I have been eating at Cheba hut for over a decade and the quality of the food and the service continues to diminish each year. Tonight we placed an online order for pick up. We showed up to pick it up and they were adamant they don't have a ticket for that order. We showed them the phone confirming location, the order, and the fact that they charged me and they still acted like i was making it up. They eventually "found" the order. 30 minutes after it was supposed to be done. No apology. They acted like this was an inconvenience to them instead of me. This is a complete joke. I used to love the laid back vibe but if you can't handle basic customer service then lay off the weed dudes. I'd pass on this location. read more

No stars if that was an option. DO NOT go to this location. The other Cheba hut locations are amazing. If you are in the area of this location you should check out taco boys across the street or anywhere else truthfully. I had placed an online order today to be delivered and was very unhappy with what happened. I was given the wrong order entirely and so I drove to the restaurant to get my order corrected. The staff was very rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience because they were busy. I get mix ups happen and I was fine with that. Considering I drove to the restaurant and returned the incorrect items I had received they quickly rushed over to the orders that were on the rack and I gave me the correct order that at this point had been sitting there for over an hour and was soggy and my side of ranch dressing was hot. I'm just upset that they didn't offer to remake my food or offer me my money back. Instead I was given a sad soggy sandwich with hot soggy lettuce. As we are all humans and expect the same level of respect.. I was very disappointed and hope that the restaurant does better for future customers. I will not be returning to this location and will strongly encourage others to find elsewhere to eat as well. I spent almost $30 on a sandwich. Do not waste your time or money. read more

Late night food goodness! Lunch spot food goodness! Any time food goodness! I've tried a few different sandwiches and loved every single one I've tried equally. My favs are: Kali Mist (Roasted turkey breast, chipotle mayo, fresh jalapenos, bacon, pepper jack an avocado. I get my sandwich without the pepperjack cheese. I also love the G-13 (roasted turkey breast, roast beef, chipotle mayo, bacon and provolone). I've only tried the white and wheat breads. I plan to try the signature garlic herb. I normally get the Nug 4" size. It's the perfect size for a sandwich. Anything bigger, I'd need to save half. I have't tried any of the veggie sandwiches and plan to try plenty more of the meaty ones. read more

Didn't use the bathroom as that is usually a good indicator of the overall cleanliness. Friendliness A+: The employees were nice and friendly and engaged in conservation. The best salad I've ever had. I walked in with 2 others on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. There were a lot of empty tables. We ordered at the counter first and sat down, and a server brought us our food. They give water cups, so that's a plus. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Bacon Salad and immediately doubted my decision. Why in the world did I just order a salad at a sandwich shop? Turns out, the salads here are bombdotcom. The chicken was so tender and full of flavor (even though it was cold, as it should be), and my honey mustard dressing went perfectly with the salad greens, bacon, slices of provolone, and handcrafted croutons.
