Finally coming around to writing a review of this hidden Gem in Valencia.. The menu is varied and they have a bit of everything you would expect in a Italian restaurant. Portion sizes are perfect, and this location along with the other ones do everything right. The sourdough bread rolls to start the meal are heavenly hot and crispy amazing. I highly recommend the cheese ravioli and the pasta with meat sauce. The Antipasti salad is what's really special here, lettuce tomatoes garbanzos and the cheese is made in house along with the Italian dressing and the salami and peperoni used is top notch. You will not leave hungry that's for sure. This location is located within a shopping center with plenty of parking in the heart of Valencia near Magic Mountain. we were able to eat here again while the outdoor seating was open and it was a great experience. They are adhering to all covid requirements and supply sanitizer, require a mask. Service is always amazing and you will leave full and satisfied every time. read more

Let's just say, I'm a frequent eater of this fine Italian restaurant. My family orders the same thing every time and it never gets old. BBQ boneless wings, cheese pizza, and chicken parm. The BBQ wings are breaded to perfection, as well as cooked to perfection. The same applies for the chicken parm. The service is great. Shoutout to that one server with the mustache who is always whistling.He never hesitates to offer a helping hand to his customers. The interior is cozy and has lots of seating. In my opinion Chi Chi's holds the gold standard for great food and excellent service here in the Santa Clarita Valley. On our last visit to the Canyon Country restaurant my wife and I both realized that neither of us can remember either a bad meal or a bad server in any of the dozens and dozens of visits we made over the years. The Sourdough Rolls with butter are in a class by themselves. After you eat one you will wish you could find them in a store so you could have one every day. If you are here for the first time you have to include one of their signature Pizzas. Lately we have been ordering a medium Sausage and Mushroom pizza (about $26). It has a classically good Italian Sausage flavor with ample Cheese and a Crunchy Crust. However any of their pizzas are worth selecting. If you can't choose go for The Super Deluxe - Cheese (lots of Cheese), Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers and Onions about $30 for a medium. It's simply awesome, and the Chi-Chi's Choice comes without the Pepperoni or the Mushrooms and ranks a very close second in my opinion. Yes you can get Pizza a lot cheaper at one of the other places, but after you have one here you will wonder why would you? Also try the Half Chicken Dinner $25.95. It's a fried Chicken but they use an industrial pressure fryer the leaves little to no oil on the meet. It's just crunchy and juicy goodness with big beefy Potatoes on the side. I'll ask for a small cup of Ranch dressing to dip them in. Yum. I not an expert on wine since I drink more for effect rather than as an enthusiast, but I can say that their Carafe of Burgundy ($21) always tastes good and seems like a good deal. In short, My wife and I love everything we have tried at both Chi Chi's in the Santa Clarita Valley. We find them excellent in food and service on every trip so stop in one of them for a really good meal. read more

This is the first time dining in this CHI CHI'S location,we frequently eat @there Northridge location & CANYON COUNTRY/SANTA CLARITA location has left a sour taste. Our waiter toke our order, he never checked on us, we had to ask the other waitresses for refills in water & coffee & it toke him more than 45 minutes to bring us the wrong order walked away tended to another table & after another 10 minutes & after we waved him down, we informed him of the error, he toke the pizza back, he never explained nor excused the extra wait time. Let's take note that all the other tables, where waited on & received there orders in a timely manner. After waiting 1 hr 1/2 we asked for the check to what he stated "no charge , enjoy your day" we asked for the manager, & spoke with Javier the assistant manager, informed him of our experience, he appeared unsurprised of the treatment of costumers. Great food! Starting with the always delicious Sourdough Rolls you get for free when you walk in is exceptional. The dishes are phenomenal as well. Whether you want the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo or the Gluten Free Pesto Pasta you can never go wrong with this place. Pizza is good too but I prefer the Alfredo personally. I'm new to the Saugus area and trying new restaurants. My first visit I had the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of spaghetti with meat sauce and an antipasto. They start you out with hot rolls and butter and when you're served the chicken parmigiana it comes in a hot dish with melted cheese and sauce bubbling hot. Delicious chicken parmigiana! The spaghetti was al dente and sauce was plentiful and tasty. The antipasto was full of cheese, garbanzos, lettuce, tomato and salami in a large dish. Over the next 7 days I was back four more visits and have enjoyed more of the menu. The lasagna is also served in a hot dish bubbling with cheese and sauce. The waitress's and waiters are all nice and friendly. Pizza is very good and cheesy! read more

