I'm very familiar with service markups, but chesrown is out of bounds. $300 to reconnect a seat sensor on a 2022. $350 for a washer pump. Unit cost $20 I went to Midas. They bought the part from a dealership and insulted for $210 out the door. And I was charged $179 for my "recall" diagnostics. Hard pass and I'm way into Family business. read more

Service department running a scam. Took my truck in for warranty work. Which they fixed, but they found all this other random shit wrong my truck. Shocker. Here's the deal. The person you speak to at the service counter is called a service writer. They get commission on the work that they write. And a lot of times it's not needed in the first place. My service writer said I needed to spend $1500 to fix an exhaust clamp. The part was $45. Won't go back. Ever. read more

July 24th I took my GMC Terrain in for service due to a reduced engine power message appearing on my screen. - I spoke with Tom in Service who ran the diagnostic codes and informed me they would have to have a technician look at it and give a quote. - He called later in the Day and said it was just some loose bolts that were creating the error code and was an easy fix, while he has it though he recommends a few maintenance tune ups since the car is at 120,000 miles. - Recommended in this was an oil change, rear breaks, and other miscellaneous tune-ups. - Knowing we are driving for vacation on 8-18-23 I said go ahead and do it all so the car will be good to go for the road trip. - Work was done later that day, I paid and drove it home. - 2 Days later I noticed a giant pool of Oil on my garage floor. - I Called the service center and was not able to get anyone to look at it until Monday July 31st. I took it in immediately. Tom In service was on Vacation so I spoke with Jeff, showed him the pictures on my garage and he was surprised with how much oil was on the floor. - I left the car there for them to assess the damage and why it was leaking. - He called later and said they need to put a dye in the oil and have me drive it for 500 miles and then return it so they can locate the leak. - After the 500 Miles I returned and Spoke with Tom again and explained what was going on since my first visit and the fact that there was nothing wrong with the oil pan and have never had an oil leak until after they did an oil change and this tune up maintenance. - He said they would have a technician look at it and call me with an update. - I received a call from Tom on the morning of August 11th where he told me the Oil Pump was failing and it would be an additional charge. I asked if this had anything to do with the leak which is the reason I had it back at the service center. He stated no and said he would have to check with a technician to see why its leaking and would call me right back. He called back 5 min later and stated that the oil pan was leaking and it would be a third additional charge and asked if I wanted to approve the work - I stated absolutely not and that I would be in the office later that day to get my vehicle. - I arrived and asked to speak to the Service manager who was there at the time and I sat with Robert. - I went over the entire issues and the fact that your company had my vehicle in for what was going to be tightening loose bolts to clear the engine power reduce code and now I have a leaking oil pan and the oil pump is failing. - He looked into the paperwork on what procedures were done and noticed that the loose bolts was the original issue and that I approved all the other work as an add on for general maintenance. - To my surprise he stated that the engine codes for the oil pump (P060DD and P0521) was not an issue on my original visit and only appeared after the oil change and subsequent leak. - He said if I got the work done he would get his eyes on it and let me know if it was possibly an error on a technicians part that caused the leak. - I was apprehensive because of the fact that I did not trust Cheshrown staff at this point with my vehicle. - He assured since I had already spent the original invoice that they would be able to help out some with repair costs on the new damages. - I agreed and set up an appointment for the 1st time slot available which was Wednesday Morning. - I dropped my vehicle off and they did the work. I received a call on 8-17-23 that it was ready to go and they were there until 5:30pm to pick it up. - I arrived at 5:06 to be told nobody was there to talk to and that my bill needed to be paid to take the car. - Needing my Vehicle to Drive for vacation that following day I paid the invoice and took my Vehicle. I wrote an email about my experience and was told to call the Monday back from Vacation. I did so and was Told Robert was out of the office and nobody could help but I could try back another day. I then proceeded to make around 15 calls the following 2 weeks to always be told no one was in the office available to help. I followed up with another Email in September only to be ignored again. I would highly recommend avoiding this Business as this must be a top down decision to avoid customer issues and hope they eventually go away. I wanted to avoid writing a review and give them the opportunity to address the issue but it is clear they have no interest. read more

