Whiskey Sour (only $7.00 on Wednesdays)

It took a very long time to find my happiness here. I'm glad I did. Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana is a fairly renowned pizza spot that originally opened almost two decades ago. I actually did stop by during an anniversary promo a little over a decade ago and found that my pizza was unforgivably burnt - no, not just charred - so I refrained from reviewing and then just never stopped in again. But I've been overdue to return to give them a second chance, and Happy Hour today (Mon-Fri 3-6pm) seemed like a reasonable opportunity. This allowed me to try their Spiedini ($11.00), Italian for skewers, which weren't actually served on skewers. But the crispy mortadella wrapped around savory fontina cheese and laid on a bed of lightly dressed, fresh arugula was a great first bite of the meal. It also paired pretty nicely with their Whiskey Sour ($7.00 all day on Wednesdays, or your choice of 3 other classic whiskey cocktails), which actually came with a foam on top presumably resulting from the presence of shaken egg white. It did temper the sourness of the cocktail, but I didn't really mind having an intense citrus kick and mostly sipped through a straw. I had to give their pizza another try, especially after I noticed the Vera Pizza Napoletana sign hanging, which certifies their ingredients and process as essentially true Neapolitan style. I decided on the Vico ($18.00), which comes with house made sausage, roasted fennel, red onions, mascarpone, mozzarella, basil, olio... and no crushed tomatoes. I did miss the vibrancy of tomatoes somewhat, but the complete lack of sauce allowed me to appreciate the soft dough on its own, chewiness, softness, and occasional char (no, it was not burnt this time) all contributing to the experience. The variety of fresh toppings also worked nicely. The mascarpone especially stood out with its light whipped creaminess, and the fennel bulb pieces were delightfully free of anise flavor. Spending happy hour in the bar area was pleasant. I was able to sit on a high top, and despite it being a little wobbly, it felt better than seeing all the bar stools packed so closely together, even if barely anyone else was in there at the time. The music didn't really stick in my memory, and the air conditioning was functioning well on a very hot June afternoon. I will have to return to Settebello more often to try more of their great pizzas and other Italian bites. One of the gems of the much maligned Henderson food scene has been quietly shining this whole time, and it's a must to enjoy them since we have the opportunity.

Our server was Austin and he was awesome. We got our drinks pretty quickly and then we placed our order. We started out with the Mini Caprese, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Crostini Con Crudo and the Beet Salad. It was Happy Hour so all the appetizers not including the Beet Salad were discounted. Everything was really good. The main course was The special Pizza, Roasted Asparagus and we had the Brie E Apricot. These pizza's were really good and tasty. The sweet and savory of the Brie pizza was amazing. The Roasted Asparagus, Guanciale, Asparagus Cream, Buffalo Mozzarella and Parmigano Crisps made this pizza over the top. This is my favorite place as everything is very light and you don't feel stuffed, only very happy and satisfied. They renovated this location since I was there last, you used to walk in with the hostess stand in front of you, the bar was to the left of the kitchen and to the right of the kitchen there tables and booths. It was small and crowded. Now you walk in and the hostess stand is bigger and to your right. Behind the hostess stand is a big new bar area. To the left of the kitchen are all the tables now which wraps around behind the kitchen with two additional bathrooms and an outdoor patio. It's really nice now. I highly recommend either location, the food is amazing.

Two problems. First is I can only give Settebello's 5 stars. Second is I love what I order so much I don't try the other amazing things they have on the menu! We've been coming to Settebello's for years since they opened in Green Valley. Around 4 times since they reopened (they did a great remodel). Really overdue to do a review of one of our favorite places. This pizzeria is something that is very special. "Our promise to our guests and ourselves is to protect the DOC designation granted to us by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). The VPN certifies pizzerias all over the world to ensure the integrity of the pizza making process as it was created in Napoli centuries ago." My go to is the Margherita DOC add Calabrese (spicy salami). The best part, really its an experience each time, when the pizza come out of that 900 degree wood burning oven, that first bite (careful its hot!). I look forward to it every time. Austin was our server, truly excellent, very friendly and attentive. Before our pizza we did an order of the bacon wrapped dates. They came out very fast and I really enjoyed the quality and flavors, I made sure to get all the goat cheese and balsamic drizzle I could! Settebello's is a gem, I really need to try their other menu offerings but its so tough to not get my usual! They have a great selection of deserts and gellato too if you can save room. Just got back from lunch and already looking forward to next time .

This is a very old post. I forgot to review this from a year ago. Not that it was forgettable, the pizza was really amazing!!! I drove by it last night and remembered I dined here. From the looks of it looks like they updated their chairs. Good thing my phone still has the photos. They serve authentic Nepolitana pizza if you are craving for one. Convenient for Henderson folks as it's by Wholefoods at the district. Wish they were closer to me.

This is a snack consisting of egg, bacon, cheese, and potatoes. Order this, it is very delicious!

I went here on a Sunday afternoon during a guest bartender takeover. A well-known local bartender provided cocktails like the one in my photo along with a superb DJ that added a great vibe to the atmosphere. The food was delicious although I was there for the cocktails. I need to come here again on a weekend where the atmosphere is lively. If you enjoy Italian food and well-made cocktails, please visit this restaurant. This is a business that supports the local economy in Henderson and it gives the residents an opportunity to enjoy the weekend in the community without having to drive onto Las Vegas Strip.

It's been remodeled and very nice. I absolutely love this place. The food is absolutely fabulous. I had the Settebello Pizza which is always fabulous My wife had the mortadella on the gluten-free crust, which was absolutely phenomenal. Normally gluten-free doesn't taste the same or is not good. This one will simply delicious. The meatballs were amazing as well. But our night was absolutely made magnificent by this young lady who was our server I can't remember her name, but she had a ponytail and dark hair. She paid attention to every detail that we had.

