I understand being busy which they were today, but to leave a vehicle dirty and have a half ass dry is not acceptable. There were 5 people drying and working on the vehicle next to mine. Multiple people came to my window looked at my receipt and once they noticed it was the standard purchase they walked away. My vehicle sat there water drying up on its own when finally one person came and gave it a pass by. After that he went back to work on the vehicle next to me again. I normally come here twice a month, but after today my business will go elsewhere.

Worst part is they use towels to "slap" the middle of the windshield and roof to dry it rather than using the step ladders they have sitting there for this very purpose. To dry areas they can't reach. Same goes for wiping it when they were soaping/washing it. Never go here.

Mangled my inner tie rods…read more I just installed new steering rack in my SUV. I took my car in for an alignment. When I received the car back I was shocked to see that they mangled my tie rod ends by using vice grips (or a something with teeth). See pictures below, but they essentially mauled brand new tie rod ends when they could have just used a box wrench. For future reference, it's a 20mm. Lazy. This is why I hate taking my car into shops. Terrible work guys. You aligned my toe angle, but jacked up the ends. I'm also unclear how Caster, SAI and Included Angle are also in misalignment still. The only thing off with my car was toe angle... and that requires a 20mm and a few turns. I'm shocked the work can be this lazy. When I called to let them know they insisted they used a wrench. No way you can create teeth marks with a box wrench. The pictures show the before and after photos. UPDATE: You'll have to replace my entire steering rack with OEM LEXUS parts at the dealership if you want a better review. The parts alone were over $1100. Save your canned "we care" response for someone else. We'll never recommend this place to anyone in the future. Given the amount of time it took to beautifully install the steering rack myself, it still makes me upset to see this. Anyone reading this should go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. I would not trust these people with an oil change and you can get a better deal on tires at America's Tire.
