    Best espresso martini I've had!
    Yvette M.

Everything was amazing about this place. It was our first time visiting and will definitely be back. First let me tell you that it's not cheap but you get your moneys worth. The food is fresh, the portions are enough for 2 people and presentation is top notch. The restaurant is clean, the service is friendly, and the background music was fitting. We ordered the red pepper with burrata, chicken Parmesan, pasta tuti di Mari, espresso martini, and tiramisu. Omg best Tiramisu ever. Perfect spot for a date, celebration, business meal, or just because you're in the mood for some good food!! Enjoy :)

The restaurant (Roma Kitchen) is located at 10420 S Decatur Blvd #100 Las Vegas, NV 89141. The layout is quite simple here. This is a very locals type of place. They and have a Happy Hour from 4-6. They start us out with a couple "house" ice waters. For my first drink, I'm having a Negroni. This is made with Still Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. The server is actually making the drinks! This is perfect! It's well balanced and garnished! They use a large ice cube! It does have a straw in it which is odd. Still, it tastes very good! I'm impressed! I love the oldies music in here. Decent volume too. For our appetizers, we are having the warm olives made with olive oil, garlic and red chili flakes and meatballs with pomodoro sauce. That bowl (with the meatballs) is huge! That's a lot of sauce! That meatball is good! I love that sauce too! Add some parmigiano cheese! I had hot pepper flakes too (self provided). Yummy! The olives are served in olive oil and are warm and delicious! This is an open kitchen so you can see chefs hard at work. There's a decent crowd in here. There's not a lot of decor in here but it's very clean in this place. For his entree, my friend is having the Chicken Parmigiana made with mozzarella and pomodoro sauce. I am having the Spicy Sausage Penne Alls Vodka. This is made with pomodoro sauce, cream, red pepper and Italian sausage. It's nice and hot! Good portion! I live the crunchy outside of the sausage! This is great! The chicken parmigiano entree includes vegetables (broccoli) and potatoes (or penne pasta). The broccoli is really good with a peppery flavor. He loved those potatoes too! It's hot and steamy! For my second drink, I'm having the Whistle Pig Manhattan made with Whistle Pig (6 Year) whiskey, sweet vermouth and Amarena cherries as a garnish. This is good! It's well balanced and nicely garnished. I like the use of the large ice cube too. They fill your water regularly too. Mike says his chicken parm is moist and tender. It's the best he's had since moving out here 15 years ago. The server is unbelievably attentive and incredibly nice! For my dessert, I'm having the [Jon] Taffer's Brown Buttered Bourbon Affogato. I've been watching Bar Rescue all week (I'm on vacation). An affogato is a simple Italian dessert made by pouring a shot of hot espresso over a scoop of cold vanilla gelato or ice cream. The name "affogato" means "drowned" in Italian, referring to the way the hot coffee melts the ice cream. It is a quick and easy dessert that can be enjoyed immediately, with optional additions like liqueurs, chocolate shavings, or nuts. I am a huge fan of Bar Rescue. I'm dying to try this! OMG! Look at this! You can pour the espresso and bourbon on the dessert as desired! This is the best dessert I've ever had in my life. It's so easy to eat. This music is the bomb! Oldies (60's and up to the 70's) all night! What a fantastic meal here! You can't go wrong!

Solid 4.5 stars. Good food, service was good too. Half a star for interior, clashes a bit with the food and romantic atmosphere this restaurant is trying to creat. Maybe if to close front windows, so it feels more secluded from the parking lot. We got peppers with burrata, stuffed artichoke (must try), gnocchi and eggplant Parmesan. My least favorite was eggplant Parmesan. It was dry. Overall, great experience. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. I believe her name was Lori. Price is reasonable. Will definitely come back to try more things from the menu

