That $285 I applied once the work is done. They seem to be very professional and knowledged, I ended up going with another company that was willing to do the grounding exactly as the permit requested rather than having them come out again if the permit was rejected again. That's the part that made me go with a different electrician.

During the visit Robert was able to see what was described to him over the phone, checked my fuse box, confirmed that the work is possible and provided a quote that is satisfactory. About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. He arrived on the install day promptly as promised, and he and his son worked the entire day to get everything done. At the end of the day, everything was PERFECT! It was a simple fix; change the faucets and sink stopper. He was honest about this instead of trying to fleece us into buying a whole new set of pipes. My wife's bathtub drain was snaked, and he replaced a sink stopper downstairs. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area and did not leave a mess. We were not over charged nor were we lied to so he could make more money. The honesty and detailed work are greatly appreciated. Thank you to Dan Hernandez for walking me through the HVAC system issues it was having. He was…read morethorough in explaining what options were available for the HVAC to continue running efficiently. On January 28, 2026, Dan performed repairs to the HVAC. The furnace would not turn off, and it would only blow cold air. Therefore, he performed a diagnostic and presented solutions to repair the furnace. I decided to move forward with option one: replaced ignition sensor, installed electrical surge protectors for the furnace as well as for the outdoor condenser, performed a level one pull and clean on the blower wheel. Additional repairs would need to be completed but holding off until next year. Dan is professional and personable - someone who also takes his time to do the work. I was very satisfied and comfortable with the quality of work he performed. Thanks, again, Dan. Hope to see you again next year to do the additional fixes.

I called Mighty Electric and spoke with the owner Michael who was so kind and didn't man explain anything to me. He asked a lot of through questions, and said he could get someone out as quick as the next day to provide an inspection. The price was extremely reasonable to secure the wires and we ended up asking about other work that could be done including rewiring security cameras, rewiring hallway, rewiring recessed lights that were a fire hazard that were not installed right by the previous homeowner, and installed an outdoor outlet. Two technicians came by and they were so respectful of our home, wore booties, laid down a work blanket that captured all the debris from the installation and rewiring and even vacuumed and swept the area after. Just insanely courteous, they listened to every concern and the inspection ended up going towards the cost of the work so it reduced the amount we paid from the last visit when they came to complete the work. They even threw in a $50 voucher for any other work that we need done! I would highly recommend them for their services and I will definitely be calling them again if we need any electrical work done. Insanely kind and professional and please consider them for your next electrical project. I can sleep at night knowing we don't have some crazy fire hazard now that they fixed the issues and everything is secure and up to code. Thanks Michael and Mighty Electric Team!

Several handymen and contractors told me my door was basically shot and would need to be replaced. Not true. Owen took one look and knew immediately what the issue was. He repaired everything in about an hour and a half, doing detailed, thorough work--fixing the sliding glass door, track, and handle (which had come loose from how difficult the door was to open and close), and even repairing the adjacent screen door, which we were convinced would also need to be replaced. Bob reviewed the job with his project manager and dropped off all the paint the day before they were to start. A crew of four painters showed up and completed prepping and painting the walls for the entire 3 bedroom 2 bath house within 2 days. My wife and I did not like one color we had picked so Bob tinted the paint right there on site and offered to paint the small area for free. The painters were professional and very friendly. They kept there work areas clean and did a great job of painting the house. In summary, I would highly recommend Bob Slater and his crew of painters for any job. There was a huge miscommunication with every person that has shown up to our home, with guys even not coming at all unless I called Julio. We had asked for the tub to get new caulking and silicone and were under the assumption that he would remove the old one, dry it out, reinstall, etc. but he just added a new layer on top. By the 4th day of this I knew no one was coming so I ended up finding other contractors. They also hooked up the pipes in our vanity and the hot and cold water are swapped, and it started leaking. Sadly I feel like I was naïve to think one flooring company can do everything I requested and the work should have been split between other contractors.
