I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. We accidentally found it and man oh man it is so good. The aged cheddar pretzel was amazing and the little cheese bites are superb. The jalepeno was just enough heat but oh so cheesey. The pretzel, which she said to warm up since we were taking it to go, was absolutely amazing room temp after a concert when I was hungry. The cheese was pure perfection. Everything looked so good, I am planning another trip! Friendly and superb service and such good tasting foods!

It is so cute in here! The service was amazing and the employees were so kind and helpful. If you're here you know how difficult it can feel having various food allergies and I felt so welcomed the moment I walked in. I got a vegan empanada, agua Fresca and a brownie. I recommend stopping by to say hi and take a tasty treat with you! You won't be sorry.

Amazing place!! Owner / chef Karina is a magician! Dedicated gluten free with dairy free, nut free, seed oil free, grain free options. Meal to-go, pizzette, incredible deserts, her signature Chetzels, empanadas and SO much mo Sweet little place with a European vibe where I am greeted like family each and every time! Everything I have tried here was exceptionally delicious!! A must for everyone, but especially for those with celiac disease.

A stand at local farmers market turned permanent location! Sweet owner and place. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into baking all the product. Although on the pricier side ($5/cookie), I loved the cookie I got! Was warm, gooey, and flavorful. The cheese bites were also tasty, but wish they were warm like the cookie. (Maybe a heating lamp may help?) Overall, it was cute! Inside there's no seating options- so everything is to go. There are a good bit of options considering there aren't many staff members yet.

This is the best food I've had since I lived in Italy. The food is fantastic! She is an immigrant so maybe that's where the extra touch comes from: Everything is made from scratch and its strictly healthy ingredients. I ask her about what goes into the food and she is strict. She goes to great lengths to make sure everything is healthy, including importing when needed. No seed oils, no preservatives, no cutting corners, no crap. You can taste the depth of flavors. Some of my favorites are the frozen empanadas that I take home to heat up throughout the week. I love the Oaxaca Chicken Mole, Piri Piri Chicken, and Queso Blanco. I love the pizzas too! Typically I prefer savory to sweet and I still find myself buying more of the sweets than I intended too each time I walk into. Her service is excellent and personal so expect to spend a little time when you're here as she likes to get to know you and give each customer a lot of attention. Also, she is extremely accommodating for food allergies. There are options available for every different kind of dietary preference and she uses dedicated cooking surfaces to accommodate them. I am a person with Hashimoto's so I look for places that are thorough about this. I cannot believe how lucky we are to have a place like this here! There are lots of of good options in the Cool Springs area but Chetzels is the kind of place I will remember forever and be telling stories about if I ever move away from the area

Marguerite pizza, gluten free, ahhh so yummy! The texture!

Excellent GF bakery and have pizza made out of yuca flour. The texture of the dough is on point!!

Hidden gem! Grain free, flour free and packed full of flavor!! Nice variety of pastries both sweet and savory. Fantastic customer service! Adorable little spot that cute and clean and has a Mediterranean feel. Highly recommend!

    Hazelnut and chocolate cookie!!

The staff were patient and helpful as I asked questions and considered all my options. I had forgotten that they brew Nashville's own 8&R spresso!! Their 16oz drinks come with four shots - coffee lovers like me will appreciate the strength! Most of their syrups are Monin, I think maybe I saw 1 housemade. What really sets this place apart is the charming farmer's market-style vibe. Besides food, coffee and fresh-baked pastries, they offer their own delicious sourdough and focaccia loaves to go, and a very thoughtful selection of local items - like organic Amish eggs ($6/dozen - unreal price right now and I saw they reuse the cartons/place to return them - heartwarming), bone broths, small-batch sauces, and so much more. I loved spotting a whole shelf of Republic of Tea bags, sold individually so you can sample new flavors before committing to a full tin. You can tell everything is chosen with care both in quality and with a community focus. Franklin Bakehouse is one of those places that just makes you feel good the moment you walk in. It def helped to see and pet some pups too (I assume they are welcome as there were some inside when I arrived).

From the food to the service, everything exceeded our expectations. The first thing that stood out was their small plate concept, and I absolutely loved it. I enjoy trying a variety of dishes instead of committing to just one entrée, and this concept is something I wish more restaurants would adopt. We ended up trying almost half the menu and loved nearly every dish. A huge shout-out to our server, Nestor. He welcomed us warmly, was cheerful throughout the evening, and his recommendations were spot on. He truly made the dinner even more enjoyable. We started with a couple of mocktails, and the Purple Haze was refreshing and delicious. Here are some of our favorites: MI Cucumber - Smashed cucumber with soy dressing, crunchy chili oil, and cilantro. Simple, refreshing, and packed with flavor. Plantain - Fried plantains topped with sriracha goat cheese, cilantro, and crunchy gremolata. The sriracha goat cheese paired perfectly with the sweet plantains. K-Pop Chicken - Korean sweet and spicy popcorn chicken with great flavor and a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Dumplings - Homemade steamed dumplings with edamame, truffle, yuzu ponzu, and garlic confit. I really enjoyed the truffle flavor, though it may not be for everyone. Kimchi Bacon Risotto - Caramelized kimchi, applewood smoked bacon, tomato, and shrimp. One of the best dishes of the night--perfectly cooked with incredible flavor. Crispy Spicy Tuna - Spicy mayo tuna served over crispy rice. This was one of the highlights of the meal. The crispy rice was absolutely perfect. Cauliflower Taco - Crispy cauliflower with guacamole, creamy miso, and tsiran spice. The filling was flavorful, and the cauliflower was cooked perfectly. Lamb Chops - This was the only dish that felt average. The lamb was cooked well, but it was missing a bit of flavor. A little more seasoning, especially some salt, would have really elevated the dish. To finish the meal, we had the Banana Pudding with Vanilla Gelato, which was a delicious and satisfying way to end dinner. Overall, MI Kitchen completely exceeded our expectations. Amazing food, a fun small-plate concept, and outstanding service from Nestor made this a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu!

It's one of those places where everything is packed with flavor and every dish feels a little special. The Mi cucumber is absolutely to die for--especially when you put it on top of the dumplings. Trust me on that combo! The K-Pop chicken is AMAZING and a must-order every time. The arancini has such a flavorful and unique twist that really stands out. The spring roll was delicious too, full of flavor with just the right amount of spice. And the tacos... you cannot skip them. The beef tacos are incredible, and the cauliflower tacos are just as good. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything here. On top of the fantastic food, the service is always great--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend!! Be sure to make a reservation!
