Mike was my sales person and he gave me detailed information and gave me an accurate time frame as to when the repairs would be completed.

If you are looking for a quick, cheap fix this is your place BUT be sure to read all the reviews…read moreincluding this one to know that the quality will be quick and CHEAP- IT WAS and the sole owner-Diana with her two workers will not stand behind her servcie. - [ ] BUYER BEWARE You may drive your car off there little cement block thinking you got a deal but be prepared. They use low quality materials and when and if you find a mistake Diana will not take responsibility. She tried to gaslight me into telling me I hit something which we were looking at the same bumper and I hit nothing! She paid me $300 to go away. What small business owner does that?? unless they did something wrong? I expected her just to fix your mistake since my my front bumper was covered in spiderweb, cracks and flaking after just 2 1/2 months. She tried gaslighting me telling me I had hit something even though it was obvious that no such thing happened. I will be getting the remainder of my money from Small Claims Court. Three commercial auto body shops confirmed that it was for workmanship and poor materials that were the only way I would end up with the cracks you're seeing these pictures. So don't let the superficial fool you into believing you're getting a great deal or a good work because you're not it's worth the extra couple hundred dollars to have a professional fix your car. If I could leave less than one star I would. I was warned that she might say the following, and she said them all: * "That's normal settling" * "Plastic bumpers do that" * "Stone chips caused it" * "You must have hit somethin Advice: stay far far away. The review that follows this one is what I wrote when I first drove off the lot thinking she had done a great job... This review is the result 2 1/2 months later. The pictures of what happened to my bumper after I drove off the lot.

It referred me to a local dealership to exercise the warranty, and the dealership referred me to Crash Champions. But the dealership actually didn't want to do the work and tried everything it could to avoid acting on the warranty, but Mark at Crash Champions was my champion. He pushed the dealership to set up the financing arrangements, and although the dealership resisted for months, Mark stayed with it all the way to make the work got done and make sure everything came out right. It was the kind of service you hardly ever find these days. He's a good guy, the kind you want to deal with. Next time I need car work I will definitely go to Mark, and I recommend you do too.

TLDR: Go elsewhere…read more I dropped my car off two weeks ago, was told it would be ready last Friday, was getting multiple emails a week saying it will be ready Monday August 31. On that day I called to check the status, first it took forever to have someone respond back, then they told me not only is it not ready, that I shouldn't have trusted their emails. OK, when will it be ready? Oh, we don't know, we're missing a part and it might not get here till October 14. TWO MONTHS. Apparently there's no way to know when parts are available till after they take your car and disassemble it? I don't have rental coverage (lesson learned), I'm screwed trying to get my son to school and practice. And apparently I cannot even get my car back because it's taken apart. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE APART A CAR THAT DOESN'T HAVE PARTS READY? And why wouldn't you communicate where things are with the customer? I don't know how this all works, I find it appalling that women in particular have to worry about being taken advantage of when dealing with cars. I went through my insurance company to protect myself. At the very least if it's true one cannot find out the status of the part till after they take apart the car, they owed me a phone call to explain the situation. I'm beyond enraged. If I can spare one more person the ordeal of dealing with this shop, then this review and bad experience is worth it. I'm shaking from how upset I am. Please please go elsewhere. I'll update when I get my car, but now I have zero faith the repairs will even be done properly and I'm regretting this experience.

We asked for a shorter time since it was my daughter's spring break. At first they said it was ok but then they changed their mind. They insisted on a minimum of three weeks. I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.