It's not bad. Had an InKind reward to use, there was a couple Italian places nearby, ended up here. Went on a Friday night, and it was pretty busy. One room had tables near the door (not great when it's chilly), and one room was very loud. We chose the chilly room. Lara was our server, she was great. She was knowledgeable, kind and attentive. We started with the calamari. It was served with a spicy sauce. If you can't handle spice, this isn't the sauce for you. I asked for a non spicy pomodoro. It was kinda flat, mixing them helped dull the kick. The calamari was cooked well and tasty. I did chicken parm w pasta instead of veggie and potatoes, woman did the lemon chicken after talking through some options with Lara. I kept asking if things were house made. There wasn't a heartwarming story or boasting about things made in house (I mean who wants to go to a place that just serves premade food, in any economy, not me!) they made the sauce, but not the pasta itself, and they have bread and butter you can order, bread also not made in house. The music isn't what I'd expect in a place that looks so old school Italian. It was a lot of 80's hair band type stuff. Which I love, just didn't expect. Things took a while to come, but Lara was good about checking in. They do have generous portions, I'll give them that. The chicken boob took the whole plate, the pasta came in a bowl. It took some getting into to experience the acidity of the tomato the way I wanted to, the cheesiness was there though. The lemon chicken was pretty acidic, and that's coming from someone who adores acidic things. The parm grew on me but it still wasn't spectacular. We decided to do dessert. We were torn between cheesecake and tiramisu. The cheesecake said homemade, tiramisu did not. Lara said both were. We did the tiramisu, it's not something I usually order, lotta chocolate on the plate, but I liked it. Woman eats it out more than I do and said it didn't compare to an Italian place she really enjoyed it at. With them being so close to butchers block it would've been cool to see if they got their meats there. Alas I'm not sure if I'd go back. I think they have happy hour, I'd be up for that, it's just hard to find a reason to go back when there are places that make more of the menu in house and the food is amazing from first bite.

The food here was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite things to order any Italian restaurant is the meatballs. These were phenomenal, very tender very juicy. The Caprice was delicious. The carpaccio was amazing. The service here was great. Everybody was very friendly. And this ambience here made you feel very welcomed. Such a great spot.

It's been about two years since I've been here which is two years too long. The food here is authentic and amazing. We started with the bread with fresh garlic on it which is thick slices of bread and so yummy. With that we had the stuffed artichoke which sits in a chicken broth that tastes like an authentic Jewish chicken soup. (Don't tell mom)...Take the garlic bread and use it to soak up the soup and omg!!! The artichoke and bread were amazing. I've never had an artichoke in broth. I recommend both of these. The avocado bacon salad was superb. They split the salad for us which was very nice and the taste of this combination was really good. I added fresh Parmesan to mine which enhanced the combination in this salad. I had the meat lasagna which was ok in my opinion. It was very heavy on the ricotta and did not taste like your typical lasagna. It had a good amount of meat and the sauce was good but unfortunately the cheese in this dish over powered the pasta which was hard to find as the pasta was so soft is just mixed in with the cheese. It's a shame as I was really looking forward to a good lasagna. For me personally, I would not recommend this or order this again as it was challenging to eat because of taste was pure cheese, heavy and just was not what I expected or liked. It was like a smothered mess with not a great taste. My friend had the branzino with vegetables and said it was really good. It looked amazing. Our server Tom was awesome. Our glasses were never empty and he was always checking on us but never asked how we enjoyed the main course as I would have told him the lasagna was not good. Again, the food here is good just this lasagna was not. I will be back and I'll stick with the eggplant or a chicken dish. I highly recommend this place as it's the highest quality of food off the strip with decent local prices. They expanded and added a full bar. It's a great looking place and adding more seating and a bar shows how well this place is doing. I would order everything again except the lasagna. It's a shame because everything else here has always been amazing.

Excellent service and food. We have been ordering from here on Uber Eats and decided we wanted to dine in. The Chicken Francese reminds us of food we had when we lived in NYC. Our waitress, Michelle, was very friendly and a great server. The restaurant is great for any dinner, date night, or just having food with friends. I'm so happy we found this place - the food is excellent and won't disappoint. The portion sizes are great; I always have leftovers. Parking is available right in front.

