There's a call button you can click that lets the team know you need assistance so you never have to worry about flagging a staff member down. When we were planning our trip to Texas, we of course consulted YouTube to find places to eat. No. 1 Plus Chicken was high on our list, and it did NOT disappoint! We lived in South Korea for a few months, and the chicken here was just as good as what we had in Seoul. We ordered the platter, and were especially blown away by the Sweet Sauteed Garlic chicken. We didn't care for the Yangyum Sweet Spicy chicken, but we're still glad we tried it. Next time we'll just stick with the garlic. The platter came with shredded cabbage and dukbokki (fried rice cakes), and the waitress offered us a side of pickled radish (however, we were surprised to find out it wasn't complimentary). The food was delicious in my opinion the sauce was tangy in a good way. I got the yang yum (sweet and spicy chicken). I have been trying all different types of korean fried chicken. Their squid rings are bomb! My only suggestion is that there is more sweet and spicy sauce poured on top of the chicken instead of on the bottom of the platter ( I got takeout). Best lemon pepper I've had in a while. Beer is limited, but it was wet and you cant never go wrong with a corona. Courteous and timely this is a place to visit for wings! I came here upon the recommendation of an DFW-based IG food influencer, who had said this is her favorite Korean Fried Chicken in the area, which I think is a pretty big claim considering there are so many in the area now. My hubby and I made the drive to Richardson pretty late on a Saturday, which is cool because this place closes pretty late, like at 2 AM. I always seem to be amazed whenever I get Korean food here in the Dallas area and there's easy parking, only because easy parking was never the case when I get Korean food while living in LA (specifically Koreatown). One of the many reasons why I love Texas. When you walk in, you can order to go in which you can order at the front, or you can go to the dining room and order there. We wanted a variety of fried chicken, so we got the sampler platter in which we got three flavors: garlic, soy garlic, and yangyum which is like a sweet and spicy sauce. The fried chicken was made to order so it was hot, fresh and crispy. It was served with cabbage with radish, which I really liked. All flavors were good but I really really loved the garlic. I would totally get that one again! My hubby and I couldn't finish the platter because we were too full. We asked the staff the amount of chicken in which they replied that it is little over a whole chicken, which I think it a good deal. The restaurant kind of has a casual bar type atmosphere. The one thing I really loved in my experience here was the music. I kept Shazam'ing during my dining experience here. If the owner is reading this right now: you have great taste in music and I would appreciate it if you send me the playlist! Overall, this is a great spot for Korean fried chicken. We had half fried and half yangyum, corn cheese and spicy seafood soup. A lot of food, definitely price worth it!!
