The food and service was excellent. I can't wait to come back. A special thanks to our server/bartender

My husband and I went here for the first time for a late lunch. It was fairly empty because of the weather. Our waiter was pleasant and our food came fairly quickly. The food was good, but I found my Salmon to not be the best. It was edible but I would have liked it to have been like a regular piece of Salmon that you get at a restaurant. It was rather thin and semi flavorful. My husband enjoyed his steak and overall the experience was great. I will definitely come back again but I will not order their Salmon again.

First time, last time. Walked in and got hit with a wet mop aroma and a fruit fly air show. Service was meh, but at least the server was nice. The honey butter croissants were so raw they could've been doughy pillows. Chicken tenders and honey mustard were the only redeeming bites. The ribs tasted expired, coleslaw was flavorless, spinach dip was missing the artichoke, and the broccoli casserole was aggressively forgettable. As for drinks: the mule tasted like straight ginger beer, and the painkiller killed nothing--not even my disappointment. Some folks might love this place... but I clearly walked into the wrong timeline.

I was hesitant to go here because the not so great reviews but, I went anyway. It was Father's Day, so there was not one parking place. They were packed.. they hostess's were very friendly. They said it'll be a 40 minute wait it was like 10 minutes., there was two of us. We got sat in a decent amount of time. It looked like not. One table is empty. They were super busy.. our waitress greeted us and got our drinks within 10 minutes. It was fine because they were so busy. She always kept our drinks refilled and would check on us Often. The food did take a little bit long to get out to us, but it was piping hot and it was OK because she was running ragged. She brought out some croissants drizzled with honey butter on top, . They were so good. I forgot to take a picture. I just wanted to eat them lol but there are many pictures on here of them.. I ordered the Monte Cristo and a side of broccoli casserole. The Montecristo was perfect. And the broccoli casserole was absolutely delicious , it came out hot. It was just like I expected.. my husband ordered the meatloaf and the broccoli casserole and a loaded baked potato. He said everything was delicious except he did find a little bit of grissel in his meatloaf towards the end of his meal. Maybe they had their best wait staff today because we had zero problems. Everything was delicious and hot.. definitely would return, I like the fact that you pay at the table, they have a credit card machine right there at your table. The atmosphere was lively... The ambience was nice. It was a great experience.

Got there at 8:20pm seated at 9:17pm my fault should've left but since we was here I was being VERY Patient! Got seated keep in mind they close at 10:00pm, sat there another 10mins for waiter, tried ordering from thing on table it was only available to use once waiter put her code in. So it's now 9:34, waiter comes over take appetizer orders and drinks no food order yet... finally we got drink and appetizers come cold. Now putting the food order in its after 10pm now still no food I was fed up by then paid for appetizers and drink and left. 38$ wasted. Definitely won't be returning.

My friend also had a Caesar Salad

I came here with my homegirl for an overdue yap sesh. We were seated at the bar immediately and the staff members were very kind and welcoming. Service was well and the food & drinks were pretty good. Will be back!

Can I give 0 stars? This place is unorganized. We were seated after a "less than 40 minute wait" and no one knew who was waiting on the table we were sitting at. It took over 30 minutes to get a drink once seated. Cici was our server & needs to find another profession. We called the manager & she didn't seem phased by the dissatisfaction of our experience. I will never come here again. Once our food got dropped off, we never saw Cici again. This was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. I have never written a review before leaving, but today is a first.

The Broccoli Cheese Casserole was extra cheesy.. The Creamy Garlic Tilapia & Shrimp was this plate and it was good

Great place for some comfort food and my favorite drink of all is the pain killer without the coconut.

It's definitely also a plus that you have a full mall parking lot to take advantage of without any need to pay for parking. Ambiance-The aesthetics are truly beautiful within this establishment! The pops of color, the light fixtures, the rose wall, the mirrored hallway...all very lovely and pleasing to the eye! Customer Service-From the hostess stand to the bar, waiter, and management, I give it a 10/10! Everyone was friendly, respectful and accommodating without question. My waiter was Will, and he showed the utmost level of outstanding customer service the entire visit! He gave wonderful recommendations regarding the menu, and he checked on us with just the right amount of consistency. He was friendly, personable, and kind! He genuinely wanted to make sure that the experience was memorable and it showed brightly & authentically! Food-I had the Fried Salmon Bites, Traditional Waffles & Fried Lobster, and Peach Cobbler. It was all cooked to perfection with such flavor! I had a lovely Wild berry drink that was very delicious. There was no wait, no crazy lines, and no pretentiousness. K+K is doing things right, and I thank you!

They greet guests with a "Welcome Home," which was a little off-putting to me. The inside is very Instagrammy, with floral backdrops and neon signs. Lighting at the tables is terrible. The light was right above the benches and created horrible shadows on our faces. They have a small patio with outdoor seating, but it's not shaded. The staff was sweet--they asked if we were celebrating something and when we said yes, they wrote on a little card for our friend. A friend and I split 2 entrees: - Southern Fried Chicken & Traditional Waffles ($23): Fine. Chicken was fried perfectly. The waffles tasted good, but completely dissolved in the syrup. - Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad ($27): The salmon was pretty good. The salad was too heavily dressed for me. The croutons were cornbread, which I'm all for, but they were too hard and didn't taste that good. Another friend got Shrimp (8 pieces for $21, no sides). She added Mac & Cheese ($11) and Collard Greens ($11). The prices were just outrageous. "20% gratuity is included in every check." This is repeated on every section of the menu. And then there's still a tipping option on top of it. Somehow 3 meals and one strawberry lemonade, plus the 20% gratuity, added up to $120 for lunch!
