Note to self: Stop ordering chicken tenders at airport burger places!! This is the second time in the past few months that I've done this and it's just not the best idea, apparently. Nate and I were on a quick layover in need of food, so we stopped by this spot and ordered on the kiosk. I got an order of chicken tenders, a drink, and fries to share, and Nate got a cheeseburger. Our food was hot and fresh when they yelled our name, and we grabbed some drink cups that were sitting on the counter. Were we supposed to do that? Who knows. There were no employees anywhere in the area so we couldn't ask. The burger was good. The chicken tenders were just okay. They were tender but pretty greasy. It was a good potion and we could have split just one of the items. The fries were tasty and seasoned pretty well, and the Diet Pepsi was crisp. The tables and walls were in need of a wipe down, but it did the trick for a quick meal before we got on our flight. There are limited food options in this wing. I don't know that I'd come running back, but it was okay. read more

For an airport burger place, this spot was pretty good. It is definitely expensive, but that's to be expected at the airport. I got the chicken tenders and was surprised by how many came with the order--great portion size. The fries were a highlight with really good seasoning. My coworker got a burger and said it was pretty decent, and they also really enjoyed the fries. You order at the counter, so the service is quick and efficient, which is perfect when you're traveling. Overall, a good option for airport food. There isn't that many restaurants in this terminal at the Richmond airport but between the 3 options this is the easiest one to get to go on the move. read more

I ordered a veggie burger and fries. The veggie burger was just mediocre. The fries are made fresh and were hot and crispy. If I am in this airport again, I would Try a different spot. read more

The service sucked. You are able to place your order at a kiosk. It took forever for orders to be completed. I was not use to waiting that long for food at an airport. I hadn't had Cheeburger Cheeburger in over 20 years so I was excited when I saw there was one in the Richmond Airport. The food I ordered did not taste the same as I remembered. Food was ok. Paid almost $28 for double burger and fries. No drink. Had to ask for a rag to clean the tables. Had to restock the ketchup and mayo containers. Ordered my food at 1055 and received the food at 1125. This is not a reflection of the people working here so much as a reflection of the management. It appears this restaurant also cooks for the bar next door. But at lunch time management needs to plan accordingly. Further down in the airport is the club level grill. Worst burger that I have had. No flavor. Jalapeño cheese had no jalapeño flavor. You self order at the kiosk- very long wait. The counter was out of condiments. There was one poor guy there making everyone's food and bringing it out. He was trying his best. Hire more people and stop running your employees ragged. read more

First, its all electronic ordering, which isn't terrible by itself, but there is no one to ask any questions. there was only one person working the grill, and he was hustling. Overall, the food wasn't bad, it was more the experience. I think it was unfair to have the one employee working the way he did. So after ordering and THEN reading the reviews, I'll admit; I was a tad bit nervous. But it's not like there were many other choices so early in the morning. In fact, there were no other choices. So I had to take a chance. I wasn't crazy hungry, however; I didn't want to take the chance of skipping on food and possibly not having enough time to grab something during my layover. So instead, I went with something easy-peasy. I ordered the breakfast burrito with only eggs, cheese and bacon...and I passed on the side of breakfast potatoes. Pretty simple. It wasn't too bad. And the cashier was super nice and polite. So I guess I didn't have the same experience as many of the other reviewers on here... However... the reasoning for my 3-star review is because I paid nearly $11 for a tiny burrito. Now, had I actually been hungry... I might've been upset. But who can be mad when 1) the cashier was so nice and 2) I'm writing this review while I sit at my gate, and a sweet guy just offered me his first class seat??!!
