During a subsequent service visit, Auburn's technicians damaged our carpeting. Auburn turned the claim over to its insurer, which offered only a fraction of the replacement cost, and Auburn denied any further responsibility. Butchered the second, requiring professional help. Turns out these cartridges should be changed every 5-10 years. Anyway, I won the lottery when Homer Johnson arrived to bail me out. Every step he took was solidly professional, from the removal of the old shower valve to the installation of its replacement, he had all the right tools and 100% of the knowledge to make them work correctly. I was also impressed with his measuring of the closet wall needing cutting open to expose everything. His carefulness in measuring allowed the wallboard piece to be repositioned so it hardly looks like it was ever moved. Anyway, hat's off to Homer and Kobella for making everything like new!

I do real estate full-time and I first used them to assess the sewer lines in an apartment building my brother and I were personally in the process of buying and he found a sink hole underneath due to the corroded sewer lines (saving us thousands of dollars.) Ever since I have recommended them to all my buyer and seller clients in need of a plumbing inspection, repair or scope! Which is honestly saying a lot, because after 11 years in real estate, I have very very few contractors I recommend. Because a lot are unreliable, but NOT them!
