So sad to see. Very dirt.

Visited Cheddar's in Little Rock and it was extremely disappointing. The bar top was filthy, tables needed attention, and the overall atmosphere felt completely unorganized. What made it worse was seeing three managers standing around while the restaurant looked like a mess. As customers, we don't care about hearing that an Uber driver got free food or employee conversations -- we care about good service and a clean place to eat. The entire experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

UPDATE. Cheddar's contacted me and apologized for the issues. They also sent me a gift card. I will return to this restaurant to use my gift card. Hopefully all is better inside bc the food is SO GOOD!

The food was great! Loved the rolls you get before your meal. Service was ok but all the food was delicious! Ambience was like a regular restaurant. They had a neat fish tank inside as well

Got the steak and shrimp with stemmed broccoli, broccoli was cold. Maybe next time will be better. Plus it was curbside pickup.

I happened to drive by this place a couple of weeks ago and I flashed back to the one time that I visited. The memory that came to mind was a positive one. It's been almost four years and I can still remember what I ate, because it was that good. From what I remember, the service is kind of a high school lunchroom type where you go through and pick out the food that you want. Then you grab a table with your food. From what I remember, the place was clean, quiet, and very family friendly. I wouldn't have a problem taking anything from a date to a newborn baby here. I will admit that I have particularly fond memories of this place that might be skewing my review just a tad. But either way, I will make an effort to go back there the next time I'm anywhere close to Conway.

With a smile as warm as fresh-baked biscuits and service smoother than melted butter, he made our meal unforgettable. The food arrived looking like edible artwork and tasting even better. Every bite was packed with comfort, flavor, and a little bit of magic. The biscuits were fluffy clouds of happiness, and the rest of the menu followed suit--delicious from first bite to last crumb. Daniel kept our drinks full, our table happy, and our experience top-notch. Great food brings people in, but outstanding service like Daniel's is what keeps them coming back. Five stars, two thumbs up, and one very happy, biscuit-loving customer. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent food in a cute building on a Sunday Afternoon... what more could you want?…read more I won't lie, Sundays are REALLY busy at this place and we waited on the waitlist for not a short amount of time. But the food here is always worth it. I love the french toast biscuit sandwich. My mom had the shrimp scramble, my friend had the Winchester. They both understood the hype. The portions of food are pretty good. We also had beignets to start and they were yummy!!! If you can be a little patience and don't mind parking in a precarious spot (parking extremely limited around here) then you should definitely go!

We came about an hour before closing so some items were sold out like the Mac n cheese. I wanted to try the oxtail, but I guess they sell that on Mondays. I opted for chicken instead. We waited in the dining area with plenty of seating and our order was ready with 10 minutes. The fried chicken wings, baked chicken with dressing, collard greens, and cabbage were so flavorful and hit the spot! The cornbread was a bit dry and the fries were extra crispy. I'd come back for more of this southern home cooking!

I wanna hug whoever made that chicken and dressing. It's the best I ever had. It was silky, fluffy, herby, savory, just everything you want in the dish. I'm certain that the gravy and dressing was made from scratch chicken broth. The price wasn't bad as the portion was enough for two servings. I got double mashed potato because they were out of greens (they must be THAT good). I got fried pork chop for my husband (not pictured) and he absolutely loved it. Will return again, for sure!