The best food in Vegas is off the strip and this place is some of the best Italian food in the state!! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with great service and feel like you are at home. Michelle did a great job making our party feel like family and we will be back soon for sure!!

Let me preface this review by advising I'm grading on a major curve due to this restaurant being located in Green Valley (epicenter of chain restaurants and geriatric clientele). We dined on a Saturday night, table for four. The interior is nicely decorated with an open kitchen and well-spaced tables. Our server Amy was very sweet and accommodated a few special requests with no issues. After we were seated she immediately placed salt and pepper shakers on the table in front of me, tacitly acknowledging the fact that most of the Green Valley residents who dine here are vehemently allergic to properly seasoned food. We started with both bread options - plain and garlic which were both fresh and served with both butter and oil/vinegar options. We also shared an order of meatballs in a marinara sauce. Once I added a copious amount of salt they were quite tasty and clearly housemade. Great start! For my entree I ordered the branzino and it was an excellent choice - I was really impressed with the preparation as it was perfectly cooked with a flaky tender inside and delicious crispy skin (I'm a crispy fish skin fanatic and that's a difficult result to achieve without overcooking the inside). It was in a flavorful lemon butter sauce and was very well seasoned. I didn't even have to add salt! Everyone else at the table enjoyed their food. I won't comment on those entrees here as I did not taste them myself. I can report that the portions are VERY generous - even rivaling the Cheesecake Factory portions being served down the road (a restaurant with a line out the door on any given Saturday night - welcome to Green Valley!) Dinner for four came to exactly $200 before tax and tip which, considering the quality of the food and epic portions was a great deal. That also includes two large glasses of delicious Sauvignon Blanc (really nice wine selection here too for a neighborhood restaurant!) Overall I'm glad to have a neighborhood option like this one close to my home and I would definitely return just for that crispy skin branzino!

Consistently amazing food and exceptional service (Tom was great). Always a very enjoyable time with great music and a very friendly clientele. We will be back.

Stopped in for Happy Hour. Found out they are adding Gaming to the bar, not overjoyed about this. There was some construction commotion going on but whatever. We were approached right away and our drinks came out swiftly. Happy Hours of course and decent prices. The food; Meatballs are real good but felt the Marinara was lacking some of the usual flavor. The Clams are very sandy The Marsala was a bit well it was not as good as last time in that the sauce needed to reduce more to get that nice brown color and sweet flavor that we usually love about this dish! No photos but if you like Garlic then the Garlic Bread is for you as it's Loaded! Yummy! Alfredo was in the bar doing his as usual great job!

We stumbled across this place when looking for new Italian restaurants to try. My husband is a NY Italian, so he has high standards for food. The ambiance was inviting when we walked in. We were immediately seated for our reservation when we arrived. The waiter was attentive and personable. He answered our questions, gave suggestions, and even modified a dish to include both a sauce and pasta preference for my husband. The food was absolutely delicious, and portions were more than ample. My husband said it was the best Italian food he's had in a long while, and that is saying a lot.

Went to this place because my go to Italian restaurant closed. We made reservations and on our way there. When we got there, there was no clear area to be checked in. Stood in the area with a screen displaying the tables for a few minutes until greeted. Hostess just left and grabbed menus without telling us where we would go. Server was really nice and welcoming. For the location and place I found the prices to be higher than one would expect. Steak and pasta were good but not worth the price, if that makes sense. It was just okay. Calamari seemed over fried, garlic bread didn't have a consistency of garlic spread it was just mostly in the middle. My seafood pasta was just okay didn't finish it or want to take it home. BUT the fettuccine Alfredo my son got and the cheesecake was REALLY good that is why I gave this restaurant a 4 star.

Can kids sit in the bar area so we can watch March Madness?

There were people sitting at the bar watching something, I am guessing basketball. Friendly atmosphete.there were a few table also.

