I much prefer the authentic flavor & gravitate towards the Northern Indian style. Vedas, on Westport Ave, Norwalk, is the place to go to get that food satisfaction. I must say, their food is excellent quality. Fantastic flavor, fantastic portions & fantastic service. Orders to go is recommended, as very limited eat in space. Be very careful though, as their food is extremely addictive. I felt that i had to write this review, as i do want other curry lovers to not be missing out on this brilliant experience. The owner came by to speak with us, explaining how they prioritize food quality and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