This has been the worst experience and service I have ever received from a car dealership. It's very clear customer service is not a priority. Your staff was unhelpful, dismissive and seem uninterested in helping me solve my problem. I asked to speak to a manager, the extended warranty department and the person who sold me my extended warranty on 2 different occasions and no one has gotten back to me. I left messages with my phone number no one returned my call. My wife is missing work because i was told this was a " few hours of work" 2 days later I don't have my vehicle and no one to take or pick my kids up from school. This dealer will never call you back! I was quoted 10 days on a repair then 10 days later no call or text. I had to call continuously on the 11th day asked for ever manager never picked up the phone got a text later that day with a parts status and then a follow up call. They had no idea why I would be upset. it is NOW 14 DAYS and still no update. they just said that they will have the service manager call me. Very poor customer service once the truck was purchased. My sunglasses were left in my car I traded in due to being rushed to purchase. We even asked about putting down a down payment to hold the car and come back 2 days later to fill out all the paperwork as it was almost closing time and we had things to due still that night. The sales person said no they could get it done that night still, the finance manager was not even ready as he thought we were going to come back too. Well in all the rush, my sunglasses got left in the sunglass holder. When I called the sales person then ghosted me and never returned my calls. I purchased my 2007 GMC Yukonn Denali from Chesrown Chevrolet at the beginning of 2021. It was preowned and looked to be in very good condition. The salesman, Mike, told us that Chesrown's preowned cars all go through a 130 point inspection, and told us that they had given the Yukon a complete tune-up, including replacing all the plugs and coil packs, as well as performing the 150,000 mile servicing, which supposedly included replacing the timing belt. After a week, the truck started running loud and rough, and Chesrown's service dept squeezed me in 2 weeks later. Two weeks and 4 hours later, the service tech told me that the plugs and coils were completely gummed up and needed to be replaced. I had only put 300 miles on the truck in the 2 week period, making it impossible for Chesrown to have replaced the plugs and coil packs, as they told me that they did. The SALES MANAGER told me that there was nothing they could do, and then proceeded to charge me almost $1200 for the parts THAT THEY SAID THEY HAD REPLACED. Like a schmuck, I paid and kept the truck, not thinking about any other things that Chesrown may have misrepresented, or just plain lied about. Four months later, while getting gas, I noticed that the paint was bubbled around the filler nozzle. When I rubbed it, the paint flaked off along with the underlying rusted body metal. The fender had obviously had a rust issue, and instead of repairing it correctly, either Chesrown or the prior owner had put a SPONGE beneath the rusted-out area, covered it with bondo, and painted it. So now I had a loud truck with a perforated rear quarter panel. In the year since, the truck has run rough despite regular servicing. I finally decided to sell it and took it to my mechanic to correct what I thought was an exhaust leak. My mechanic told me that it would cost at least $4,000. The list he gave me included cracked manifolds, sheared manifold bolts, rack and pinion and power steering needed to be replaced, and the transmission lines were corroded. My mechanic said that the truck had to have been in a major collision, which was undisclosed. Without rambling on, I found Chesrown to be dishonest, unreliable, and unwilling to make right a bad situation. I would never purchase or service a car from this dealership, who view customers as a disposable commodity. The sales manager was inflexible and did not seem to care that his salesman misrepresented the state of the truck. Both his demeanor and his lack of responsiveness screamed "Tough shite". So, when it comes to purchasing a car, let the buyer beware. And let the buyer also beware of Chesrown Chevrolet Buick GMC. read more

I'm not really a new car kinda guy. I've been happily driving my little Honda Fit for the past 6 years, and I really thought I would keep it for many more. But it just wasn't filling my needs anymore, so I suddenly found myself in the new car market. Which is scary territory. Car buying is pure torture to me. All the condescending men... the haggling... having to keep my guard up -- not my idea of a good time. In my perfect world, car buying would be like any other consumer good -- you go to the store, pick out what you want, pay the price, have amazing service, and leave. Can't it just be like the Apple Store?! I've been to a lot of car dealerships lately (with friends shopping for their cars), and it was just as bad -- if not worse -- than I remembered. When it came to shopping for myself, I knew I wanted a different experience, and that's what lead me to Chesrown. I had been to Chesrown a year earlier when their "Internet Guy," Glenn, asked if I would come up and chat about Yelp. I was so impressed with my visit. The building was beautiful, the staff were all kind and laid-back, and there didn't really seem to be any of the usual sales-y, smarm-y stuff going on. So when I wanted to shop, I gave Glenn a call and headed up to Delaware. He and I went on a 30-minute test drive; I definitely got a great feel for the car, unlike your usual 10-minute ride. When we got back to the dealership, they were ready to make the sale, but I wasn't. Thankfully, I got zero pressure. And here's the best part of my story: I got to do this whole car-buying thing completely on my own terms. Let me explain... I had surgery the day after my visit, so I was stuck at home for the next week. I asked my new pal, Glenn, if we could just chat about everything over email and phone, and if