    How are the clams?

    Absolutely Fabulous...

They have a sign out front stating "now serving lunch". But on their website they only have dinner hours listed?

They are now open for lunch. We enjoyed a terrific lunch there a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully they'll update their website soon.

Do they have gluten free pasta?

Make it more intimate if you are going on a date. I had the Bolognese and my fiancé had the Chicken Pesto. I would give the Bolognese a 9/10 and the Pesto a 10/10. Bolognese is good if you want something that has a red sauce taste to it. We also had the Yellowtail Crudo for our appetizer which was probably the best thing we had all night! I was shocked at how good this was. Portion size was small, so if you can afford it I would get two of these dishes. We had the pistachio ice cream for dessert which was phenomenal as well. Well the casino itself is extremely smoky and full of very, very, very old people (watch out for the scooters, walkers and oxygen tanks), the restaurant itself was a very pleasant "casual Italian atmosphere". Real linen tablecloth. Very comfortable and intimate booths and excellent lighting in ambience for an Italian restaurant. The food was nothing short of excellent. You got absolute heaps of it and it was very authentic Italian. In fact, the meatballs on my spaghetti and meatballs with some of the best meatballs I've had in Vegas. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Angelo very much. Perhaps one of the best highlights of the night was the service. We had "Brandon" as our server and he was extremely personable, funny and engaging. He actually seemed to like his job and enjoy dealing with us. Highest marks to him. He really improved the night. Also, is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants that we found to be extremely affordable. We shared a full Caesar salad salad we had a massive entrée and even had cannolis for dessert (with a glass of wine) and the price tag was less than $65. Where do you get that type of value? Absolutely a hidden gem and will definitely be on our "go to list".

Water Street's best kept secret!…read more Inside the Pass casino sits an unassuming Italian restaurant. You walk up 3-4 stone steps to the beautiful doors and inside to a beautiful room filled with comfortable booths and lined draped tables, beautiful lighting and they even had a bar inside. They do to go orders as I heard several of those being taken as we waited for our bread which arrived quickly and included oil and vinegar. Delicious. Brandon was the waiter. He was friendly and attentive. Top notch! I ordered Minestrone soup and Bruschetta. My brother ordered a Caesar Salad. All three dishes were AMAZING. Best soup I have had anywhere and that Bruschetta was melt in your mouth amazing, the flavors lingered long after I had finished the last bite. Brother ordered Chicken Parm and I got salmon w/asparagus and potatoes as I am allergic to Mushrooms and could not do the normal risotto that it comes with. He said next time to remind him and he will ask for extra sauce and maybe another piece of chicken--He liked it though. The salmon was Juicy and delicious, the potatoes were soft. YUM. The Bruschetta pic did not come out sadly but it was amazing and I am sure the pic would not do it justice anyways. No desserts... I mean they had them but only 3 to choose from so I opted to skip it and get dessert tomorrow at the next restaurant I am heading to--stay tuned... 100% have added this to the return list--The die can bring it up but it won't have to. I also left the die on the table and Brandon saved me from leaving with out it. The dice man needs his dice. See you soon! The dice man

We've been coming to Settebello's for years since they opened in Green Valley. Around 4 times since they reopened (they did a great remodel). Really overdue to do a review of one of our favorite places. This pizzeria is something that is very special. "Our promise to our guests and ourselves is to protect the DOC designation granted to us by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). The VPN certifies pizzerias all over the world to ensure the integrity of the pizza making process as it was created in Napoli centuries ago." My go to is the Margherita DOC add Calabrese (spicy salami). The best part, really its an experience each time, when the pizza come out of that 900 degree wood burning oven, that first bite (careful its hot!). I look forward to it every time. Austin was our server, truly excellent, very friendly and attentive. Before our pizza we did an order of the bacon wrapped dates. They came out very fast and I really enjoyed the quality and flavors, I made sure to get all the goat cheese and balsamic drizzle I could! Settebello's is a gem, I really need to try their other menu offerings but its so tough to not get my usual! They have a great selection of deserts and gellato too if you can save room. Just got back from lunch and already looking forward to next time .

