    HONEY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CHEESSTEAK
    Luckens L.

Now I hand to admit, they make the best cheesesteaks in Jersey. No matter your preference you can find something to enjoy from the menu endless flavorful options to choose from. Honey chipotle cheesesteaks

Hit up cheesesteaks for some wings. I went with the pineapple and strawberry variants. The food came out fresh but some of the wings were hard. Could have been from the coating of the sauces. I did prefer the pineapple to strawberry. Interest concept and is definitely come back to try other offerings. Check them out if you're in the area.

The food here was really good, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1--but the overall experience wasn't great. We ordered online, but the order status never updated from "received" to "ready." We tried calling several times, but all calls went to voicemail, so there was no way to reach them. By the time we went to pick up the order--almost two hours later--the food was cold. When we mentioned the online order issue, we were told that the system was broken. I'd be willing to give them another try because the food itself is good, but I wanted to note that the ordering and pickup experience needs improvement.

Brand new location for this franchise, so I'm adding it to Yelp. Cheessteaks (not a typo) is a small location inside of a small lot on the Boulevard, which is the main strip of Kenilworth. Like most people, I saw this on a viral reel on Instagram. They just opened this past Saturday (12/13/25). I figured waiting a few days would help, & apparently it did. I waited 1hr 10mins 55secs from walking in to walking out. That is NOT a complaint! I just was curious how long it would take. Small setup with some tables & chairs, not much more to it. Parking was troublesome as it sits inside of a small strip mall. Staff were doing an excellent job with keeping up with the insane demand that comes from going viral. The line was out the door when I arrived & the lot was a disaster, but again, the staff did an excellent job of managing everything & keeping their cool. I placed a large order as I was placing a work order. Everything in our order was correct! We had (not repeating how many of each we had) The OG, The Cheessteak, & a Chicken Cheessteak. All were excellent, everyone loved their cheesesteaks. We will definitely be back once the hype dies down. Grades: Cheessteak: A The OG: A Chicken Cheessteak: A

Tried this new location due to the hype. Very good cheesesteaks as you get your money's worth with the amount of meat they put. The strawberry wings are also pretty good.

Stopped in for lunch today and wasn't disappointed, Iv been too the Belmar location which is better but this one was good, which is why I have to give up his one a 4 and not a 5. The steak was flavorful and cheesy, the bread was perfect very fresh. The amount of meat that comes on the sandwich is perfect and is very worth the money. The workers are very nice and food came out fast. Plenty of seating inside and love the painting on the walls inside. Parking is a bit hard as there are other places in the strip mall that it's in.

Came in for a couple cheesesteaks. Stood in line for 30 min to order. That was my choice. No problem. Sat around for 45 min after ordering and watched so many people, who ordered way after us pickup before us. Not happy about that. When we asked about our order, we got it in 2 min. Coincidence? I think it. Regarding the cheesesteak. I'm not a fan of minced meat (especially a premium ribeye), therefore I wasn't a fan of this cheesesteak. Was so mushy. Like something you'd feed to a baby. A real disservice to ribeye. But the sesame seed roll was excellent. Stayed nice and chewy. For me, the bread was the star.

Have been waiting to give this place a try . Small location not a lot of tables so will be a hit or miss if you will get a table but don't let it stop you from grabbing some take out . Service was pretty quick so we didn't wait too long for our food . We ordered an original cheesesteak which I will say was pretty hearty with meat and the cheese was blended well so it was a consistent bite and the sesame Italian bread was a good touch . We also decided to give the peach cobbler sweet but you definitely get a bite of heat and strawberry wings tasted more sweet with the imitation strawberry drizzle ( did not really care for the taste). Now I would say the peach cobbler were much better than the strawberry. I would definitely return for the cheesesteak but not so much for the wings. I wish them the best of luck .

I visited cheesesteaks, I give em a7, a good sandwich but as for me wasn't no big fireworks,. Average good depending on your love for cooper sharp cheese, which makes it a buzz., very well portioned in size , only 2 cheese options cooper, n whizz, I recommend if you're gonna be a soul cheese steak place you should have many more options ,but I will return to try wings which did get my attention... the service was good n place has cool vibes n good seating available . Give a shot

Ordered take out. God mango habanero wings, panzerotti and of course a cheesesteak. Wings were on the sweeter side and not as spicy as I would've hoped for. Panzerotti was lack luster. The fried dough was a bit sweet which was good but the cheese inside was flavorless. Being that it was reddish I assumed it would've been pizza flavor. Lastly, the cheesesteak was good. Packed with meat and cheese. I just wish it had a bit more flavor. Also ordered my bread without seeds and still got seeds. Overall good spot, nothing crazy. Spent hours on the toilet after and felt like something exploded inside me. I blame that panzerotti. Skip that.