things worked out, I'd be getting a new car. Everyone I worked with was super accommodating, and I felt really great about the deal I was getting. So after handling everything from my sofa, today I drove up and got my car. I literally showed up, signed some papers, and drove home. The huge standout for me at Chesrown is obviously the service. I even got to chat a bit with the GM, Ryan Gill, and just like everyone else here -- he was incredibly kind and helpful. Like, I could just go hang out with the whole team here. And I'm super thankful for Glenn -- who's not even a salesperson -- for taking ownership and ensuring I had a great experience from start to finish. I literally would not have bought a car if it weren't for him. So was it my magical Apple Store experience? Not exactly, but the whole car-buying model really isn't there yet. Buying a car from Aaron was an absolute pleasure. He didn't waste my time and do all the dirty dealership sales tricks like other companies do. He listened to my concerns and found a used car that would fit my needs. Based on my experience with Aaron alone I would rate this place 6 stars, but after overhearing some of the other staff I have to lower my rating. Employees like Aaron (he's a very tall guy with brown hair) are the exception in the car sales business, or any sales business really, and I was reminded of that when on a future visit I overheard two of the Chesrown staff, in the kitchen area that is open to customers, openly discussing different types of customers and what they disliked about them. That turned me off somewhat and all I could think about was how in car dealerships it's all about the "sales game" and the two staff members thought their customers that they worked with were just suckers and were commission opportunities and not an opportunity to give a good buying experience. They had no reservations about badmouthing customers in front of me, in which I am a customer, so I have to believe that is their attitude. Some of the mechanic staff are a little rough around the edges when you talk to them but that's normal and is usually a pretty good sign that they're busting their butt working hard on cars so I don't care if they're a little rough. What matters is if they're gentle with my car and so far with the work they do for me I have 100% confidence that they're doing a great job and have no complaints. On one visit I asked the staff if they could show me that they cleaned my throttle body and sure enough a mechanic came and took it apart and showed me it was clean. read more

Chesrown is a jewel in Delaware, OH. My most recent experience was purchasing a used Ford but (with the exception of one jerk salesman) everyone I have come in contact with here has been extremely professional and competent over the years (Cadillac and Chevy truck). (BTW, they dealt with "that guy" on the spot). Their service dept. is quick and efficient, the free oil changes for life (even though I bought a Ford) is fantastic! Finance guy went out of his way to find us the best deal, and I will probably try to buy a GM product next time just to reward them for maintaining a relationship with me as a customer. I would first start out by letting you know that my husband and I have been customers of your dealership for the past 5 to 6 years. We have purchased multiple vehicles from your new car and used car lot. Currently both vehicles we are driving were purchased at Chesrown. When we purchased our vehicles we were given lifetime oil changes . We have been taking advantage of that wonderful offer with my vehicle, but had yet to bring my husband's truck in as it is a diesel and he is very nervous about anyone other than himself or a private, reputable diesel mechanic. I am 3 weeks away from the delivery of our third child and we decided to take advantage of the free oil change for his truck. I scheduled an appointment and made sure to ask that a diesel mechanic be present for the service. All parties were very accommodating. I came in this morning at 8am for our appointment. The service technician that we usually deal with , Virgil, was busy at the time so I spoke to a man named Dave. He was kind of brusk, not very friendly and seemed too busy to add the extra friendly touches that Virgil usually does. After about 45 minutes I was told the vehicle was all set and ready to go. I pulled out of the lot and noticed a new light coming on in the truck indicating the engine was not fully charged. I thought maybe this was a glitch that would correct itself while driving. Thank goodness I decided to turn right and go through the neighborhood behind the dealership and not go left out to 23. The vehicle once I started driving would barely get above 30 mph. If I would have chosen to turn out onto 23 going south (the direction I was headed in) I would have expected the performance my truck usually gives and would have learned quickly once smashed into by another car or semi that it indeed had no power. I turned the truck around promptly and came back to the dealership. I told the technician, Dave, what had happened and had him speak to my husband on the phone to reassure us as to what was going on. He told us that he would take it back and have it looked at and let me know what was going on. After about half an hour of waiting I was told they weren't really sure and that they were going to try and regenerate the engine. Another half an hour passed and no word. I went looking for Dave and finally found him. He told me there were issues with the filters and that when I brought the truck in it had the check engine light on (a totally different light than the engine power light that at was now showing). He started