They stated they would pick it up. We called several times to remind them. I called again today only to be told it was too late for us to return it as they have a policy of 30 days to return. The part was delivered May 29, 2026, we made the first call on June 3, 2026. I was transferred to the manager he put me on hold several times and then came back stating no calls came from our business number. Well, we do not use the business number, we use our cell phones to make calls. He stated he did not have time to look up all the numbers, we should have kept calling. it has been over 30 days and they would not accept a return on it. We should not be penalized for them not doing their job! Do not do business with them! They say one thing and then do another. Very poor business practice!

I booked an appointment for service to my snowblower. When the tech came, he started working on it…read moreand then told me I needed a new choke switch. Never once said anything about anything else. Got a message saying I needed the choke switch and a new carb. The service PM I was getting was a full service. Oil change, spark plug, carb cleaning, belt inspection, etc. The choke switch was replaced and new carb installed. Tech told me via text that he was done and machine was running good. Upon coming home from work, I started looking over machine. Oil was black, spark plug was rusty (so never changed) and the bolts to the cover were dusty so no inspection was completed. When I sent pics, I was told that he didn't change the spark plug bc the machine ran good. They offered to come back but at this point all trust was lost. I paid for the parts but that was it. Yes, the machine starts good but after using it during this snow, the carb is leaking fuel and it does not throttle up at all so were there any adjustments made. I have to stay in #1 and go very slow. To top it all off, I went back and saved all my ring footage and watched what the tech did. Let's just say that the footage don't match what they told me was done. The owner told me that I didnt need to pay but I wanted to pay for the parts as I'm not that type of person. The reason for the review is because how many others do they do this to. If you pay for service, you should get the service you paid for and not what they think. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.

Somehow they transcribed my VIN incorrectly and arrived with the wrong window. In 2024 they started calling and sending letters, which I frankly thought was an attempted scam because who would still have an outstanding bill from two years earlier? It apparently was not a scam so I directed them to insurance, I also confirmed with insurance what my deductible should have been at the time of the replacement; it should have been $250 instead of the $500 I was charged. I have left several voicemails requesting a refund of the $250 due to me with no response. This is a shady company which is very poorly ran. Only use them if you want to be overcharged, then years later hassled about the amount they overcharged you. Kiana- call me, you owe me $250.

Anyway, receptionist takes my name and number, explains that the person who covers the kind of work I need done is out sick, but they will get back to me next week. Same young lady answers the phone, and honestly seemed a bit snippy that I was calling, that the person was still out sick, that she was working alone, etc, etc. Two weeks (!) still no call l, so I call them again. This time I get a guy, who could not have been nicer. He could not find anything under my name in their system on me (how could he? They haven't done anything with me yet). But he did take all my information, asked me to send some pics of what I wanted taken care of if possible, which I did). The next day he texted for the VIN number and he responded with a text indicating he got it and he would make sure to double check that I had transposed that properly. Please note...their first initiated contact TO me. That was it...Never heard from them again. I (again) called them two weeks later. Probably the same receptionist answered the phone, and once again she can't find anything on me in their system. At this point, all contact, including a visit has been initiated by me (with exception of one text asking g for my VIN). On this call I was placed on hold for about 5 mins, but in this day and age, I have come to expect that. The next thing I know is some guy gets on the phone accusing me of abusing his employee. You'll just have to trust me...I could not have more polite, and quite frankly was taken aback by his tone and inference. I tried to explain that perhaps the young lady had me mixed up with another customer (I was on hold for a length of time after all - could that not be concievable?). He didn't seem too interested, however I was really PO'ed and mostly incredibly offended. Nothing near an apology was coming from his (enormous) mouth. In any event, after reading reviews here and on their own site, it is clear to me that at least some of the positive reviews are created by their own shills...perhaps and probably by the owner him/herself. If that is true (and it most likely is) it is absolutely pathetic. Be sure, I will NEVER go anywhere near that place and will warn anyone I know that might be in the market for their services, to do their homework and look for another company with which to do their business. They seem bit "off." Most importantly (and unfortunately) be careful when reading reviews...it's probably more important to digest the poor reviews than the positive ones....just one guy's opinion.

Things started off smoothly. Baltimore Body Shop and Service was willing to fix damage to my bumper…read morefrom a minor fender bender. They told me it would take 5 business days. On the fifth business day, I called in the morning to see when my car would be ready for pickup. They told me it would be ready after 12PM. Then, I received an email about the fog light plug at 2PM that day (email attached for review). I thought it was odd since my car had been at their shop for 5 business days and a weekend and this was not noted previously. I refused to get it repaired, and I wanted my car back for the evening. I had to drive to DC that night. After I received my car, I realized that my bright lights did not work and my left turn signal was rapidly clicking. This made me think that something was not right with the car after I picked it up. I scheduled an appointment that evening on the day I got my car back with a different mechanic used by family and friends around the DC area for the following day. It turns out that wires on the driver's side were not reconnected after re-attaching the bumper and harness back on the car. The fog light plug was fine, but the wire to it was cut and needed to respliced for it to be connected again. There were missing bumper clips (see additional bumper clips in the list of materials) that had to be added to the bumper to secure it into place, so my bumper was not even secured to the car after the work had been done to it at the Baltimore Body Shop and Service. There was even a missing bulb from the front of my car! I attached the report from the second mechanic who had to re-plug the wires, reconnect the cut wires, replace bulb, and add the bumper clips to secure the bumper back into place. I had to pay more money to remedy the situation, since it was dangerous to operate my car (bumper could have fallen off; brights did not work; left turn signal was not working - fast clicking sound). If this task cannot be performed well, please do not offer to do it.