We got sat at 851pm no one can back to check on us or even take our drink order. Extremely disappointed in the service. 9:08 and still not even a "will be right with you" or some communication. I wanted to get my servers name just so I could post it....but she never came to check on us. I checked in to yelp 22minutes ago as I was sitting down. My wife spoke to the manger as I write this. All she said was "I'm so sorry, where were you sitting" nothing else.... she her self walked right by us a few times. I will just never come back at this location. They could careless. I wish I could give them negative stars! Clair the manger needs to take a corse in managing a restaurant and how to speak to customers. She start offering free food as if I asked her for freee stuff. I just wanted to get served, I'll pay for my food thank you very much. I was not there begging for free food. What an insulting comment. We were a party of seven, so we would of left a good tip. PIZZA!! What do you guys think? Does pineapple deserve to be on pizza? I say yes.. don't hate me lol. This isn't a bad little place, they have locations all over the valley and I can see why! They have chicken too but obviously they are know for their pizza, and their spaghetti is amazing too. They give you rolls to start your meal but when I'm about to have pizza I don't want to fill up on wannabe pizza. Sometimes the cheese falls off the pizza which can be a bit annoying but it's good nonetheless. The flavor feels very authentic and not like a big chain food place. Lots of option with the pizza, they have wine, dessert and a friendly staff! I'm a fan of Chi Chi's and will definitely go back. If the cheese didn't fall off on 2 slices it would get a 5 star. I've grown up eating Chi Chi's, so my opinion is a little biased. My husband, however, had never had it until he moved here a few years ago! Originally, he told me he didn't like Chi Chi's pizza. During quarantine, we ended up ordering it again and he ended up growing to LOVE it. We usually pile toppings on our pizza, but Chi Chi's is best when simple - spicy pepperoni pizza. 06/01/25 - The first time I called at 3:15 to place a to go order, the call went straight to the on hold music, I stayed on the line for 5 minutes. I then hung up and called again and the girl that answered asked if I can hold, I said yes and was left on hold for 10 minutes, this time the call went to an after hours phone service. I hung up, called again, the girl answered and aske if I can hold, I said "no, you just left me on hold for 10 minutes", the girl says she's the only one taking orders, I asked how many phone orders before me, she said none but she's helping the people what walk up, I asked "are you keeping people on hold so you can help the people that walk up?" she said yes. I asked to speak with the manager, maybe he can help with phone orders, she put me on hold and about 2 minutes later a man answered the phone, I asked if he was the manager and with a broken accent told me there isn't any manager there today. So we're ordering from Vincenzo's which sucks for Chi-Chi's because there's never been a time that we've placed an order that was under $200.00 for the past 25 years that we've lived here!! read more

Chi Chi's is one of my husband's favorite places on earth - for fried chicken. He loves it - it's broasted and delicious. And he always substitutes pasta with meat sauce for the menu item - the side of delicious fries. I used to love the AYCE pasta special but never ordered seconds - I just like that it came with a nice salad (they have the best blue cheese dressing in town!) and that I could order my sauce on the side. The home made noodles are fantastic! Unfortunately, now that I'm a post bariatrics patient, I have fewer choices. No pasta. So my item of choice is their delicious meatballs. Our friends swear by Chi Chi's pizza but I've never tried it. The cheese looks very high quality though. Another favorite is a very good antipasto salad. We sometimes order one for takeout - we love it that much. My only complaint about Chi Chi's is their stale, nasty iced tea. I've stopped even trying to order it because it's bad far more than it's good. Otherwise, kudos Chi Chi's. You rock! read more

Some of the best pizza I've had in a while. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I just moved into the area and was getting pizza to soften the blow of moving furniture. This seems like a small mountain town vibe so I wasn't expecting much. Wow I was so happy!! I walked in and you can actually watch them make the pizza. It ended up being the highlight of the evening. 10/10 would recommend. I got a large margarita and a large pepperoni. I loved the margarita pizza. Great crust that's flavorful and has a good crunch and bite to it. Great sauce, super flavorful and quality cheese and toppings. I've been to Italy so I'm judgmental. It's been a very long while since I dined at Chi-Chi pizza probably like almost 30 years? Sometime in the early 90's. I remember the pizza being delicious so I finally had time to dine-in yesterday afternoon. We had a Hawaiian style pizza with a family salad and wow it was so good! Pizza was nice and hot with great flavor and the salad as well tasted amazing. The waiter was good and came to us asking is if you need anything else and if the food tasted good. The only problem we had was it was pretty warm inside the restaurant and wished they would turn the A/C on to a reasonable setting but we managed. I'm looking forward again to Chi-Chi's ! read more

It was very good, the crust was thin and crispy, but I would have appreciated having more pepperoni on top. They were few and far between. One slice didn't have any pepperoni. The service was great!