to take attitude with me when I did get upset and asked them what the heck they did to my truck. I asked him to call my husband twice. Finally, in a very rude exasperated voice he told me to go sit down and he'd call my husband. From there I told him to not talk to me like that and that I would be standing there for his conversation with my husband. He told me to go sit down again. I was infuriated at this point. I proceeded to speak to your service managers (a lady and an older gentleman). They were both pleasant, although the older gentleman did not get the point of why I was angry. I am angry because my life was put on the line by letting me drive a truck that did not offer full power and that a customer service representative would speak to me the way Dave did! I am sitting on $60,0000 worth of vehicles at this point I have purchased from your dealership. That's not right to treat me like I am dirt on your shoe. Finally, after getting the service manager involved the correct diesel mechanic looked into the situation and was able to fix the issue that presented itself with the engine not having full power. My question is, why in the world would you let someone drive a vehicle that was clearly flashing engine power issues? This isn't my car that I drive daily, but my husband's. I feel like everyone should be happy that I didn't'[t try to pull on 23 or you would have a huge lawsuit on your hands. Secondly, since when is it ok to have an employee speak to a customer, no yell at them, and tell them to go sit down. No that doesn't work for me. I am very angry and very disappointed with my experience. I had a service appointment scheduled tomorrow for my other vehicle, but have cancelled the appointment. At this point we will not be returning to Chesrown for service items or for new vehicles (and yes we upgrade or buy new almost every two years). Generally speaking, it's my expectation that when I make an appointment for an oil change, I know ahead of time if there are maintenance items to be done. There have been several times where I have showed up and then we needed to do maintenance - so not only am I out an hour for the oil change, but now an unexpected few hours for the maintenance. The information is there, so you should use it. While making this appointment, I specifically asked the person who made my appointment if there were any maintenance items that had to be done. They would not find out for me, would not even take how many miles I had on my car and tell me. He said that they would just have to tell me when I showed up. Not great customer service. On this particular appointment, I did communicate that I smelled coolant at check in on Tuesday morning. Ended up there was an issue with my water pump, which gives us concerns because my car is only 40K miles old. My car wasn't ready until Friday morning. When I received my car, there were no less than 3 dirty rags in my seats, my front car mat was in my back seat and there was cardboard on the passenger seat, as well as on the floor. I stood there and cleaned it out with service reps around me and not one person offered to help. I drove off and a few days later, I noticed that my oil change sticker wasn't changed and my oil life said 44%. I was charged for it to be changed, but was it changed? Not sure. I called in and they said, "Yeah, it was probably changed, they just forgot to change the sticker and reset the oil life". "How do you know it was changed?", I asked. "Oh, we've got some new guys back there and they just forgot to do the sticker and reset the oil life." I said, "It seems no one does quality control to assure that everything is completed properly and the car is put back together, so how do you know it was changed?" He said, "Not sure, but you can bring it up here and we can reset the oil life indicator for you and change your sticker." In all honesty, I'm really not sure about the level of customer service at your shop. My car was there for 3 full days. When it comes to buying cars, I would not consider myself a loyal customer. In the past I've always looked for a specific car without caring about the dealership. A year ago I purchased an SUV from Aaron Keeran at Chesrown. The quality of service not only during the sale but after made me want to come back. The free oil changes and tire rotations for as long as you have the vehicle is unmatched and is a huge selling point for me. You can get similar vehicles for roughly the same price anywhere, but it's what a dealership does beyond just selling you a vehicle that brings you back. This weekend I did something I've never done before; I became a repeat customer. I went back to Chesrown and once again received superior service from Aaron Keeran who got me a great deal on a beautiful truck. Aaron worked tirelessly to ensure I left a happy customer once again. Came across Chesrown via a referral from Esoteric Fine Auto Finishing in New Albany, OH. After 14 years it was time to replace my wife's summer toy, a 2004 Corvette, with a new, 2019 model. As the vehicle would be going straight from dealer delivery to Esoteric for some new car prep/protection I had mentioned to them (Esoteric) about the logistics of transport/delivery and they said that perhaps Chesrown would be worth checking into as they had worked closely with them in the past. Zack @ Esoteric gave me the contact info for Joey Gill at Chesrown and I had soon contacted Joey via e-mail on September 28, 2018, even thought the prospective purchase/ordering date was 3+ months away. Joey's response was near immediate and we opened up a dialogue regarding the specifics of placing an order in mid-to-late January 2019. We stayed in contact