Speaking of my session, I was with Tracy, and she blew me away. She gave me the attention I needed and mainly worked on the parts of my body where I usually have the most stress. The thing I liked the most was her depth of knowledge. She didn't just target those areas but also told me what she was observing and indicated to me what might need more work in the future.
