heavy, and it's easy to finish one by yourself. I also tried the pistachio, and it was really good too! It's nutty with a strong pistachio flavor, and again, not overly sweet. It even has little chunks of pistachio throughout, which adds a nice texture. She took me here. The place was very clean and tidy with a lot of different types of sweet treats. I was there for one thing only. I did ask the gal working if they were made that day and she said yes. We ordered a raspberry, an orange, a coffee bean and the popular mango. This was my 2nd time trying these and our hopes were high BUT the raspberry was just awful the filling was strange and it had just raspberry jam inside,I dint eat it. The mango was okay so we shared that. The coffee bean was just awful as well so we didn't finish that either. The orange was the best of the group but overall just a disappointing experience once again because these are not cheap. I'm starting to think I might just have to give up my journey to find these although there are some places in Vegas that look promising. I don't think Reno has any bakeries that make these. They look so beautiful but the taste is a let down.