periodically for the next 3 months, me asking questions and exploring option packages and Joey always responding immediately with the info I was seeking. While Chesrown was my primary focus during this 'quest', my nature dictates that due diligence must be done so I did contact a wide variety of dealers nationwide, many of whom are Corvette-centric, large volume dealers who specialize in low pricing, making up the difference in volume (I guess). Many of these dealers, as soon as they heard an order was not to be placed for 3+ months, politely 'dismissed' my inquiries, indicating (to me) that they really would prefer to only pursue the process when a deal was imminent. While I can certainly understand that from a 'move as many units as possible' perspective, I seek more of a relationship during the process, a friendly and fair evolution from initial inquiry to order placement and subsequent delivery. Nobody did a better job of this than Joey and Chesrown. I *did* have questions during the intervening months and never once did I fail to get a quick, concise and accurate answer to any of my questions, no matter how trivial they might have been. Many folks (private individuals within the Corvette community as well as national dealers) consistently held to their belief that pricing would be better via other means, mostly dealers with an association with some of the larger online model-specific Social Media forums and sites. As we had been planning this purchase and budgeting for it for the last 3 years, I was very well aware of all the pertinent information regarding pricing amongst a wide variety of sources; I prefer to believe (perhaps erroneously!) that I'm no dummy when it comes to purchasing autos. With all that in mind, on January 22, 2019 I completed placing an order for a new Corvette via Joey and the rest of the fine folks at Chesrown. While I live near Cleveland, OH, I never seem to end up buying cars locally and have traveled to Buffalo, NY and other distant locations to grab a new car that was specifically what I wanted or that had aspects to the sale that required me to broaden my search. None of those experiences met the ease and comfort level of working with Chesrown. Purchasing a car can sometimes be a mentally draining and somewhat adversarial process, a process that takes the enjoyment out of a new vehicle purchase be it a 'fun' car like a Corvette or a daily driver to shuttle the kids to soccer practice. Especially in the case of 'special' cars like the Corvette (for us, anyway) the purchasing decision and process becomes part of the story of the car, one that plays a role in the overall satisfaction as you think back on the fun the car brings in coming years. I have been searching for a particular vehicle and saw that Chesrown GMC had what I was looking for. I called to confirm and work a preliminary deal as I live about 3 hours from this dealership. I also read many of the reviews which indicated that this dealership has a good reputation. I drove 3 hours on a Saturday to look at the vehicle which was sitting outside in the rain. I asked for the salesman that I was working with (Tom Stephens). After a few short minutes we mutually introduced ourselves and I told him I was here to look at the vehicle. He went and got the keys and said here...take it for a drive and take your time. After about 15 minutes I returned and decided to purchase it (2016 GMC Sierra SLT). However, I noticed it did not have a jack under the rear seat and was told its under the spare tire. WRONG! This was September 2nd and to this day and several emails later no jack. I was basically blown off, after all, chances are real good they wont see me again right! Now on to the finance... I had pre approval from my lending institution but with out a title they could not release the funds. If I wanted to wait until Monday (meaning drive home then come back again on Monday) there would be a title. My second option was to use one of Chesrowns lending partners. I choose to do that knowing that I could refinance at a lower rate with my lender. (4.99% vs 3.09%) Upon signing the papers the Finance person asked that I NOT refinance for a month otherwise they Chesrown would have to pay a penalty. Well it would seem to insure this they are holding up my memorandum of tile and registration. Its now 31 days since i purchased this vehicle and no paperwork! I called 2 weeks ago and was told it would be Fedexed to me by that Wednesday and if I did not receive it to call. I did not receive it and called. The next person I spoke with told me it sometimes takes awhile because the BMV is slow.The last person I spoke with last week told me the previous lease holder has not released the title yet but assured me I would have it by Monday the 2nd of October. Well, the 2nd has come and gone still no registration or title!!! It would seem if you from out of the area they are not as concerned about your business. I have purchase many cars in my life and have never...never had it take this long to get the paperwork. I'm not sure what to think about this dealership, in spite of all the good reviews.I have been told so many stories I wonder if they have the title. Lastly, when I got the vehicle home and washed it, it appeared that there was some body work done to the drivers side fender and door. The carfax said some emblems were replaced and a tire! I emailed Tom Stephens about this and he told me....OH there was a scratch on that area and it was touched up. Why was this not on the Carfax and why was I not told about this? There was overspray everywhere. It was on the windshield, hood and sunroof. It looked like it was painted in a barn. In my opinion very unprofessional and deceitful. Chesrown is great when purchasing a vehicle from them but if you have any issues with the vehicle don't expect them to help you. They will tell you lies and not get back to you. Save yourself the trouble and purchase a vehicle from somewhere else. read more