Had a great meal at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana the other night. The vibe was lively but still relaxed--perfect for a casual dinner where you can actually enjoy the food and the company. Austin was great and welcoming. We started with the Misto charcuterie, which was a great way to kick things off. Nice assortment and perfect for sharing at the table. For drinks, the Expressotini was a standout--smooth, balanced, and a great little pick-me-up with dinner. For pizzas, we ordered the Maschio, Margherita, and Vico. The Margherita kept things classic with that perfectly blistered crust, bright tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella. The Maschio had a great savory balance, and the Vico brought a little extra personality to the table with its combination of flavors. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the wood-fired oven in every bite. Overall, a really enjoyable meal with solid pizza, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a spot I'd come back to when the craving for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza hits

UPDATE #2 2/15/26: Another excellent dinner at Settebello! This was my third time here and my first time back since their grand reopening. They recently renovated and it looks SO much different compared to my last visits! I went with my parents and LTP, choosing to have dinner here before going off to a wine and chocolate pairing later that night. They had made reservations, so we were seated almost immediately, where we got a table in the back of the restaurant next to the kitchen. The lighting is a little darker than I remember, but I didn't have any issues reading all the menus we were given. We started off with some drinks - both my parents ordered white wine, I ordered a Santa Chiara (?) Cocktail, and my LTP ordered an apple cider, only he was told that they ran out of apple cider and asked if a pineapple cider was ok, in which he said sure. My cocktail's main ingredient was lemon juice with a hint of vodka. It wasn't really strong but at the same time, my palate couldn't really pick up. A dried lemon was included on top. Our appetizers were Crostini Con Crudo for me and my LTP and an appetizer that looked like kabobs for my parents, I don't quite remember the name of it. The Crostini Con Crudo was topped with prosciutto, cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, which almost looked like chocolate to me. There is REAL pizza here and, as always, really good. Our pizza choices were Mariana (without cheese), Margherita, and Pizza Ragu. I'm ok with my pizza not having cheese at all, so I enjoyed it. The Margherita was also delicious, however the Ragu was a little bit on the salty side. Of course we all took them back as leftovers. If you want real authentic pizza and other amazing Italian dishes, Settebello is your place. They're the best every time!

I would come back just for the crust alone! Oh my goodness what a difference this is, and why anyone would go to Little Caesars is beyond me! I found this place driving through the parking lot and was excited to share it with my family as my dad lived in Italy and is always looking for a better pizza place. We came here on lunch and the staff was so attentive. They answered all of our questions and let us know about the chili oil and the pricing up front. Which I highly suggest you use that and dip your pizza in it! It's got a nice little kick to it. Though I think the dough could be cooked a little bit longer as the sauce made it extremely floppy, I would still go back for more. This could also be that it should have been eaten with a fork and knife instead.

Came here for lunch and it wasn't busy at all so we got seated right away. It's a great place for pasta and pizza . Everything was fresh and flavorful and the price points are reasonable. My cocktail was delicious and refreshing and I was made aware that they have lunch specials so I will be back to try those as well.

Settebello located in The District always great service and humble employees. Today I enjoyed a Bolognese Pizza w/spicy salami with a side of meatballs w/fresh pita bread. Great pizza if you enjoy thin crust. 5.8.26

Henderson is hardly a pizza destination, at least that is until I stumbled upon Settebello. It's been around for just over 2 decades, which is impressive. This is just another example of how the greater Las Vegas area continues to surprise yours truly with gems in every corner of the city and beyond. From the outside, it looks sort of like a chain pizzeria and a place that used to be a bank. But look a little closer, and one will realize that it's a fabulous space with a mix of indoor outdoor outdoor seating. They done a good job in creating an intimate feel with purposeful decor. The high ceilings give the interior a lot of depth and the open kitchen is excellent, especially with an pizza oven (and accompanying firewood) as legit as theirs. Unsurprisingly, the pizza is truly the star of the show. The balance of sauce and crust is not easy to achieve and yet they've managed to do so consistently across all of their pies. The margherita ($17) is among their simplest options, but is enhanced with aged mozzarella di bufala (i.e. margherita doc - $20) and is a great way to start. Their bolognese ($19) in pizza form is equally excellent with an aged parmigiano, and carbonara ($18). Don't forget to ask about their weekly special pizzas, they're often worth it. The food of course goes beyond pizza, as they offer some excellent burrata and Napoletane polpette meatballs. Their misto platter is the most expensive option ($30) but is a nice sampling of every meat they have along with all of their vegetables and cheese. Salads are also worth considering, especially their beet salad ($14), romana ($20), and Involtini ($16). Service is generally quite good and very attentive. The food has been good enough to where even service snafus haven't affected my willingness to come back. Parking is in a dedicated lot, and the neighborhood is ripe for activity. One bounce around from business to business, but I know I will end up here at Settebello.

The food was good and the Napoli atmosphere was so relaxing! The service wasn't overbearing...did what was needed! It was my first time and I'd go back!

We ordered the Tuscany pizza, and it was phenomenal -- loaded with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and olives. It's basically like a supreme pizza on steroids, but so much better. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the toppings were generous and high-quality, and every bite was incredibly satisfying. What really sets this place apart is the care they put into the fundamentals: they make their dough and sauce completely in-house, and they even order their sausage straight from Chicago. You can absolutely taste the difference -- it's fresh, authentic, and miles ahead of your typical chain pizza. The crust had that perfect chew and char that only comes from real craftsmanship. Huge shoutout to Linda for the amazing service! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.
