I brought it over to the nursing home my father is staying at, he loved the ice cream, was extremely happy with the treat (I'm on Keto currently, so I didn't have any ice cream myself). Asked him which flavor he liked better, he thought they were both great. Service was stellar also, I didn't catch the name of the employee who scooped out the ice cream, but she was very friendly & personable. They should have reverenced on each order that there were two orders but didn't. I asked them to send someone with the rest of my order and they refused. Their solution was that I ask one of my guests to go pick it up. That's insane. My guests don't know their way around and how inconsiderate would it be to send them on a 45 minute journey when they arrived to the party? It wasn't on anyone's way at all. Their next solution was to give me a refund of the part they held back. No. I absolutely needed those items and the biggest issue with that was that the last time they messed up and overcharged me, they couldn't refund me on the spot but said they'd have a credit behind the counter for me. When I went to use that credit, conveniently no one had any knowledge of said credit. Absolutely do not trust them. I had to pay a neighbor to go pick it up for me. I don't have complaints about the food this time but it's only average - it was my daughter that wanted a sickly sweet frosting (think Pillsbury from a can) that I couldn't find at any other bakery.