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Just being pushed around to someone else. Bought a 2016 GMC Yukon in Jan 2022. Transmission died after 8 months. Come to find out there are numerous civil action lawsuits and complaints that GM is aware of this issue and doing nothing about it to help. I've been handed back and forth to different service reps. GM is trying to reach them to get diagnostics but again no one answers. They have had my car for 3 days now and we have made zero progress. They screen their calls and automatically answer when you *67. I have 5 kids and no car. apparently nothing can be done until at least Monday now due to their lack of care for their customers. I have emailed the general manager and service manager Ron Brown with no response. I don't understand why it is so hard to send a fax or email. I'd give zero stars if possible. Everyone go to Roush Honda, my worst mistake was leaving them. read more

I had the WORST experience here! I took my new to me camaro in for service because oil pump was not working properly. They said it was normal and sent me on my way. Well it was not and the pump failed causing entire engine to seize up. Now it needs a whole new engine. I went in and spoke to owner Jim Gill and service manager and was treated very badly. They were the absolute rudest people i have ever encountered! They refuse to replace the engine so now i am stuck with a lawn ornament that i paid 17k for just 14 months ago! I took my 2018 Chevy Malibu here to be serviced for a significant issue affecting my car's driving ability. I left it there and they told me "there isn't anything wrong with it, Malibu's aren't fast cars they don't have much get up and go so it's normal." I took it somewhere else and they had It diagnosed and fixed within an hour because they were educated and have kept themselves updated on bulletins that had already diagnosed this issue in other Malibu's... it's amazing what a little self discipline and awareness will do. This is the most dishonest dealership out there...they say and print on paperwork all the right things about excellence service at every turn and goal to satisfy every customer..but that is NOT the case!! I have had a couple of incidents, one where I would make an appointment and drop off my car keys in drop box and never got a call and when I called to find out why, they told me they had forgot about it..no excuse, I wasted my whole day. Then they told me my brakes and rotors were really bad and needed to be replaced..since I am a woman, I am sure they didnt think I could do them myself, which I did and after I bought everything to do them found out my old brakes still had alot of wear left on them and rotors didnt even need to be replaced. Then I had a free oil change coupon, that had no expiration date on it and it said "Bring this ad in for a free oil change, courtesy of chesrown chevy buick gmc". I scheduled the oil change and when I went to the cashier and gave them the coupon, they told me they no longer accepted that coupon. So I had to pay $85 (which is ridiculous), thinking it was going to be free. I called and talked to they customer service manager and the GM and they both refused to honor it!! I will NEVER go back to this dishonest, crooked and poorly run dealership ever again...and god help anyone thinking about buying a car from them. read more

Since buying my vehicle, I have had nothing but issues and courtesy cars. I left my car on several occasions to have car fixed, I had a leaky sun roof, that no one told me about, upon purchase. Upon them fixing my vehicle, they tore of my leather on my middle console, and left dirty black finger prints on my top inner interior inside my Cadillac, also returned my car back dirty with their tools/glove in my back seat, and messed up the leather on my back seats. They also used up all my gas when installing the sun roof, I was told they used my car heaters to heat up the glue for the sun roof, and then used up all my gas and returned to me on empty. No one was going to say anything to me until I mentioned it, I had to show, service manager all the mess in my car and the gas gage. Each time I take my vehicle in something crazy goes on with my car. I hope to get care cleaned by a different company, and leather fixed properly, taking my car here causes anxiety attacks. read more

My wife and I bought a 2015 terrain from Chesrown just under a year ago. I have little to no faith in their service department. On the first oil change once she got the vehicle back it broke down due to something the mechanic did while doing the SIMPLE oil change. After about 4 calls they towed the vehicle to their shop and repaired it, but why 4 calls? Tonight yet another issue and after 4 calls and around 30 minutes I got the service dept voice mail. Will see how this plays out when/if they return my call. Service after the sale is not their motto for sure. read more

Worst dealership sales experience ever, went to look and test drive a car listed for sale, and the salesperson helping, says it available, but doesn't know the price or anything about the vehicle, goes to get the keys then decided to tell me, it now not for sale, and neither are the other vehicle listed on the website of similar design, a full size SUV. Stay away, as then the salesperson starts into we can find you something on the lot, which was a bunch of small CUVs. read more