She speaks to customers with an attitude that lacks basic courtesy and customer service. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee by simply placing an order. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of leadership. The Black manager often appears more focused on having personal conversations and interacting with that employee than supervising the restaurant and assisting customers. As a customer, it's frustrating to stand waiting while management seems distracted instead of ensuring the business is running professionally. I would rather drive to another location than continue spending my money here. Customer service, accountability, and professionalism start with management, and unfortunately this location reflects the opposite. I hope the owner or district manager reads this review, identifies the employees described, and provides the coaching and leadership necessary to improve the customer experience. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are.

The growing popularity of Korean fried chicken reflects a greater familiarity with Korean culture…read more Celebrated for its crispy exterior and tender interior, Korean fried chicken has been a staple late-night snack in South Korea since the late 1970s and early '80s. It's typically known as "drinking food," or anju, though Koreans also enjoy the crispy pieces of meat with non-alcoholic drinks. The dish is most often made with bone-in chicken thighs or wings that have been coated in a cornstarch mixture. Traditionally, the chicken is fried twice to take it to the next level of crunchiness. Located on a busy Stuyvesant Avenue in Union, I decided on bb.q Chicken for lunch. The acronym "bb.q" in their name stands for "Best of the Best Quality," focusing on high-quality ingredients. Upon arrival as a first-timer at this modern, well-lit, clean establishment with Korean music playing throughout, I was greeted by the staff. Their menu features fried chicken, rice bowls, and Ddeok-Bokki. I decided on the Honey Garlic Wings brushed in a savory sauce with a mild tang of garlic and Chicken Fried Rice with vegetables in a classic kimchi base. The wings were prepared fresh (~20 mins prep time). The taste was deliciously amazing and addicting with a perfect balance of crispy and juicy with the right amount of spices. The complimentary pickled radish that came with the meal had a good balance. All was prepared for takeout even if one was dining there. Portions were healthy, and the price was comparable to the area. The staff is attentive and polite. Thank you for reminding me what real good fried chicken looks and tastes like.

I had the bone-in wings and they were delicious but not impressive. I was a little disappointed in the Citrus Mojo and Knicks Lemon Garlic flavors. The lemon pepper and hot honey are usually my preferences. I'll stick to those in the future! I finally hung up, waited several minutes and called back. Spoke with a "manager" (he sounded exactly like the guy who put me on indefinite hold) who said "we will cancel the order and refund your money it will take 24-48 hours" well, guess what? Almost a week in and they didn't refund anything the "pending" charge was actually processed. I had to get my credit card company involved. Extremely poor customer service. The place was busy, and then they also have screens where people can watch sports, and other events. They had a very decent menu, that leaned toward "pub grub." The meal started, with chicken strips coated, in Ritz crackers. They were delicious. You could definitely taste the Ritz crackers, and the sweetness of the crackers played very well against the chicken. I don't remember what was in the dipping sauce, but it was amazing They actually reminded me of the old "planet Hollywood" restaurants They had a Dish, along the same line, called "chicken crunch". Chicken, coated in Cap'n crunch cereal. As weird as it sounds, I loved it, and I'm not the only one. It was one of their most popular appetizers, if not the most popular. The main course, the short rib tacos were fantastic. The short rib was literally melt in your mouth tender. It also came with a pink sauce, that was both savory and tangy at the same time. It had a little bit of a kick to it. I may be wrong, but to me, it tasted like there was a little bit of horseradish in it. For the quality of the food, the price was reasonable. I would gladly come back. Thanks!

Johnny Napkins is a chain of pizza shops (they recently opened a location in Cranford) and it definitely has a sense of humor about itself. When you walk in the walls are painted with various characters including their mascot "Johnny Napkins". It really adds a fun feel to the space. They have plenty of seating including large tables with about 6-8 tall seats around them and a bar where individuals can sit and eat. Shakers with garlic salt, pepper and more are spread throughout the eatery so you can spice up your slices. The main counter has a glass case with a bunch of square and round pies on display. I wound up getting a slice with mushrooms and a BBQ chicken slice. Service was super friendly and efficient. These folks were *busy* with a constant stream of walk-ins and phone calls at the same time. I was very impressed. My slices came quickly and I sat at the counter to enjoy my food. The slice with mushrooms was excellent. Nicely heated up, a good crust and just the right amount of cheese. It was not too salty and had plenty of flavor. The BBQ chicken slice however featured a thicker crust (even though it was a slice from a round pie). I prefer a thinner crust but this was still good with a nice chew. The only reservation I had were the chunks of chicken themselves. They were a *tad* dry but this was the last slice on the platter, so I imagine it had been there for a minute (and I knew this, so this one's on me). I'm really glad I stopped into Johnny Napkins. Now I know it's a good slice and will definitely visit any of their locations in the future.
