Went to aldi before the winter storm hit yesterday! She came in because power was out and one of her staff members stated "well today's going to be a 5 star day" (as a joke) to which she replied "well for you it won't be" who talks to their staff like that?! What a disrespectful face to the company. However when I walked in I was greeted by a lovely woman who is the lead store associate Londin Love and she expressed apology that the freezer section was closed because of lack of power and running on back up generator. I didn't care even tho most of my list was in the freezer and refrigerator section because these things aren't in their control when a storm knocks out their power! But Londin Love deserves to be the new manager of the store and Megan needs to be kicked to the curb! Megan did not care how her employees were treated or talked to by upset customers who wanted things from the refrigerator or freezer section.