Carmine's is a 5+++ star gem!…read more I went to lunch here just a few days ago for the first time and this is a MUST go if you haven't been. Bright, beautiful nostalgic decor with a great atmosphere. In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past Carmines excels. They understand how important their customers are and it showed. From the second my husband and I walked in it was all smiles, hellos and welcomes ( from everyone ) We ordered pepperoni pizza, Carmines chopped salad, side of fries w/ ranch and raspberry ice tea. The pizza is delicious and the real deal. Tasting it took me back to childhood when I remember getting really GOOD pizza hanging out at the shore. The fries are awesome, hot, crispy on the outside soft potato inside and the ranch is definitely homemade and if you're a foodie like me you know great ranch when you taste it. The chopped salad was the BEST salad I've had in a long time - fresh, crisp veggies, beautifully balanced balsamic dressing, full of flavor and so perfect for these hot summer days. The raspberry iced tea washed it all down perfectly. I was too full for a dessert but, out of nowhere the manager (Denise) walked over and gave us a free cannoli - best cannoli I've ever had! The prices are right and the lunch specials are a steal. On the way out I stopped at the front desk and asked to speak to who I thought was the manager ( turns out he was the owner (Frank) I let him know how great I felt this place was and regardless of how busy the place was he stopped and took the time to chat with me and even gave me a card for a free large cheese pizza so I can come back and bring my girls in to try the food (as I am raising 2 baby foodies). When I realized Frank was the owner it all made sense as to why this restaurant is so successful. Frank was one of the people who greeted us, he was taking orders, filling orders, taking out food to tables, cleaning tables and doing everything that his employees do. He leads by example and clearly holds high standards for himself and his staff was an absolute reflection of this kind of leadership. Bravo! to you and your staff Frank!!! This place is DYNAMITE!!! My new favorite place in Henderson and will be back again for the great food and experience. Sincerely, Singing; Sha na na na naa .. na na na naa na na na na na naa .. Sha na na naa! Lol!

When my beloved took me here for the first time, little did I ever realize that it would trigger a wave of events that would forever change my life. Here we sit yet again. Across from an individual that I cherish and I still cannot find words for the moment. The butterflies churn but here we sit still. The restaurant is something wonderful. It's a beautiful little nook where you can see one another and be in each other's presence based on the ambiance of the restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing . The staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and even can pronounce the Italian wording of what looks good. Roll the dice and have something new . It's Italian you can never go wrong with it. As we sit and eat it is delicious. The taste of the food literally makes you melt as each bite comes into contact with your tongue. Then after all that you need to have dessert. The taste of what we enjoyed was absolutely amazing. It was chocolate something. As you sit here we have a perfect view of the lake too. Generation after generation come here to celebrate their life moments. That should tell you something about the history of this little restaurant . Now it's time to celebrate your next life event. Let's go and let the staff here make everything all

My experience at Luna Rossa was disappointing. My first…read moreimpression when walking in was not good. There was an unpleasant smell, similar to a dirty restroom or a general lack of cleanliness. The service was basic at best. During our visit, there were only two occupied tables, and the staff consisted of one server and an assistant, so I expected a higher level of attention and service. As for the food, we ordered a pizza and a pasta. Considering the prices, I expected much better quality. Both dishes tasted and felt like processed food rather than something freshly prepared in-house. The food simply did not justify the cost. What bothered me the most was the automatic 20% gratuity added to our bill, even though there were only two people in our party. I understand the importance of tipping and would have left a gratuity anyway, but automatically adding 20% for a table of two felt inappropriate and left a negative impression. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the location in Lake Las Vegas, which is beautiful. Unfortunately, when it comes to food quality, value, and service, there are many better options available nearby and throughout the Las Vegas area. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not return
